We had Michael come over to our house from Steamy Concepts - once for a repair and once for cleaning. What a true professional. Michael was super kind, worked hard, answered a questions a was a great representative of Steamy Concepts. Our carpet looks brand new and will forever thanks to the extra sealer protection he used. When we need cleaning again we will only go to Steamy Concepts!

Great experience with these guys. I accidentally booked for the wrong date and called the day I actually needed my floors cleaned. These guys had their technician ( Alvin ) out in just a few hours. Would be nice if more businesses and employees compossed themselves like Steamy Concepts. Thanks again

Ive been using steamy concepts for years, and each year they pulled a $50 trick on me for puppy spots. So this year when they came in for an $80 coupon visit, the puppy spots were rejected. So what did they do? They charged me for $100 to clean a 6x6 area which was 'not carpeting' but an area rug. I asked the man to leave, and I will find another company. Enough ripping us off, Steamy.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I can't even rate on their cleaning because we didn't get that far. I can only rate on their customer service, which was abysmal. My neighbors moved due to a new job and we promised to help get the house ready for market. My daughter did the cleaning while I supervised and we kept an eye on things since the house was empty.

When Steamy Concepts arrived on their specified day, I texted the neighbor to let her know they were at the house. Apparently the estimate was VERY high and the owner asked me to let them know they needed to vacate the property if they were still there because they weren't going to hire them. This was after the company lowered their initial quote twice from the original one.

They sound like the kind of company that tries to price-gouge as much as possible. I entered the house (they left the front door wide open to all the Arizona critters) and asked why they were still in the house after being asked to leave. When I told them I was the neighbor taking care of the house, one of the employees exploded and started yelling at me, saying I wasn't the owner and they didn't need to listen to me.

Mind you, I was on the phone with the owner the entire time, so she heard the entire conversation. I tried explaining that I was helping get the house ready to be listed but I couldn't get a word in edgewise because the rude employee kept interrupting, talking over me and yelling at me. The other employee didn't say one word the entire time.

The rude employee even pulled out his phone as if to film me (and he might have). I finally asked if I needed to call the police but they finally left, perhaps because they saw my husband, who had just arrived home, coming across the street to see what the ruckus was and see if I needed help. My husband ended up calling the company to complain because of the way they treated me. The employee flat out lied to the owner and said I came in cussing at them, which wasn't true at all. What a joke of a company.

Great company! I have always use Steamy Concepts for my carpet cleaning but I just bought a new house which is mostly tile. I had them come to clean the grout and chose to get their color seal treatment on the grout. This not only seals the grout with a vinyl based polymer but allows you to change the color of your grout to whatever you want. My wife and I chose to go with a dark grey that won't show dirt as much as our old white grout and we couldn't be happier with the results. Crew was friendly, on time, and professional. Highly recommend!

The website says $80 per two rooms. I called the operator and explained him that I needed my living room and one bedroom to be cleaned and also gave him size in sqft for both the rooms. The operator agreed on $80 and I booked the appointment for Saturday afternoon. The technician 'Michael' showed up and immediately gets upset because one of the room he had to clean is living room which is over size room as per him.

We had some discussion about the prize but we finally agreed on cleaning just a living room for $80 (I just didn't want to argue with him). He started cleaning the room but wouldn't move a subwoofer sitting in that room and my wife had to move it (kinda goes with other reviewers complaining about lazy techs won't move even light furniture).

He finished the job rather quickly and left. Attached are the picture of dark spots that he did not remove. These are the spots why we called the company to begin with! I called the operator again to complain and he rescheduled the appointment and this time its field manager who is supposed to come and clean the spots. Let's see how that goes!

I absolutely love working with Steamy Concepts, from management, to the schedulers and of course, the service guys! Everyone is very professional, pleasant to speak with, always on top of everything and they make sure we are taken care of. We specialize in student housing and have over 140 properties that we rent and of the 6 years I have been with this company, I have never enjoyed working with any other service provider as much I as I do with Steamy!

Their technique, machines, materials etc are the best and really work wonders on some of the carpets we need to bring back to life lol. The results are mind-blowing! Anthony was the tech that came the first time we called Steamy Concepts and he did an excellent job. We were so impressed they worked with us to do the first half of the house and now we called back for a second half and he is a professional young man and will be looking forward to continue to do business with this company. Their website makes it sound as if you get a better deal by signing up for service online. Unfortunately, I was charged twice as much as I was expecting from their advertised prices online. In addition, the invoice I received indicated that I would be charged $0.40 per square feet after 300 square feet but they actually charged me $0.55 per square feet after 300 feet.

When I called to complain that I was charged more per square feet than the invoice indicated, they said it was because more work was involved. Wrong! They seem perfectly contently to gouge you with a different pricing structure that depends on them charging whatever they feel comfortable charging. Stay away from them and do not use their services!

