Truly appreciated call informing of day/time arriving and what to expect. Work done after explanation of process by those doing the actual work followed by clean up with no muss, no fuss. I had a difficult time finding a chimney repair place that had the expertise necessary to "restore" the chimney in my antique colonial house, circa 1790. The old chimney bricks were turning to powder and there as even a hole in the chimney in the attic. I came across the chimney savers website and saw videos that demonstrated that they were the right company for the job.

They were very transparent about the process and timing. Jake the technician that did the initial evaluation and Tyler that lead the site crew were both so courteous and respectful and even fun to talk to. If I ever need this type of repair again, I would not hesitate to use Chimney Savers. Here is a photo of the finished chimney.

The Chimney Savers crew installed a new liner in our three-flue chimney to protect that flue leading to the boiler. We requested that the other two flues be capped off as we don't use them and do not ever plan to. The work was done professionally and quickly. In addition, the administrative interaction was very easy and professional. Although we had to wait several weeks to get a date for this work, it was worth the wait. The online payment process was also very easy and quick. Thank you for a great job!

Jake made a timely arrival and clearly is an expert in the field. He pointed out the flaws I had suspected were there from previous work (by another company). He was neat, timely, and completed the job quickly. I'm very happy with him as our chimney guy and 5 stars to the company for communicating so well. We look forward to having Chimney Savers return for the recommended repairs.

A SUPERBLY RUN BUSINESS YEAR AFTER YEAR We have been working with Chimney Savers for years now and it is hard to say enough good things about the company. They are efficient, dependable, friendly, thorough, reasonably priced. Repairs, maintenance, and improvements to our fireplace and chimney have made us safer, more efficient, and doubtless added to the resale value of our property, should we ever decide to move away. Chimney Savers was very responsive leading up to our appointment. Steven arrived in the beginning of the 3-hour appointment window and was very professional, thorough and courteous. He went out of his way to follow covid procedures and keep the work space tidy (booties, shop vac, etc). You may have to wait a while to book an appointment, but you won't be disappointed with Chimney Savers.

Everyone from scheduling to the technicians who performed the work were fantastic! They were communicative, arrived on time, were clear in the work they were to perform and explained thoughtfully when I asked questions. They were able to complete the job even when it was -18 that morning! Thrilled to have such an experienced group of people available for all things chimney related as a new home owner.

I was very satisfied with the work done by the Chimney Savers repair team. They arrived as scheduled and finished the work in one day rather than the two originally anticipated. They were very considerate to protect our house and its contents. The workers were courteous and friendly. They answered my questions as I was interested in what they were doing.

I am really not able to make any assessment on the quality of the work done until sufficient time elapses and I can see how the repairs hold up. At this point I would have no problem recommending your services.

The tech called ahead to let me know when he expected to arrive. He was right on time and was very professional. His inspection included a complete evaluation of the chimney from basement to cap in which he took many pictures and videos of both inside and out. He took time to answer all my questions and to understand when there might be various ways of repairs to my issues. While I don't have a quote yet I'm very impressed with the tech and company already. I fully expect that the repair work will be done well based on their service so far.

Tyler, Derek, Josh & Jordan spent three days making our chimneys safe and installing a new wood stove. They were very skilled at their jobs, especially with respect to safety, both in their own work procedures and for our home. One remarked: "we're putting fire in people's homes - no shortcuts, it has to be done right". All four were courteous and professional.
