BEWARE! BEWARE! Don't! Warning This is the worst carpet cleaning company in Mobile Alabama. Do not waste your time calling or contacting or allowing these people to come out to your house. I knew something was wrong with this man when he walks into the house and my dog starts to growl and bark and her hair started to stand up on her back the moment Mr. Jeff walked into my house.
This man is extremely rude, very unprofessional, disrespectful, no customer service at all. I ran across this business because I was going shopping with my mother And saw the advertisement for carpet cleaning services on the side of an SUV and decided to hire a black owned business. Trying to support my community. I decided to go ahead with Jeff carpet cleaning services because he was black owned.
From the moment I got on the phone with Mr. Jeff he was rude and nasty with a very unprofessional tone. He gave me a ridiculously high quote very high even among the competitors in this area. But I decided to stick it out with him because I understood why I was using this business. So I begin to recruit my family and friends to come over to my house the day before the services are supposed to be rendered and remove all the bedroom furniture out of all the rooms that were I discussed with Jeff.
We stayed up all night removing four bedrooms into the hallway, a kitchen and a dining room. The day the services are supposed to be rendered, three hours before Mr. Jeff was supposed to come out to my house to clean my carpet he calls me and tells me he will not be able to clean my carpet due to the fact that I did not purchase the stair cleaning.
Something he could have told me the day he came out to the house and I refuse the stair cleaning. He wait to the day of my appointment to call me and let me know very rudely and disrespectfully that he was not coming out to clean my carpet because of this. When I express my deepest concern about this matter he was very rude and very very nasty. I told him that his services were no longer need it I hung up the phone in his face and I contacted another carpet cleaning services that offer same-day service and they were $60 less than what Mr. Jeff was trying to overcharge me for four small rooms of carpet and one stairs.
I am telling you now do not use this carpet cleaning services. There are so many carpet cleaning services out here that will offer you value, quality, and professionalism. This is not one of those places. BUYER BEWARE!

I had him for a carpet cleaning in my apartment because my apartment complex required that we have a professional carpet cleaner do our floors. He cleaned everything but the red dye. They had on the website that they were able to remove red dye but he said " he wasn't able to get it out". So, I basically gave him money for nothing and he was late and in a rush.

Before I chose a carpet cleaning service, I read all the reviews I could. Jerry's seems the best choice. Sadly, it was a horrible experience. My zip code is for Eightmile, but i live just past eightmile in the country. Apparently this was a big issue, as the men from Jerry's showed up and immediately began to fuss saying that I did not live in eightmile.
I offered to show them some of my mail to prove it. This led to more fussing, to the point that I asked them to leave. They never even saw the carpet I needed cleaned. Very sad

I have been serviced by many cleaning companies, but Jerry's Carpet Cleaning is by far the best one that I have ever experienced. I have had my carpet's cleaned with this company in which my carpets now look like new, and as well as regular house keeping and power washing my front and back porch. Expect nothing but the best from Jerry's Carpet Cleaning, because not only do they show great service at an affordable price, but they are also very courteous and are always on time.

Called Jerry because I had heard his company does a good job. That was an understatement. He did a great job for us! We have a rental unit that was left in a smelly, filthy, dirty, sticky, yucky mess. You could not tell the carpet was originally white Berber. It was truly a mess. The new renters were scheduled to move in that afternoon and Jerry was able to get there at 6:30 am.
He even hand scrubbed spots where the stains were particularly stubborn. My husband and I are extremely impressed. We were sure we were going to have to replace the carpet. The carpet now looks and smells great.

I was quoted a price for a three bedroom house and then when he gets to my house he changes his pricing saying that he quoted me to clean three bed rooms!?!?! I had him do the job anyway and the next day I notice that the corners of my walls in my hallways are now rubbed black and the the bottom of the corners, the paint is chipped away. This was not like this before.
I call him and he tells me that his crew uses protecters to protect corners. My mother in law was there so I asked her if the used any protetctors and she told me they did not. I call him back and he continues to argue with me so I tell him to come to my house so I can show him. He comes the next day and tells me that his crew did use the protectors (calling my mother in law a liar) and that he did not do the damage to my wall corners that was not there before he cleaned my carpets. (Now calling me a liar) He continually argued with me and then said I am a christian!
In my business, when a customer shows me damages to a vehicle, I say I am sorry maam or sir let me get that fixed for you. This guys needs to learn a little bit more about large company customer service.
