They do an excellent job.just wish they gave better coupons.dry cleaning cost alot. I would go more if they did!

Had some alterations done. They were very expensive but did a good job and were done on time.

PLEASE READ! I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I came from Plymouth and called 10 minutes before they closed and said I would be two minutes after 6, (even though online it says they are open till 7), and the women on the phone began to complain about how she already worked two jobs today and they close at 6 and she wanted to go home And that since I had a lot of stuff she'd be there tagging them till 630.

I told her it'd be awsome if she could handle it and I would tip 20$ and she rudely agreed. I am partially handicapped and upon arriving one of the front doors was cracked open so my girlfriend took my duffle bag through that door. The women then yelled from the opposite door that I needed to bring it over toward her and to hurry up because she had to go.

After my girlfriend helped me put the duffle on the table the lady says "Jesus Christ you didn't tell me it was this much stuff", and I answered by saying I told her over the phone it was a lot. She rebutled with "but you didn't say it was this much", and honestly it was just a big duffle bag, nothing too crazy. She then says "wow and now I have to separate them too?" directing the question at my girlfriend who answered with they were already separated.

As we are pulling them out of the bag she continues to go on and on about how she was tired, and how this task was ridiculous. After answering her question with my phone number, she noticed I'd never been there before and rhetorically asked me if it was my first time. Before I could answer, she cut me off by saying "omg wow", referencing to the fact she had to put me in the system.

The last remark she made before I abruptly cut her off and told her she was the rudest most miserable person I'd ever came in contact with, was, "I don't understand why you didn't bring them to Plymouth." Upon walking out the door she yelled "thank God now I can go home". This older heavyset women needs to be fired immediately And when she is, MAYBE I'll go back. I am mad that words cant express how rude this lasy was.

Gave my husband coupons when he dropped off a comforter but failed to tell him he needed to redeem it at drop off until he returned to pay - what? For what we spent, we could have, and probably should have just bought a new comforter. Won't be returning.

Best dry cleaner on the South Shore - hands down! Trust me / us, we've tried everyone until we found this gem - thanks to my shortcuts to the highway to and from work! The help greets you with a smile even on the worst of weather days. Their prices are perfect and their service is awesome (trust me, my husband can be critical)! Keep up the awesome work! I had a bad experience with their customer and cleaning services and will never come back. I picked up my dry cleaned suit in the morning to wear for an interview. I noticed food stains that I caused were still there. I brought the suit back in the afternoon and pointed out the stains. The front desk lady told me that the suit looks was worn. I said yes, for a job interview and it is my only suit. Then, she said the stains look fresh. I told her yes, fresh from 4 weeks ago. She finally took it in and had it recleaned. This is the second time that my clothes weren't well cleaned from Danny's.

The service here is unbelievable, theirs a young lady who is always pleasant and they do an excellent job cleaning my shirts and their very reliable.

If I there was an option to rate 0 STARS. I would. I drive by this place everyday day and I remember how that man behind the counter made me feel. I can't even bare to look at the sign, thats how traumatized I was by this place. What a jerk that man was. Older gentleman with gray hair who looked like he smoked a pack of cigarettes per day. I will pray for him.

I took 2 brand new bathing suits there. Took me 3 months to find them Both dkny. Same one piece as the two piece top. Was very specific with woman. Very specific. First time going there. Well the bathing suits were both done wrong. Lazy work and it was on both tops. Left She redid them both. Even worse. Both bathing suits are trashed. The woman at the desk knew was wrong the first time and the second time. after i left i took another look. much worst than i thought. called and spoke with the manager. Ended up to be he said/she said. Unbelievable! Had to go out and replace both suits!: Don't go there!

Bad Service and bad comminication. Had 2 bad experiences getting things tailored. Order wasnt ready on time and when I got it it was done wrong. I will certainly be taking my business somewhere else

I agree with the other reviewer (Heather) except that I didn't find them expensive compared to other dry cleaners. Good service and they are also good for tailoring.
