Allergy Control Specialist

From the time that I booked the appointment up until the time the owner and his son showed up there was nothing but very good communication even with sending videos of what the process looks like and what will be done to my air ducts. I recommend everyone at least once a year get your air vents clean and looking on the outside of the vents it looks pretty clean but the inside is just a whole another story he showed me pictures of each one of my vents and they were disgusting!

Then he showed me after they had cleaned them and sanitized them and put a little air fresh in and I am extremely pleased with this company nothing but professionalism and I appreciate it. Just because you change your air filters when you're suppose to doesn't mean its clean in the inside. Getting this done will help with allergies as well as dust.

If you are like me dusting is not fun and just trying to figure out where it is coming from is an entire different stress. Trust when I say call the company and schedule now you will not regret it.

They got the job done but after two attempts to get the videos and pictures from the job there was no response. Also, one of the workers carelessly ripped off and broke the cover to the outdoor sockets and left it on the ground, with no attempt to fix or even an apology. There were a few more unprofessional things, for example, I had to remind them to close the one of the vent doors because it was left wide open without the filter being changed, and also they were in such hurry to leave they almost didn't finish the job. Had to be reminded to clean out the dryer vent. Other than that we can breath again in the home thanks to the job they did.

They were on time, polite, & professional. Terry was very straightforward & upfront from the beginning. Showed me the videos & pictures before & after service which showed a big difference. Definitely planning on using again Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

Their professionalism was completely out of this world and their ability to be detailed orientated and to take care of my items as if there were their personal items was truly a one-of-a-kind unique service I would definitely recommend them to everyone and anyone who needs their service, they were on time, fast and most importantly efficient. Once they conducted my vent cleaning they use this phenomenal spray that is a disinfectant but the smell of it is so soothing and calming I believe it to be thyme, well it was like having aromatherapy throughout my whole house. Once I need my vents cleaned again they are definitely my go-to guys!

Terry and his son were great! They were super professional and friendly throughout the short time they were here. Haven't gotten our vents cleaned since before we moved in so it was much needed, especially with a newborn on the way. Both technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They encouraged us to ask questions on any clarifications we might have needed. They went above and beyond their "job descriptions " and changed out some very high lights bulbs for us since their ladders were right in the area! Will definitely recommend, and call them again next time we need service!

Terry and Chancellor showed up earlier than scheduled, which was good for me. They came in explained their process and got to work right away. They showed me photos of my air ducts before they started and after. They cleaned the A/C in the attic which was probably what I needed most and the dryer event. I was very skeptical having this service done but they both changed my mind. They were excellent, professional, and thorough.
