Ours was truly an emergency that we needed their help quickly. The owners went above and beyond what we asked of them. They sent a crew of 4 to do the work and they were incredible! They were quick and efficient, friendly and anwered all of our questions. We liked them so much we took photos with them and bought them lunch! ANYTIME we need them again I know which company I will be calling! My husband and I always leave reviews when we feel that the companies/Persons have done more than what we asked for. This was them! I would give more stars to Quality if possible. They performed an excellent job when we needed them the most. They were prompt to respond and to communicate. They did excellent work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Quality Restoration was absolutely A+ as my wife and I moved out of one home into another. We had been in the house 3 years and needed help putting it back into show ready quality. The work was superior but candidly, it was the people who impressed us most. We actually had a fun time in what was otherwise a really stressful move. We cannot say enough about them. Finally, booking, setup and close-out was super easy and strangely affordable. I have Kristy to thank for that. Quick to respond, quick to understand and quick to care. Thank you, Quality!

Restoration helped us clean up an apartment twice. Both times they were easy to get a hold of, easy to work with, and they did a phenomenal job. They were quick and thorough. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommended! I was the POA of a woman who passed away suddenly. She was an extreme hoarder and I was left with the task of sorting and disposing of her belongings. It was overwhelming until I called Quality. They responded the same day and began the cleanout the next day. They actually finished a day early and I was kept in the loop for the entire process. I was able to check on them as they worked, and they really worked! A very fair price and very professional service.

These Guys Rock! Crazy good work. Had a buddy call me one Sunday Morning, his water Heater (located in his garage) had been leaking on the back side, and he hadn't noticed 'til it was too late and when it really started leaking. But by the time he noticed - it had turned into a major leak on the back side for what looks like weeks. The small leak had taken it's toll on the back wall, all the way down the wall (because it was elevated) into the house wall which bordered a closet.

It was a mess, you could see the moisture crawl up thru the dry-wall, on both sides, and then some. I had seen it on Sunday and the extent of damage was scary. That same day he called Quality. When I came back by the following week I couldn't even believe it was the same location. The water heater was replaced, not sure who did that, but all all of wall damage had been cut out, all new drywall where the leaks were, it was taped and textured the same, and the color painted to match, it was like it didn't even happen. I was like amazed. These guys did awesome work, and did it fast, at least I felt so. If this happens to me, I am calling Quality Restoration. Matt

Do business at your own risk - after being told someone would be out right away, they said they would not send anyone until we signed a document filled with all kinds of one sided legal jargon. When we began asking about the verbiage the owner got flustered, said "good luck" and hung up on us lol. We will NEVER use this company and recommend to all of Tucson you do the same.these people are bad news folks.

I've never worked with this company, but someone said that they did not receive a check from them and they withheld it for 3 weeks. Someone else posted a review about the same issue and the owner really went on here to reply to them saying that they withheld the check because they made several attempts to collect uniforms from them. I'm not sure how that really helped her argument since it's illegal to withhold a check for any reason.

I advised them to contact the Bureau of Labor Law Compliance to double check, and the BBB. Shame on you. Can't believe you'd think that's ok and then come on here and reply to the review Sounds like this place is being run by a teenager.

Owner has kept many employees checks after their employment has ended and refuses to pay them. This is unprofessional and illegal especially when the employee makes efforts on reaching out. Would not recommend giving this man more money

We couldn't say thank you enough times to Quality Restoration. The circumstances were unfortunate, but we're fortunate they came to our rescue twice. The fist time was in our primary home back in 2019 when the fridge ice maker malfunctioned and water leaked into kitchen, living room, pantry and one of the bedrooms. They responded quickly and dispatched a crew, cleaning, setting up drying fans, carpet/pad, moisture/mold checks.

Their crew were timely, professional, and worked very hard to minimize the impact to our daily lives. Again, back in September 2020, they came to our rescue at rental townhome when upstairs master bathroom toilet leaked and caused damage to carpet, dry wall, downstairs bathroom ceiling, and so on. Quality restorations worked with our insurance company and the process was seamless. They kept us and renters in the loop and again they took care of the repairs and their quality was higher than i expected. Thank you

My mother and I had a flood at our home, while we were out of town. It started in our upstairs bathroom and water ran through most of our house. Quality Restoration responded within an hour of our discovery. The technicians were extremely helpful, explained the process thoroughly, and answered all of my mother's endless questions! Working with the office was an absolute pleasure.

They answered every time I called, kept us updated, sent all the documentation to our insurance, and were really wonderful. Even though it was an unpleasant situation, they were amazing at keeping it seamless for us. They also did amazing repair work. By the end of it, it felt and looked as though we had never even had a flood. I referred Quality Restoration to my friend who had a sewer back up and he also had a wonderful encounter with them. Hopefully, nothing like this ever happens again-but if it does I will definitely be calling Quality Restoration and you should too!

Can't say anymore than the 4 technicians that were sent to our home on New Year's Eve were just awesome. Polite, professional and kept us informed with every step of the way. I would recommend Quality Restoration to anyone. Lim thanks again and your team for everything. Jerry D

The absolute worst experience. They were initially called for a broken water pipe inside the house. They repaired the pipe but left the drywall unfinished, with a huge hole on it, with no intention on returning a different day to finish the work. When they came, we left the door open for them and their payment on the counter (I know - too trusting).

