The owner Ron was super helpful and they were here on time as promised. Jacob's service was amazing. He showed me everything before and after and I am so appreciative. I was scammed a few months ago by a different company so be sure you are looking for the correct one! Use Vegas Valley Air Duct.they ACTUALLY do what they say! Air ducts cleaned, sanitized and Jacob went above and beyond to clean each individual vent as well as it came off the wall. Will absolutely only use this company.

I needed my dryer duct cleaned and repaired because my dryer was not drying. I spoke with Ron (owner) in regards to my issues. He had one of his technicians come over and he took care of the problem fast. Th technician even made sure my dryer was working properly to confirm the blockage was gone. Great customer service and great value! The technician (Jacob) was very kind, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I will definitely use them again to clean out my air ducts in the future. My house had a terrible smoke smell someone must've smoked in this house before I moved in I spoke to a guy on the phone named Ron he's very professional he sent technicians the same day and I am breathing a lot better and I do not smell any of that terrible tobacco odor the quality of my life is much better now since the air ducts Have been cleaned The price they gave me on the phone was the exact price I paid when they left I'm so used to getting screwed by other companies that was a big plus as well once again thank you Vegas Valley Air Duct

Called three companies that didn't bother answering before talking to Vegas valley called early in the morning and he sent out a tech by 1pm tech was running few minutes late no big deal since communication was spot on and updates were given for his arrival time. the tech cleaned our nasty dryer vent out completely and wouldn't you know our dryer now works like it should.

Two other companies failed to even bother and get on roof to do a proper cleaning. The tech listened to our concerns and was very professional. Cleaned up behind the dryer and reinstalled hoses without us even asking. Highly recommend. I will definitely use them in near future for duct work cleaning.

Had our Air duct and dryer duct cleaned. Our technician Sal was great! He came on time, explained the process, where he would start and an estimate of how long it would take. He was very thorough and careful with the equipment and his surroundings. No debris left behind from the cleaning. Reasonable price and great customer service. My experience with this company was awful. No customer service. I was in the process of renovation a home when I hired this company to clean my ducts. From the beginning one of the employees, Jason, was extremely rude and condescending. The painters had accidentally painted over the filters and he brought it up in an accusatory and condescending way. Jason recommend to replace 3 filters.

When they arrived several days later there were only actually only 2 to replace. Ron the company owner didn't refused to refund the money despite his unprofessional worker making an error. Overall this company is unprofessional and has no concept of customer service.

I Just bought a new house full of dust, people before must have also smoked in the house, needless to say I was in a funk. not knowing what to do I called Vegas Valley Air Duct, they said they can can get the dust and cigarette smell out and they did. I had another company call me on the phone but never showed even though they said they were on their way. (Stanley Cleaners) It was a phone solicitation and I mistakenly heard Stanley Steamer, a reputable service nationally. So I called them and found out even though they usually do duct cleaning it isn't offered here in LV. I told him my dilemma and he suggested I only hire a certified company and to google a company with certification from the American Association Of Certified Duct Cleaners.

Found there are only 4 in Las Vegas so I called the one nearest to my home, Vegas Valley Air Duct. Wow! Am I happy I did! Even though I have had my ducts supposedly cleaned before the original paint chips from the first painting of my home 22 years ago were still in my vents, meaning the other companies I previously used ripped me off. VEGAS VALLEY AIR DUCT did a tremdous job, extremely thorough, curtious and now my home is even smelling cleaner! I highly recommend them!

Just got my air ducts cleaned as well as dryer duct cleaning. I wish I got the names of the 2 gentlemen that came but forgot to ask. I am so pleased with what they did. They are super friendly and took the time to explain how to maintain. I will definitely use them again. My house smells fresh and I know that the air quality is better for my child and husband who have been experiencing horrible allergies. Thank you!

Had a great experience with Vegas valley air duct. Call them 9am, the guy who answered explained exactly what services they do and the prices. They were able to come down to my house the same day. The tecs were friendly and did and great job. Very clean and thorough. Would definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommend them.

I will never use this company again, I used them on a commercial job, they came out 3 different times and gave excuses not to do the work each time, finally got them to the job site the 3rd time and they refused to remove the ac registers, very rude, unprofessional, will never use this company again if there was a 0 stars they would get that

Vegas Valley Air Duct did a wonderful job at our hone today. Called to schedule an appointment and they were able to complete the job on a Saturday, which was great for us. Professional and friendly service. Juan was kind and very thorough. We believe the price was appropriate and the quality of air already seems so much better and it smells better! Highly recommend.

