I have used Woodbury Cleaners for YEARS. I am not a 1st time/1time customer. I say that so it is clear that I have to be very disheartened to write this review. So much that I don't even care that you can see my phone #. That's how much I care to share. I am a professional and my wardrobe needs to be dry cleaned.even most of my personal pieces. I am particular of my attire professionally and personally so I spend a lot of $$ on my pieces and I ALWAYS inspect them. BEFORE & AFTER they're cleaned.
I patronize businesses with good customer service, quality, and professionalism. I have ABSOLUTELY NO REASON to make up or hold someone accountable for something they're not responsible for. Last week I dropped off my clothes to an unfamiliar young girl that I have not seen before. She was the same young girl I picked up my items from on Sat 1/22/22. Friendly.offered to help carry.
I declined as it was cold. Went home checked all my pieces & 3 items needs to go back (not a big deal.to me at least. I have brought items back before. Sweaters that got missed and deballing.button or hook that came of missing. These things happen.no biggie). With the new store hours I couldn't go back Sat so I had to wait until today (1/25/22) when they first open. An unfamiliar bearded man greeted me.asked if I was dropping off.said yes.
Put my 1st piece down that I brought to be pressed (still patronizing the business.bc I was not thinking my next items that I was bringing back to be corrected would be a big deal as in the past. I was WRONG). I then showed my pants where it looks starched/burned at the bottom. The gentleman preceded to tell me that it was bc of the serial tag underneath.
I stated I brought several pants in. NONE are like this. This is NOT the 1st time these particular pants were dry cleaned here. I asked if this can be fixed. He said no.and they would've been like this if I brought them in previously. I stated VERY calmly that they were not and I KNOW they were cleaned here previously. I have no reason to lie. Nor would I EVER wear these pants looking they way they do at the bottom.
The gentleman preceded to go over and over that either the pants have NEVER been there or it's the 1st time and that this happens bc of the tag. FALSE.FALSE.FALSE. Although my face shows I'm completely bothered. I still remain calm and polite that I will not argue or go back and forth regarding what I KNOW to be TRUE. He preceded to go over they been using these tags for 2 yrs & I explained where they use to place them as I am a customer of several yrs.
He kept going and going to try and prove a point vs simply saying sorry about that.let's see what we can do.etc. I am not paying for a service where you can damage my items with no regard and act like 1. This is normal and I have to accept it or.2. This happened previously and now I'm trying to make a bid heal of it. I simply gathered ALL of my items.calmly and politely said forget it.
I am not going to deal with this and I will never come back. I didn't even get to mention my sons pants that don't look spot cleaned (or maybe couldn't come out.no note saying it couldn't come out).or my dress that still has the white marks and the sleeve was unraveled and loose on a dress I wore once (nothing stating the white marks won't come out or why my sleeve has to go to alterations now). Woodbury Cleaners has lost a valued customer today bc of this incident and I will ensure that my colleagues and family no longer patronize this business since this is how they're customers are treated new and long long time.

This is a very conveniently located cleaner for us not just because it is along our routes, but because it is next to a gas station, pharmacy, restaurants we like, etc. Heather at the Eagle Creek Ln location was very friendly helping with a coupon that hadn't been entered when dropping off and offering to carry clothes out to our car. 15-minute parking outside their door is nice to help with not carrying items too far.
Their receipts are very detailed including very specific detail (brand, clothing type) for each item dropped off and pricing for each item cleaned. I really appreciated their text reminder system as well. The clothes were cleaned well and did not have a typical "dry cleaner" smell that I've noticed when using other places. We'll be back to use this business next time!

Last summer I had a beautiful outdoor wedding, but between dancing, taking pictures, and walking around visiting with family and friends it really took a toll on my wedding gown. It had been taking up the too much room in our closet for the last 8 months and figured I should probably bring it in to be cleaned. I brought it in last month and the employees were so helpful in helping me decide what needed to be done because I wanted to store it for the future so they suggested I get it boxed.
I was told it would take about 4 weeks but received a call letting me know it was back from cleaning a week early. It looked amazing! Just what I was expecting and at a reasonable price too! My husband can finally have his side of the closet back and I know where I will be doing all of my future cleaning. Great job.
