Earl was someone that you hardly find anymore; he was HONEST! He told me upfront that the situation I presented to him was probably not salvageable ( which is what I figured). He could of came and cleaned the mattress and put smell good stuff on it to mask the smell and then eventually the smell would come back in a day or two. Instead he told the truth and for that reason he gets 5 stars and a place in my phone for future business. Thanks Earl for not wasting both my time and money.

Earl called 30 minutes prior to arrival to let me know when he would arrive. I got exact $$ estimate prior to him starting and we walked through the rooms so I could point out a few areas of concern. We used Carpet Dry Clean to clean three bedrooms. The carpet hadn't been cleaned in years, so I was skeptical about how well they would turn out. Carlo did a fantastic job on the carpet. He was prompt, professional and very pleasant. I love that we could walk on the carpet as soon as he was done; there was no soaking wet carpet. As the carpet fully dried, it looked cleaner and cleaner. My only regret is that I didn't call them sooner. They will definitely be my go-to carpet cleaner from now on.

Wonderful service! Ruth was great! She arrived at 8 and finished at 11. We have three levels of carpet in our house. Each level was complete dry when she finished. I know because I walked on it with my socks. No harsh chemicals. She was very professional. Moved everything with care. Wore a mask the whole time. What I love about this company is they sweep/clean first before doing the deep cleaning. Will definitely have them back!

First, in full disclosure, Carpet DryClean, Inc is (and has been for several years) a client of mine. So, my opinion may be considered biased by some. That being said. A while back, I had some service people in my home to make some repairs, and those service people did a good job of not tracking in any dirt while they did their work. I decided to ask Carpet DryClean to clean my carpets in those rooms anyway just to have the peace of mind that the carpets were clean.

I'm glad I did. Their technician moved my two couches and small furniture while cleaning. He moved each item back as he was cleaning. The result was clean and dry carpet in the living room and master bedroom with a refreshing scent (hypo-allergenic, by the way). I was able to walk on it right away because it was dry. The scent lasted for several days.

It seemed to neutralize some other odors in the house for several weeks afterwards. Overall, i was very satisfied with Carpet DryClean The work performed, including the result, was well worth the price that was paid. Thank you Carpet DryClean for cleaning my carpet. :-) patrick

Thank you Earl and team! Great service- our first time using and not only were Earl and team friendly and quick, the carpets are clean and smell wonderful! We have a dog and baby and needed a good clean before the family visits. They cleaned the main living room as well as our third floor stairs and one other bedroom, even removed a dog stain for us in our bedroom.

I compared costs with other commercial cleaners and Earl was a better price and service. It's so nice and fresh now and we will definitely be calling Earl again when it's time for another clean!

When I reached out to carpet dryclean for services, I was very skeptical of how well my scheduled service would go. I discovered that a tenet of mine ruined brand new carpets I had installed 6 months prior after then moving out. After speaking to Preston Laughinghouse about my situation and my reluctance, I agreed to schedule an appointment. I felt he took extra time to explain the process over the phone and listen to my concerns.

When the serviceman, Earl came out, he was very kind and courteous. He took a few minutes to explain the process with me before beginning. He explained, up front, that I may have issues with carpet fiber damages from the pet stains, but he would do his best to address the issues in hopes of saving the carpet. Boy, was I blown away by the after results. Carpet Dryclean was very affordable and saved me hundreds of dollars in the long run. I thought there was no way the carpets could be saved. Incredible outcome! I highly recommend and will use them again if I ever have this issue again.

Extremely pleased! We are very happy with the outcome of our carpet cleaning service. The carpet looks and smells great! They were on time, very thorough, careful when moving furniture, and professional. Their pricing is VERY competitive - the quality of service delivered for the price is an outstanding value.

I found Earl and his company on Angie's List. We had some furniture cleaned as we have pets. Earl and his assistant were early to their appointment. They arrived with the proper PPE and got right to work. They were thorough and efficient. My furniture is clean, sanitized and best of all no pet smell. The rates are reasonable for the service. I would definitely use carpet DryClean again.

I paid him 150.00 to clean my carpet. If I could upload how my carpet looked afterwards you would think I never got my carpet cleaned. Every single spot was still in my carpet. I even have faded circles in my carpet now. The only full room he had to do was the living room and it look HORRIBLE. I called home advisory and complained and he said he wouldn't return because I wrote a review on him nor did he want to give my money back for the poor quality of work he has done.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I could have gotten a rug doctor and cleaned my carpet better then he did. Only thing good I can say is he was on time. *****update I had another Capet cleaning company come and clean my carpet because Carpet DryClean refused to come back or give me my money back. Now my carpet looks wonderful.