We had our tile/grout clean today and the technician was nice. He said it was over 700 sqft of tile to be cleaned which came to over $500. He clearly explained the technique they use was pressure washing for grout tile cleaning. He used a pretreatment on the tile. He said after it completely drys, it would look nice. My problem after he left our home, white residue on various areas of grout are around my home.

Its worse than original. I made 4 attempts to contact the company right after he left. I spoke to operator that only took down my name and number and said someone would get back to me. No luck as of yet. Be Careful 4-star+ rating does not mean anything these days. AVOID This Company

We had Jesse and his colleague come out and do our rugs and our tiles. They did amazing work and were so professional and understanding. They gave good tips for what we should do and gave us some laughs too. We love Steamy Concepts and will continue to use them in the future. Service: General carpet cleaning

I am very pleased and appreciative of the service I received! The technicians were here within two hours of my phone call, they were polite and courteous, and they were able to get out the stains and markings on my carpets, even though some of them had been there for 10 years! They were in and out very quickly, and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and great cleaning.

Our technician Michael was amazing! We had quite the task for him due to indoor smoking and pet stains, and he made sure it was all taken care of! While they did respond quickly, and just when we thought all was going to be taken care of from start to finish with water damage in our home, it quickly went downhill and became a chaotic mess. They did the initial part in removing any moisture from the walls around the windows and checking the air quality, etc. However, we did have to keep inquiring as to the status of things as the communication with this company was not what it should be.

The renovation company they work with, Royalty Renovations, well that is is another horrible disaster that a separate review will be written on. So, after Royalty Renovations did the rebuilding around the windows, re-painting, etc. Steamy Concepts stepped back in to clean the floors. WOW.did someone dump a bucket of dirty water on our tile floors? Well, this is what it looked like when Steamy Concepts was done.

I couldn't believe the sloppy job that was done. How are footprints, streaks, dirty water marks, etc part of a cleaned floor? I would NEVER recommend Steamy Concepts to anyone that needed their tile floor cleaned. I cannot give an opinion on how they do with carpet, as we don't have any. Their unprofessionalism and carelessness of work didn't end with the physical portion of the job.

I reviewed the itemized statement they had supplied to my insurance company. I couldn't believe the amount of line items that they were charging my insurance company. Some of these items were NEVER used. Yes, my insurance did pay for all the damage after the deduction of our deductible.however, do companies not realize that they help to drive up insurance rates because of this? To sum this up. Steamy Concepts is NOT a company to trust, does not do reliable work, and I've said it before but will say again. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

Cleaned tile and carpet - great job! Plan to have them return soon for last 3 carpeted rooms. Online scheduling worked for me and included the current discount options. They did a fabulous job setting expectations about the visit and when they would show up. They responded quickly to my appointment request. When Michael got here, he walked through the area with me setting expectations of the cleaning and provided optional services. The job Michael did was great! He was efficient and friendly. My carpet looks amazing. I am very glad I called Steamy Carpets and would use them again.

We opted for the basic clean, and were most unhappy with the results. The carpets did not look any cleaner. We let Steamy Concepts know, and they offered to come back and give a complimentary deep clean. Great results! The company will not move furniture. The service provider was sullen, brusque and generally impolite. He recommended add on products then admitted that these would not reverse the spotting. This is the third time using the company and the second poor experience. Will not use again.

Called on Monday and they set appointment for Tuesday. Showed up at appointed time. Michael, technician, was excellent. Explained procedure and did excellent job. Would highly recommend.

I had all of the carpets, tile and grout cleaned and sealed. It looks great with all of the spot stains removed. I can't believe how much brighter the tile looks giving the whole house a feeling of freshness. The technicians were professional, informative and friendly making the whole experience a pleasure. And they showed up exactly when they were scheduled! I highly recommend Steamy Concepts.

They did a great job working in our home. We had just had things moved out and we were cleaning the carpet as a requirement for leaving our lease. They did a very good job. They did offer more services, but were not pushy when I declined them. Took them about 1.5 hrs to do 1500sqft of carpet. They did a nice design on it too. Gave me little plastic booties so I could see everything.

Only one spot didn't come up completely and it was a really really tough gunky stain. All perfect and certainly does the job for what I needed. And I liked that they took card, gave an official amount they would charge upfront, were good about giving me the best possible price based on their specials and discounts, and gave me a heads up before they showed up (with a picture of them so I knew who to look for). I was pushed into having my carpets done by the pushy tech saying "I have 25 years experience. trust me." It started out as $99 for 3 rooms. I knew it would be more because I had bad pet odor. The rooms smelled worse. The field tech came out and didn't help with their customer service abilities. He said "we won't keep coming out here". Don't use them.

