Michael Marcus is in the tile and grout cleaning and sealing business for over 20 years in the Las Vegas Valley. You'll know all about Michael from the get-go! As owner/operator, I am at every job to pay attention to your every need. So, you can rest assured about Michael your job will be complete, quality, and professional.
Here is an on-site grout cleaning video demo of tile and grout cleaning professional service. This is one of my more popular materials cleaned and is known as wood look-alike plank tile and comes in all shapes and sizes. Porcelain, Ceramic, and Travertine are the most popular surfaces. On my YouTube channel find tile and grout cleaning demos on all materials like ceramic, porcelain, and travertine surfaces. In addition, also watch how-to's on subjects like "how to clean your tile and grout" and "why is my grout black" plus much more.
As an owner-operator of a professional tile and grout cleaning in Las Vegas service, I know that getting your tile and grout clean is a lot harder than it looks. Using the right cleaning apparatus can remove some surface grease and grime, but it also pushes other soils into the spaces (grout) between your tiles.
I had Michael come to clean my disgusting tile and grout and I actually never thought they were so dirty! All I have to say is WOW, holy crap, my floors recovered like he told me they would and actually I'll never have shoes or bare feet on my floors again! I also got lots of tips to help prevent future problems on my floors!

Michael Marcus, the owner is a scam artist. If anything goes wrong with your job you potentially paid four figures for and you call Las Vegas Tile and Grout Cleaning after the job seeking a resolution or even an adult conversation, you're 's**t out of luck' according to Michael. Their website states they are licensed, bonded, and insured. Not one of the companies listed on said website as providing bonded status have any record whatsoever of this company.
Because it's not insured or bonded. If you notice, there is a picture showing a machine that completed 'over 10,000 jobs' in this listing. There is a Teflon ring that sits in between the rapidly rotating steel nozzles of the cleaning head and the ground to glide over tile and keep those heads from contacting/colliding with the floor. That same machine that did 10000 jobs was the one they brought to our house, and the Teflon ring was nonexistent by then.
How many other customers have damage they thought was there previously, before us? They never replaced that Teflon ring highlighted as 'critical maintenance' and couldn't care less about their quality of work. Damage after job included black scrapes, unremovable black marks on the side of our white grout/light tile, various chips, grout staining, and much more.
To top it off they didn't properly seal a single area after all was said and done. No hydrophobic coating, no stain resistance, no seal at all. Michael is a thief and his company will not stand behind you if they ruin your floors. My partner texted and called multiple times before Michael Marcus bothered to answer a single call. In the words of my partner, 'he [Michael] ghosted [my partner] for a few weeks before picking up the phone one time and one time only.' When Michael did pick up he was extremely rude, raised his voice, became abnormally and suspiciously defensive, and interrupted my partner to blame us somehow (it was legit brand new flawless flooring in a new house before with at least a hundred pictures before and after so. no) before he could even finish explaining the problem. to top off his childish behavior he hung up on my partner when he realized he was cornered and proceeded to never answer our calls again.
After several weeks of waiting, we were forced to dispute our payment (successfully, as we have plenty of legal level proof Michael actually scammed us) and proceed the legal route seeking compensation for the multiple thousands of dollars of damage he did to our brand new floor in our brand new house. Las Vegas Tile and Grout and Michael Marcus clearly had/has no qualms charging thousands of dollars, using inappropriate and/or ineffective products and machinery for differing tile and grout types, causing massive damages, simply not performing entire services already paid for (and lie it has been done), and ghosting (ignoring) customers the moment they leave your premises with your money in hand.
A real professional company, properly licensed, insured, and/or bonded simply would not respond the way Las Vegas tile and grout cleaning does to customers experiencing issues BECAUSE they are insured/bonded, know that they're covered in this circumstance, and won't loose their business to repair costs. you better hope they get it right the first time because you'll spend the next year battling a logistical nightmare just to undo their horribly sloppy and damaging work.
A legitimately qualified tile/grout/flooring expert offered to evaluate the damage on our new flooring caused by Las Vegas Tile and Grout. It will likely require at the least the ENTIRE HOUSE re-grouted and some tiles replaced completely just to restore the flooring back to the condition it was in (before Michael Marcus and his nightmare of a company totaled our floor).
A complete lack of maintenance on their (critical to business!) floor cleaning machines, scamming us out of a thousand dollars, and basically spitting in our face when we (tried over and over) politely asked Michael to come back and evaluate/fix the hundreds of damaged areas should tell you not to hire them

Hired Michael and his daughter to remove a solid coat of grout sealer that my contractor inexplicably spread on top of my brand new porcelain tile floor. Michael answered the phone immediately at 5:30pm and they were here at 9:30 the next morning ready to go to work. They were in and out in about 90 minutes and now the tile once again looks brand new. Absolutely first class. Thanks guys!

The owner answers calls promptly and has good prices but he is as condescending as he is polite. An example is I asked if what they clean with is non-toxic as any concerned pet owner with a baby would do. It seems I offended him by asking ad his reply was that he has been in business for a long time doing residential properties and he was "educating" me that he does what he needs to do. Umm thanks I'll pay more to another company that doesn't talk down to me. A simple yes it is non-toxic would have been a better answer.

We had LV T&G come over after a water break that pretty much destroyed our kitchen and dining room tile. We thought for sure that we'd need to replace it. But, no, they did a GREAT job, not only salvaged the tile saving us thousands of dollars, but it looks, frankly, better then it did when it was new 15 years ago! I'll probably have them come in every 2 years or so going forward and do the entire house just to keep things brand spanking new. Great job!

We had our tile and grout cleaned again by Michael. Same results as last time, AWSOME! We have brown porcelain tile and grout that just gets filthy fast, we tried wearing socks on our feet. It still doesn't work! Once a year grout cleaning seems like a great idea! He always gives us great advice and tips, as well as having a great attitude! Thank you Michael! We will be calling you back, and refer you to others!

Michael came to our home and did everything as he promised as he returned out filthy ugly tile and grout back to new! My expectations was to just freshen up the floors, and remarkably, when he was done, the grout recovered to me back near 100% back to it's original color! WOW is all I got to say! He recommended to me annual service, and after watching the difference, I think he's right! He also gave us great tips! I definitely recommend him to everyone!
