This company has the RIGHT name, Nurse's Touch. Ed called me to let me know he was on his way about 30 minutes prior to my appointment time. He and his son showed up on time and got right to work. No playing, no joking around, straight work. They finished the entire house in under 90 minutes and the carpet looked better than the day I moved into the rental house.
I have a dog (house broken), but as you know dogs still get dander everywhere, stain the carpet with muddy paws no matter how many baths you give them or wipe their paws when coming in the door. Also, I am in the process of moving and the movers had come in earlier in the day and after 3 years the beige carpet was extremely stained.
Well, Ed and his son got my carpet looking like new.
I would highly recommend them to everyone. If you want a quality job, from a quality company without all the frills, just quality work then Nurse's Touch is the company to call.

What an amazing experience with a great local company! My husband and I were both hesitant about trusting anyone to clean our hand scraped hardwood floors. Ed and Lesleigh are truly two amazing and very professional people. I am beyond pleased with my services. The were very informative, on time, friendly and just down right great genuine people. I googled around to find a company that could possibly do work on a Sunday. Upon my findings Nurse's Touch came up. I scheduled an appointment with Ed. The day of service came and I received a courtesy call from Lesleigh to inform me that they were in route.

Nurse's Touch did a fantastic job with our carpets when we were moving out! After years of dirt, grime and drink stains, the carpets looked like new. We also had them do a recliner of ours. Once they were done, it looked and smelled like the day we got it. "A" class company all the way from the first call to them, appointment setting, work itself and the customer service with a smile.

This company has great service! I have used them twice now, once for cleaning the carpets throughout my entire house and once for cleaning my mattress and carpet after my son spilled an entire cup of juice in my bed. Both times using them they were on time, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Ed Nurse did a fantastic job cleaning our 5 carpeted rooms at a very reasonable price. In our case he was running a bit late on his last job (and we all know that can happen). He gave me a courtesy call well in advance which I greatly appreciated. That's great customer service! Ed was also friendly and informative and completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. Nurse's Touch even provides a 3 day guarantee if needed, but don't expect I'll be contacting Ed :) I highly recommend Nurse's Touch and they will be getting my business from now on. Thanks much!