They were recommended to repair my fireplaces. They never show up when they are suppose to and will not return phone calls. I am out $85 dollars and still have no fireplaces working. Also they sent someone out to clean air ducts when we had talked about fireplaces.

Beware! Deceptive business practices! I was quoted $150 over the phone for a basic duct cleaning on a 2 year old single story 2,000sf home. I admit this is lower than the competition which should have made me suspicious that the quote was legit but the low price is the reason I decided to used them. I was offered extra services but I stated I just wanted the basic $150 cleaning. 1 minute after the tech left the house I got a call from the company asking for payment over the phone for $325 claiming that's what we agreed to.

I paid it reluctantly but I will make sure every website knows about their Scam Operation and will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Next time I will get the quote in writing but there will be no next time with them, they lost their chance at repeat business. The one 5 star review on here is from a former employee's wife. I'm a REALTOR who does repeat business with good vendors. After being lied to by this company I will make sure every agent and property management company I know is warned not to use them!

Kishyn and Tavarie were my technicians. They were on time, respectful of my home and efficient. They answered questions and explained services. I was very pleased with the service and would use them again. Please note that they charge a $35 fee to pay with an American Express card. Also, you are to call the office to pay for the service upon completion if they don't explain it to you.

Don't use this company, their equipment looks old and insufficient. You would think you could trust people to do their job when paying alot money for this procedure. Not so! So, they have this mobile brush snake machine which is about 20 feet long to clean each individual vent. Well, good thing I checked up on the guy. He had the main mechanical machine that powers the snake in the hallway at least 10 feet from the vent.

Now take in fact that I have 8 foot ceilings, how much of the vent really got cleaned. Two feet at best. At that point I should have sent him packing, but made him redo the vent watched him on all the rest. Plus, I was finishing up a remodel, so half the the vent covers were already off but needed to be cleaned and reinstalled and he tried to get out of doing that. Big rip off. They don't deserve even one star.

Services performed on 12/01/2009. Although the technician arrived on time as scheduled, he did not really seem to spend much time doing what he was supposed to be doing. He completed cleaning my ducts in less than one hour. The equipment that was used appeared to be little more than an oversize industrial vacuum cleaner not a system specifically designed for air duct cleaning.

Not much more was done other than removing the individual vents and suctioning out the readily visible dust/dirt for some limited distance into each vent. I could have done this myself with my Dyson vacuum cleaner by using the appropriate attachment. There was no equipment used to centrally flush/blow out the dirt/dust from the vent system overall.

The technician (name unknown) also appeared to be something of a "shakedown artist" offering to clean my blower and air conditioning coils for an additional $150.00. Payment would have been by check made out to "cash" and would not have appeared on the company's invoice. Doing "work off the books" sounds more than a little bit fishy to me! The fact that this employee was not the most competent individual in his line of work also could be seen in his apparent confusion when he tried to find my blower via a small attic access panel in my closet.

He did not seem to know that what he was looking for could be found in the garage, until I pointed this out to him. This certainly did not give me the impression that he knew what he was doing and from the overall hastiness with which the job was performed the poor first impression that I had was confirmed. Description of work: Cleaning and sanitizing of 11 air ducts in my home built in 1994. Total cost was $150.

Here's the thing, there's a couple things I know to be certain, Number One, when I called you the first time and told you what I needed I told you I was more concerned about quality then I was price, I got the "pitch" "all 8 trucks, etc". Told you I wanted coil, everything basically. You recommend Dryer, I said do it. The house had just been remodeled this was the last piece of it.

Day of cleaning, your employee arrived on time and started, I dropped in as I work close, he was up stairs with the drill snake, hepa vac was connected to large vent in living room, first thing I noticed was the 10+ inch tear in the in the vent pipe running into the hepa vac, and essentially the dust build up next to Machine from the whole. Next I go upstairs to find Technician with His filthy shoes and ladder feet on the brand new carpet. Needless to say not really impressed so far.

Job done, paid. Now a week or so later we move in, having dryer issues? Has to be dryer right because supposedly I hired a team with 30 some years of experience and of course eight trucks so I can't be the dryer vent plugged, right. So I pay for my home warranty to come check dryer and low and behold dryer vent plugged. Now you want to talk over me and tell me some bullshit excuse, you tell me you had to take an hr which you didn't have to research, well guess what pal I don't have the time to go through dealing home warranty, not having a dryer for a week and a half all because your first guy did a halfass job.

Now the second guy rolls out. Basically does the same thing, runs the drill snake out the whole way, gets a little, we now go looking for the outlet to run it back the other way, we find outlet with lint and shit pack in it, he scoops it out goes inside puts the shop vac in reverse stuffs in a rag to seal it come outside to "feel" it's clear.

