Exceptionally good housekeeping service. The deep clean they performed after our whole home renovation completely transformed our home from a dusty construction zone to a serene place that my family could enjoy. Each of the people they sent were extraordinarily kind and respectful, and were incredibly conscientious and detail-oriented in their cleaning.
Their initial cleaning vastly exceeded our expectations. and we are very discerning. Couple other quick comments - they showed up on time with all supplies, they ask questions and (more importantly) listen to answers, and they were careful in the areas we cited as concerns. They even liked our pets! Can't say enough positive things about the team that cleaned our home, or the interactions we had with Kathryn who either owns or manages the DFW operation.

We transferred to RagMops after having a less than desirable experience with a competitor. RagMops did an amazing job with thorough cleaning and completing a walk through inspection with us afterwards. I love the online portal as well, to keep track of payments and upcoming scheduled appointments! Highly recommended! Service: Deep clean

We recently performed a pretty extensive remodel and had to put our bi-weekly cleaning on hold for a couple of months. The remodel went well but as expected, everything in the house was covered in dust by the time we were done, despite my continuous attempts to keep things clean! Rag Mops sent in 5 of their awesome folks and in just a couple of hours, my home was sparkling! Now I am back on a bi-weekly rotation and am looking forward to being able to relax and enjoy my new (looking) home.

I'm new to the area and needed a good service and found this crew. They took the house we've been moving into, that was in need of care from neglect and construction and made it AMAZING! Areas that I thought needed painted immediately, they cleaned and look near new! Talk about saving money! The house smells fresh and clean too : every one was nice and fun to talk to! I've been using Rag Mops for about 6mths now for biweekly cleanings and cannot imagine not having them. Everyone is friendly and they consistently and thoroughly clean our home very well. They also take the pandemic seriously, wear masks and socially distance. The owner is also responsive and professional. Love them!

The people at RagMops aren't bad people; they just didn't do a great job at communicating. I really had a good feeling about this company, but I'd say save your money and choose a different local cleaner. They completely bungled communications with me, resulting in a botched cleaning job. I was not charged for the aborted cleaning job, to their credit, but the way this whole experience played out left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.
I told the employees at RagMops that I would leave the backdoor unlocked for entry to the home, as no one would be present at the property at the time of the cleaning. When they arrived at the property, they mistakenly tried the front door, and then called me several times during work hours because they were confused when they found the front door locked. Yes, that would be because the backdoor is the one unlocked. An understandable mistake!
I wouldn't give someone one star for that. We got it sorted and the cleaning crew got in the front door. Cool! But then, apparently, they discovered my cleanup job was more intense than they had anticipated. Okay, that's my bad! I didn't realize certain details about the condition of the house that I was apparently meant to relay, which was a mistake due to my own ignorance of this type of procedure. However, it's on a company like this to anticipate what their customers do and don't know--I could have been helped by someone asking me the right questions in the initial scheduling call.
In my initial call, I told them I don't care how long the cleanup takes -- that I'll pay for however long it takes. That was, I thought, why a company would choose an hourly rate to charge by. Instead, they decided that since the cleanup was more intense than they thought, they needed to call me and get permission from me to continue cleaning (?).
They proceeded to call me 3 times at work while my phone was on silent, leaving a lengthy and not super professional voicemail explaining that they are "not a bait and switch kind of company" and since they "can't get in touch with [me]" they will be vacating the property and not finishing the cleanup. No charge to me, but that still leaves me with a dirty house and a bunch of time wasted researching and scheduling for a cleanup crew.
Why even set an hourly rate if your procedure is to abandon the job when it might take longer than anticipated? Also, were the representatives even listening to me at all on the phone, or did they just hear what they wanted to hear? Could someone not have made a note that I explicitly said, "The cleaning will take as long as it takes, and I'm willing to pay for however much it costs"?
Apparently not, because this fact did not get communicated. Moreover, when I attempted a call-back mere minutes after the succession of calls and voicemails the reps at RagMops had left me, no one picked up the phone. If you have a very simple cleanup job with simple instructions, maybe this is the company for you. If you are inexperienced and need clear communications between not only yourself and the employees but also between the employees at the company, then I would seek out another cleaning service.

Rag Mops is our third cleaner since moving to DFW and has by far been the best to work with. Debi, the owner, is extremely professional and polite and I can tell she cares about her employees and her clients. Rag Mops uses a single cleaner to clean our house, so it takes a bit longer, but we like that we know who they are and can expect the same one every time, vs. a prior cleaner who used 2-3 people, were faster, but you never knew who was showing up. So far we have been very happy, and when we found something that may have been missed or needed recleaned, Debi made sure it was done right.

We've been using Rag Mops for about 6 months now and couldn't be happier! The office staff is so easy to communicate with and the process could not be any more simple. They have a copy of our house key so we can come home from work to a clean house, and they automatically charge our card afterwards so no need to hassle with cash or checks. They're very receptive to any feedback or specifics regarding our home and we trust them completely. And did I mention they're affordable and a local business? Highly recommended!

Had never used a cleaning service and always went with the local ads and was always disappointed. Rag Mops came in with two women to clean my house. Wow! They did an excellent job that was cheaper than what was quoted at the beginning. I will continue to use them and have signed up for every two weeks for them to come clean.

I'm so thankful that we moved our cleaning service to Rag Mops! They do an excellent job! Actually we have one person who cleans the whole house every time so we have consistent cleaning throughout. They call me each week and confirm the day/time of the service ( even though it's the same each week.) Some people may not prefer to have the call but I really appreciate the personal communication. Rag Mops is a woman-owned small business that provides an excellent service. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is in need of a consistent and professional cleaning company!

Rag Mops came to my home to do a first time cleaning and did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with that one cleaning. Unfortunately the service immediately went downhill after that. On my second cleaning I came home to floors that had clearly not been vacuuming, swept, or mopped. The master bathroom mirror was terribly streaked. The bathroom counter was left with a film of grit from whatever cleaning product they had used on it.
The kitchen trash had not been emptied. I immediately called the owner and her initial response was to defend the cleaning saying the normal cleanings are not as thorough as the first time clean. Once I sent her photos of all the dust and pet hair I swept up and the full trash can, she did offer to send someone out the following week to reclean. "Not as thorough" was an understatement!
It was as it the house had barely been touched. Initially I agreed to the reclean, but then decided that the service I received was so egregiously poor that I did not want to do business with them further. Maybe I just got a bad cleaning person, I don't know. But based on my experience I will never use them again and would not recommend them to anyone else either.
