Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Dropped off my new Army Dress Uniform from Marlow White which has never been worn. There was no damage when I dropped it off, when I picked it the lady said nothing to me and I didn't realize until home that they had put a blue tag on it and annotated a missing button. This is a uniform that again has never been worn, no one called to ask about the button and nothing was said when I picked it up about their putting a tag on it. Now I have to go buy a $50 set of buttons to replace the one they apparently ripped off. Edited to 3 stars. The manager did reach out and offer to replace the button.

I had a dress brand new but came extremely wrinkled in the package. I was going out of town but needed the dress right when I got back. The dress was polyester and was recommended not to dry clean. AMY the manager was so knowledgeable and helpful. I first spoke to her on the phone and she definitely knows her stuff! I haven't had CUSTOMER SERVICE like this in a LONG WHILE! Brought my 1950s vintage wedding gown here for alterations about a month before my wedding. Natoma did an excellent job--asking good questions at the initial fitting, listening to my preferences, and in her handiwork on the alterations. The dress came out beautifully and the price was reasonable. I will be taking it back to be cleaned and preserved!

The staff at the St. Croix Cleaners are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job. Shirts, pants, sweaters, blazers, even rugs, they do it all and they do it very well. The store is also clean and tidy, exactly what you would hope for from your dry cleaner. I highly recommend them!

Results are great, they really do take care of your clothes. They also go the extra mile to deal with stubborn stains or fix a broken button. The business is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. On one occasion, they even fixed damage to a shirt that had been done by a different laundry service. I do have a couple of suggestions for the business owners if they read this - either the prices should be a little better or there should be some sort of loyalty/rewards program for regular customers.

I realize you get what you pay for, but for regular customers, this can be somewhat hard on the budget. I occasionally see some coupons, but they are mostly restricted to new customers. I feel long time customers should also be rewarded for loyalty and long time business.

Roxanne altered my wedding dress. Not only was she able to work with my limited schedule but she addressed all of my concerns with the dress. She is knowledgeable, flexible, loves her job and it shows! I will be bringing my dry cleaning and future alterations to store #21.

Really friendly staff and nailed it on great customer service! Needed my shirt & suit cleaned same day for last minute out of town event and they handled everything. It cost more but worth it to me. The seamstress even fixed up a tear on my pants. Everything looked great & I'm definitely a return customer!

I am so pleased with St Croix Cleaners. I am thrilled with their alterations specialist, Roxanne. She has been doing my alterations for many years. Most recently, she altered my Daughter In Laws wedding dress. It was PERFECT! Having dry cleaning and alterations in one stop is a huge time saver!

Today was my final dress fitting for my wedding and Roxanne was the most professional and down to earth alteration specialist that I have ever met. She made my experience very personable and one on one. She has been wonderful and in two weeks thanks to her my wedding dress is going to look amazing :

A thousand "Thank You's" to Roxanne would not be enough. When I was in a major pinch she fit me into her extremely tight schedule (prom was that week-end) to hem some new school pants for my son. He was in for measuring and I had the finished hemmed pants in my hand a half hour later! This customer service is a rare find and I had just met her! Her thoughtfulness and flexibility saved the day for my son and me.

The hemmed pants are perfect and professional. But her willingness to work with our short time line goes so far and above, that we will never even think of taking our business anywhere else.

This is by far the worst possible experience I've ever had with any company or service. They have a service called "fetch" thats motto is the anytime dry cleaning service. Couldn't be farther from true. 6 times now I've input my account info and it says I have nothing to pick up. Even though I clearly see my clothes behind the glass. They even have staffed hours which are rarely staffed. Word of advise, there are numerous other dry cleaning services and I would use them and avoid st croix at all cost.
