In 1979, brothers Gary and Dana Richie began a specialty cleaning company out of a garage in St. Paul. From the very beginning, they committed their company to being a leader and innovator in their field. Success came quickly and no job seemed too difficult. When Mt. St. Helens erupted in 1980, Brothers Industrial Cleaning took the largest heated mobile units in Minnesota out west to lend a hand in the monumental cleanup. Over the years, Gary's wife, Linda, played a key role as the primary customer contact.
Kitchen exhaust cleaning is essential for the prevention of kitchen grease fires. Insurance companies require, at a minimum, a semi-annual cleaning of kitchen exhaust hood, filters, ductwork and blowers, and some city fire prevention bureaus require cleaning on a more frequent basis, depending on the type of restaurant.

We had a great experience with the crew at Brothers Industrial cleaning. They were very professional and helpful. They answered all our questions and did an awesome job in a timely fashion. Highly Recommended. Industrial Brothers raised the level of service well beyond what we had been experiencing. They communicated to proactively to schedule cleaning on a quarterly basis, they sent reminder emails and calls day of service. Cleanings were prompt and well done. No follow up calls were needed to retrace steps. After years of struggling with poor quality in this sector, they delivered top-notch service.

Brothers has cleaned our hood and make-up air filters several times now. The scheduling is always easy and Tiffany is very responsive. The crews that come out do an incredible job. Particularly with cleaning after themselves. The only way we know they were there is from our shiny hood when we arrive in the morning! Thank you!

Brothers did a amazing job of cleaning the dumpster corral for our restaurant. After 4 years of dirt, food waste, cooking oil spillage and general wear it now looks awesome. They were very responsive and the tech worked efficiently and professionally. They also have done a great job cleaning the hoods in our kitchen over the years.
