Camelot was recommended to me from Dan Wood Plumbing. Camelot was at our house within an hour of being called. Everyone that has been to our home has been excellent. They are kind and helpful during a very stressful time and explain everything to us in detail since we've never dealt with this before. When we discovered significant water damage at our home Camelot was on site in less than an hour. The remediation and problem solving began shortly thereafter. The repair crew is professional, extremely responsive and very helpful- particularly during a stressful situation. They checked in daily to monitor the repair work and saw the project through to completion.

Todd and Dale did a FANTASTIC detailed job with removal of ALL water damaged material. They, and the project manager, were spot on with everything. Todd was especially informative and hospitable, as well as very organized during and after demo! Todd is "Johnny on the Spot!" Just wanted to let others know that If you are looking for a reliable, friendly and efficient company to take care of your WATER Emergencies, Carpet Cleaned or Air duct cleaned- Then Camelot is who you should call! We hired another companies that didn't do what they said they would do. Just an awful experience - Until we called Camelot. They came in extremely friendly, and reassured me that they could extract and clean up all of the water and fix the damage that occurred. They came thru as promised. Thank you Camelot

I can't say enough good things about Camelot and their crew! I've worked with them for 18 years at various properties and they always go above and beyond and work miracles on some terrible carpets. I also worked with them on restoration projects and it's always been amazing. I wouldn't use anyone else!

I recently had my carpets cleaned. The next morning I woke up to a couple of spots that reappeared. I called the office and they told me that they would come back out one time within 2 weeks at no charge to retry those spots and they did just that and I even live outside of the Kalamazoo area. The spots are gone and I am very happy with the service and the price! New customer gained for sure.

We had great prompt service from our technician. He was super polite and thorough and told me that if the stain came back to call them. I did, but it wasn't within their policy time period (which I wasn't told at the time of the visit). When I spoke to the receptionist about the issue she was quite rude and very unapologetic (stating that on the invoice it's clearly shown in the fine print).
She also stated that I would have to pay for a full service carpet cleaning if they came back out. There are many choices out there for carpet cleaning and unfortunately I will have to chose another carpet cleaning company.