Unfortunately we couldn't be at the house when they were doing the work due to having to be at work ourselves. After calling the main person and letting him know about the wall, he agreed to have someone come out and finish the job. In an attempt to give them a second chance and get some renovations completed in our home, we gave the job to place new floor trim.

Huge mistake. They had to redo this multiple times as there was no real attempt at doing this correctly. They didn't even bother to move furniture, such as bed, in order to place trim all around. Instead, they simply skipped that section! And many areas weren't attached to the wall. Completely careless. It's my impression they send unskilled people out to do the work and there's no oversight or any type of training whatsoever.

I don't typically leave bad reviews, but I'm appalled at how terrible this experience was and how they can be in business. I don't recommend this place to anyone. These pictures are not even the worst ones (wish I had taken more), these were taken after the second or third time when they had supposedly fixed them and I had to photograph in order to send them to the person in charge and explain this was not acceptable.

They came quickly to a human waste removal situation to a building owned by an Association. They were quick to get the removal done and did an excellent professional job. Our major Biohazard left by homeless camping out is gone, we obviously appreciate this quality service.

Amazing job. They responded to our devastating second floor laundry water spilling into our downstairs in Under an hour and were professional start to finish. They were able to prevent any further damage and completely restore the damaged areas. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding work. Ed did a great job. Katlyn was very helpful over the phone. I hope I never need that type of service again. If I do I will only use Quality. Great people to deal with.

They were prompt and professional but they were overpriced and were not upfront about the expected initial cost before coming out.

Very poor customer service, probably some of the worst I have ever experienced. They also tried to get me to sign a confidentiality agreement that I would not leave a poor review.

Company was professional and efficient. The technician Trevor communicated well and set realistic expectations. I was not surprised by the timeframe of the job nor the price. He represented his work and his company well. We had amount of water damage due to a very slow shower leak. It was not an emergency situation, so they were unwilling to provide me with an estimate for the repair.

The company was willing to send Trevor to assess the damage and let me know what they thought of the issue. I thought it was odd that they weren't willing to give me an estimate, but Trevor was professional and confident in his assessment and so I had them proceed with the repair. Repair was finished quickly and done well. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and service from Quality Restoration and I highly recommend Trevor.

Five stars isn't enough for the service QR provided. We had a water break from the upstairs unit that poured into our condo, and QR was here quickly and called to tell us when they would arrive. They removed and dried out everything and helped document everything for the insurance claim. Definitely the best for damage restoration.

Just had Quality Restoration give me an estimate on some recent water damage. Most impressed with the professionalism and integrity of the owner "Lem" and his company. My faith has been restored knowing there are some honest water restoration companies here in Tucson. Have added them to my list of "preferred providers"! Thank you Quality Restoration!

We woke up on a Sunday morning at 5:30am to a flooded garage and damp carpeting in the living room and home office. Not sure of what to do, I yelped and luckily found reviews of Quality Restoration. A crew was at our house by 7:30am. They removed items from the damaged area carefully and set up large fans to dry out the rooms to prevent mold. When it was thoroughly dry, they replaced the drywall and helped move our belongings and furniture to the original places. Cheryl, in the office, communicated well with us and was helpful with insurance issues. We were so lucky to discover Quality Restoration.

We have worked with Quality Restoration on more than one occasion and they are, without a doubt, the best people to call in the worst of situations. When we came home to a flooded house in the middle of the night during a monsoon storm, we called Quality Restoration and they had a team of 4 people at our house in under an hour. As someone who works in a service-based industry, I know the amount of organization and effort that it takes to assemble off-hours technicians (let alone entire crews) so I was already impressed by the time they showed up.

From that point on, all the way to the next time a very similar flood happened in the house a year later, and even to this day, I am thrilled to have such a great company on speed dial for myself, family, and friends. I am forever grateful for their expertise, professionalism, and service.

I'm a roof coating contractor in Tucson and occasionally calls for tile roof problems during storms with the people needing emergency repairs (We don't do tile repairs or work). I've sent over 15 people to Quality Restoration in the last year - and none have needed to call me back with problems or looking for another company. I've also called Quality Restoration after hours to follow up and I've always been able to talk to the person on call to verify my clients were actually being helped. I'm glad I have their number saved and will continue sending referrals to them as long as they are taken care of.

Quality Restoration After an evening away from our home we returned to find it completely flooded due to a plumbing failure. We contacted Quality Restoration at 9:20 PM and they had a work crew on site extracting water within the hour. Their service was prompt and professional. We were guided with excellent advice during the reconstruction process and were extremely thankful for their service. The owner's care for our needs was truly exceptional. I would definitely use them again.

As a Realtor who has worked with several restoration companies in Tucson, I can tell you there is a BIG difference between them. Quality Restoration is as honest as they get, and they fight for you to repair the job right when the insurance companies try to fix your house with sub standard materials and workmanship. They will tell you when you do not need expensive restoration services when their competitors say you do.

Quality Restoration is one of the only restoration companies who does NOT pay big referral fees to plumbers. When restoration companies pay plumbers for referrals, it creates situations where plumbers cause issues that require restoration services, so they can get the referral fee. Quality Restoration is one of the very best in the business!

I have been dealing with Quality restoration on numerous projects for over 20 years now. I am always amazed how they use their years of experience, and couple them with modern technology and techniques to quickly and efficiently restore a home or commercial building. Their is no job too big or small for these folks!
