On March 31 2017 I called BCI Janitorial for a last minute clean up of one of our new facility. Their cleaning crew arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The cleaner in charge came in first while the others got their equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me. He took a look around, and presented an estimate that was a bit higher than I was expecting.
I pointed out that their dispatch told me that their services would be less than this, and showed him the email estimate I received. He explained that their dispatch service had calculated a rate based on a facility smaller than mine, but said they could make it work with the lower price. When I set up the appointment, I was pressed for time and needed last minute details to be accommodated, I'm really impressed BCI was flexible enough to make the adjustments I needed on the fly. That alone earned my future business and my respect.
