Apparently they can't take responsibility for hitting parked cars. They won't pay for the damages. I read another post on here about them not taking responsibility for a soldiers car they hit. Now they can add a 100% disabled Army Veteran to the list. In this day and age I cannot believe there are companies that act this way. Krystal the HR person is very rude.
And refused to help in anyway. These types of accidents are just to expensive to take them to small claims court. If this is how a the company operates then I highly suggest searching elsewhere for you needs.

If you Support Our Troops "DO NOT USE/BOYCOTT.OLSON BROTHERS PRO-VAC" Olson Bros Pro-Vac Cleaning credibility appears to Lack Integrity and their business practice Extremely Questionable. On November 7, 2015, one of Olson Brothers Pro-Vac employees "John Ed Fautenbery" while checking his phone, crashed into the back of a 21 year old Army Reservist's car causing $3,500 damage and causing personal injury to the Solider.
The accident took places on Kent Des Moines road just before I-5. The Olson Brothers Pro-Vac employee, John Fautenbery, tried to pay off the soldier offering $500.00 on the spot payment. When the Soldier refused the Olson Brothers Pro-Vac's Employee offer, the Olson Brothers Pro-Vac employee gave the Soldier his personal insurance card instead of the Olson Brothers Pro-Vac companies' insurance information.
When the Soldier contacted the insurance company, he found the insurance was not for Olson Brothers Prov-Vac. The Soldier then contacted Olson Brothers Pro-Vac and spoke to Manager Karen Case. Karen Case was very rude and abrasive but acknowledges that an employee of Olson Brothers Pro-Vac did in fact crash into the soldier's car. Karen Case claims she will not contact Olson Brothers Pro-Vac insurance, nor has Karen Case, John Fautenbery, or Olson Brothers Pro-Vac, made an attempt to resolve this issue.
It has been Two Months and Olson Brothers Pro-Vac has not and will not fix the Soldiers car and cover the other medical expenses. It appears that the Soldier will have to be further burdened by Olson Brothers Pro-Vac and file through an attorney. Please Support Our Troops and BOYCOTT Olson Brothers Pro-Vac until they step up and "Do the Right-Thing" and correct their mistake.