At the end of the day your service is bullshit and your personally a joke with your 8 trucks, who gives a shit. Maybe you need to get your ass out of the office, check your guys and your equipment. I had a concrete cutting and coring biz for yrs and would have been out of biz had I ran it like you run yours

Do not notice a difference at all. So disappointed. I called them to clean my air ducts since my allergies were out of this world. Also debris was flying out of the air ducts every time the A/C turned on. This is still happening! What did you even do for the money I paid you? It is sad companies like this take advantage of people.

Fernando was our tech. He was friendly and courteous. He came 30 minutes early. We received a fair quote that turned out to be a few hundred more (which I was okay with) due to the fact our units needed more TLC. We just bought a home that is 15 years old and NEVER had filters in the units or the ducts cleaned. Vegas Valley/Fernando had a big job on their hands and did an excellent job worth the money we payed. I'd recommend them! I received a referral for Vegas Valley from a close friend who works on ACHAV units. There quote was extremely cheaper than Goettl and Legacy Air.

I called many companies to find this is the only professional air duct cleaning company worthy of booking an appointment with. I found out later on that they are NADCA Certified and that made me even more confident of the choice that I made of the air duct cleaning companies that I found. When they came I was informed of the procedures used to clean my air ducts and then they proceeded to do their job.

I was treated professionally from the initial phone call to them doing the job and when they left I can tell that there was a lot less duct around the house, making it easier to breath. Hence, I like being home more now then before I had this service done. I would use this company again and the price was very reasonable.

Beware of Vegas Valley Air Duct located at 4593 W Desert Inn Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89102! They came to our house to clean the air ducts and caused $2,000 worth of damage to our practically new A/C unit! Come to find out, one of their employees (which is now apparently his ex-employee) was running a scam on the side by offering to clean our A/C unit. The owner now tells us they don't even service A/C units!

Even worse, he is telling us that his company doesn't carry insurance for this sort of thing and that we should take this up with his ex-employee who caused the damage personally! Firstly, if his company doesn't have insurance, he should not be running a business that sends out employees to peoples' homes! Secondly, the owner is NOT taking responsibility for this at all.

He will not return our calls or texts. When we did catch him on the phone, he said, 'Let me try and find my ex-employees number for you, ' to which we replied, 'This is your company's fault, the employee was working for YOU'! Thank GOD it's not July right now but we have a 4 month old and a 6 year old and with the heat coming next week, this has now escalated to a health hazard.

This company is a scam, buyer beware! When I questioned them of their shoddy work I was then yelled at over the phone from the owner. He claimed his worker does great work when his worker only gave me nothing but an attitude problem. The technique they use to clean air ducts is with a regular shop vac and disinfectant that they spray on the dust inside of the dirty duct. Words of advice to Vegas Valley Air Duct "take care of your customers, if they pay you for your service then at least do a decent job, don't just blow them off with a bad attitude and say that will be 200 dollars." You claim to be the best in town but from what I've experienced you are by far the worst. They just want to get paid without providing a decent service.

Terrible place. Do not call these people. They are a rip off. They take a shop vac and blow dust everywhere and charge 200 bucks! Warning stay away!

I called Vegas Valley air duct to come out and clean our dryer exhaust duct. my wife is pregnant and that is all I have heard for the last 2 months. the dryer duct. the dryer duct. I called 2 other companies the first one didn't show the second one my wife wouldn't let in because she said they "looked like criminals". i am so ready for her to have this baby.

Anyway VVAD came out and my wife called me telling me how happy she was, they did a great job, professional all the good stuff. I was so happy she was happy I told them go ahead and do the vents and stuff while they were there. They did a great job and even I notice now ow much cleaner the air is in the house smells. Thank you for getting my wife off my back. Im going to have them do my offices next.

My tech was Fernando. I used a coupon to have him service my gas fireplace. He did a great job, got it cleaned up and operating perfectly now. He cleaned up perfectly after his work. Highly recommend!

Found this company thru "carpet green clean". I spoke with ron who set up my appt. (Coincidentally with the same name of one of the reviewers? Hmm.) My service seemed rushed. The add-on work wasnt fully explained except that it HAD to be done. And when done, i asked a few questions and got the rushed " i dont have time for this" answers. Wish i wouldve watched him do the work but that wouldve been awkward.

So anyway, maybe the guy was havin a bad day, maybe was just a bad apple, or maybe the company just sucks. Ill never know the answer to that cuz ive already tossed the number. Kudos to JLDB for their review. Felt the same about the "deal" i was getting. Lol