John was my technician and he was amazing, diligent and very friendly! He did an amazing job on my carpet and couches! My house smells wonderful! I recently used another company and the results of the "other" company was disappointing to say the least. If you are looking for quality and professional carpets cleaners, I would highly recommend Steamy Concepts.hands down. Sincerely, happy customer, Tracie.

We called for an appointment and estimate; we were offered an available time on the same day. A fair estimate was given and we accepted. The work was very professional and thorough. We also had a prized silk area carpet; special testing was done prior to the actual cleaning with special reduced pressure steamer. Result was perfect. Recommend highly.

Talk about annoying! When I was an booking appointment I asked if I could pay over the phone, that I would not be home but my boyfriends mother is and I obviously don't want her having to pay for something I booked. They told me that was fine no problem they woild call me for payment. The next day I text them on the same number that I booked the appointment on and they told me yes no problem that they would call me.

Well I got a message that the technician is on the way and I frantically send more texts to make sure that he calls me to collect payment and sure enough I get a message later from my boyfriend asking if his mom was supposed to pay for it because the guy is asking for payment. Then when I talk to him again he tells me that he was told they actually tried to call me which was not true because I sat by my phone waiting and had no missed call. I am seriously annoyed with you guys and your lairs. I will never use you again.

I had great hopes for this company, i needed my carpet cleaned for the holidays, but after expressing my dissapointment on their 20 mins visit all they were worried about was getting payed. Unfortunately they left the carpet dirty, full of hairs and debris. Before they were going to leave we let them know that it wasn't properly cleaned and didnt take too much care on making things right. Its a bummer when you place your trust on a company and it turns out this way, minus a load of cash to top it off. I hope they might come back and fix it

I called and asked if they move furniture and they said as long as it's not over 50lbs. I had a coffee table 40lbs and rug 45lbs. and they guy said he would not move it so my girlfriend had to. I called the office and complained and they said it's up to the discretion of the guy doing the work. That is total BULL! So that means regardless of the weight if you get a lazy tech who's going to do the work like the one I got then he can choose to move furnishing or not. Won't be using them again anytime soon or ever for that fact.

I used to use Zerorez for years. They make you pay extra to remove pet stains and odors and it's not cheap. I did that with the understanding that I wouldn't have this problem reoccur. The last time I had them come out he wanted me to pay again for the pet problem because the stain came back. We actually got in a semi argument because I wanted it redone but wasn't willing to pay the 300 plus bucks again due to the fact I was told the 1st time it would permanently remove this problem.

With that company the customer isn't always right. It would cost me about 400 dollars again. I ended up telling the tech no thanks, asking him to go. I then called Steamy Concepts, they came that same day and cleaned my carpets for more than half the price of Zerorez. I will use Zerorez from now on.

Chris and his assistant did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet and tile in my house. They accommodated my tight schedule and the price was very reasonable. The previous owners left it a mess but Steamy Concepts got my carpet and tile looking like new again. Great job! I will definitely be using them again on the future Service: Carpet cleaning

Showed up on time fast and efficient. Made my dog crusty rugs look brand new they also made the couch look better than I expected since a 120 lbs dog has made it his favorite afternoon nap location. Definitely happy with their service and will absolutely use them once a year to maintain the great job they did.

Steamy Concepts did any amazing job cleaning my bedroom carpet. They did every thing to make sure I was MORE then happy with their work. They wore a mask the entire time in respect of Covid19. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

This review I am giving in specific to Bryant with steamy concepts. We had a major project drying out our entire house after several rain events and he was always on top of things no matter what time day or night. Great customer service!

A plumber called this company for a small water leak in my bathroom (about a cup of water on the floor). Their exorbitant price included destroying walls and sticking a fan(s) on it. You can do this yourself. They do not fix the leak, nor do they repair it. I suspect they charge varying prices depending on the customer, though I have no proof. They were extremely unprofessional, and it took a BBB complaint to even get paperwork. There are other companies if you need help.

About the Services I received: My 4 year old, heavily used furniture which I did not think could be rehabilitated (which has been sat on by many dogs and humans and has never been cleaned before) looks brand new in shape and smell; My heavily traversed carpeted areas as well also look, feel, and smell brand new. Our living room throw rug which is ancient (but expensive to replace) and has been severely mistreated- also brand new in look and feel.

I could not be happier about all of it. Not pictured: my downstairs movie room carpet and the stairs. About My Service Technicians: Ty & Joseph- they have been amazing. I'm grateful for them, the two men I worked with (in home estimates) have absolutely amazing personalities and were a joy to have providing me with quality breakdowns of where my money goes into the process and what they'd be doing for each specific material of my items. Ty came to clean everything when services were rendered (was one of the two men mentioned above) is amazing, professional, talented, and I cannot say enough how much I am grateful for him.

The people of Steamy Concepts really made what feels like such a pain in the butt expense feel *very* worth my money. I will be using this service again as needed. All in all, give this amazing small business support, they deserve your patronage.

I saw on their website they had a special for 3 rooms for $99. I wrote to make an appointment. The owner said I was wrong. I showed him his website. He ignored me. I wrote again, same. Ignored. I then texted and called. No response. Horrible customer service. Find a new company.

VETERANS, DONT LET THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOUSE! We had a flood overnight and our property management company called them, not our choice. From the moment they showed up very unprofessional. Could never communicate with us on updates and when moving our items out to repair the house, our personnel items were damaged. New Dryer had the top damaged from putting heavy boxes on it. Missing items, etc.

The price for the repairs seem to double when the sound out the insurance company that would cover this matter. When asked about the damage to the new dryer, they sent the same unprofessional person out to take pictures and access the damage, he proceed to suggest it was our fault. Never have heard from them about this matter, to fix or compensate us.

So I strongly suggest not to call this company. This company's commercial that runs on the radio is exactly what they say they aren't. If this is how they treat Veterans, I would hate to see how they treat other. Only giving them a star because they won't post this without it.

They went above and beyond to clean our furniture, our dog sheds so they took the embedded hair out, cleaned all over. Great job, we highly recommend this company. They also impressed us by wearing booties, great to see.

I had my carpets cleaned as a requirement of my move out agreement for the house I have been renting. I have cleaned my own carpets multiple times with my own Hoover carpet scrubber with great results, but I was required to provide a receipt for a "professional truck mounted cleaner". I don't know how after spending over $400 to have the carpets "professionally cleaned" they look worse than they did before.

There are now spots that did not exist before. And the smell was terrible. I'm not even sure if they used any carpet cleaner. They left my back gate wide open and had the hose pulled out. I only recommend them if you are having carpets cleaned that have NEVER been walked on, otherwise, don't waste your time and money. The only reason for the second star is that they did a decent job on the tile and grout.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We've used them in the past, and our flooring looked great. This last time was a complete nightmare. The first appointment was scheduled by Garrett, who I understand is one of the managers. went into our business on Saturday, and no one came. I called (a second time as the first time I called, they told me a technician would call me when they were 30 minutes away.) the second call was me sitting at the office at 10am.

The guy was supposed to show up between 8 and 12. The next guy on the phone tells me, "I don't show you scheduled for an appointment today!" We were supposed to have both of our busy offices cleaned, but they can't do laminate which is fine, BUT I specifically scheduled with Garrett! The guy then tells me, let me get Garrett on the phone. Puts me on hold, comes back and tells me Garrett apologizes and if I schedule in the future, we will get a discount.

I end up giving them another chance and schedule again. They schedule, send me confirmation, come out and you can't even tell our floors were done. I watched the guy clean the floors. nothing was coming out, mind you you have a woven floor. he says he used concentrated chemicals on it. I'm so upset with wasting TWO Saturdays. The first was a no go, the second was all for not. Look at these pictures, post clean! After he was almost done, I went over the floors with a rag and it's just awful.

Bryant had the utmost professionalism and integrity during the service. When I was looking for mold inspection/water remediation, I was recommended to Steamy Concepts and I'm grateful for the assessment process. They came at their allotted time and gave a thorough explanation of the situation. So many contractors are in rush and don't want to take the time to invest in good customer service - this situation felt the opposite to me and based on this, I would highly recommend Steamy Concepts to my friends and neighbors. I'll try them out for carpet cleaning next year and update the review then as well.

Despite some initial hiccups and miscommunication, now that our project is done we are in love with our floors thanks to Steamy Concepts! We have a home that is only about 2 years old, but we noticed that the grout in some of our high traffic areas and shower was starting to look a little worn out and dirty. We called a few different companies to get quotes for a grout cleaning and Steamy Concepts was among the best price and the most professional.

We decided to book an appointment with them and Ezra, our technician, was absolutely stellar. He educated us about the process and worked very hard to clean our grout and apply a seal coat to protect it from future wear. A miscommunication with the technicians concerning what we should expect from our grout cleaning in some very key areas resulted in the need for a redo job, which was completed promptly and professionally by Jeremy. Jeremy also came out and took care of a color seal on our shower floor, which looks fantastic!

He was very knowledgeable and professional, providing us with great information on how to keep our grout looking like new. The management team reached out to us because of the initial service hiccup and went out of their way to ensure the problem was resolved and that we were well taken care of. I mentioned to him that we were considering having our entire home color sealed and he even offered us a special discount for the trouble.

He made it clear that Steamy Concepts values their customers and will do whatever it takes to make up for it when honest mistakes happen. We will definitely go with Steamy Concepts for future jobs and will recommend them to all of our family and friends. Five stars.
