Our founder, Don E. Frye--who passed away in November of 2012--built Prestige Cleaners from a relentless commitment to serving others. Attempted to ruin my $1,500 sport coat. They broke a single button and rather than just notify me and let me deal with it the local staff decided to remove ALL the jacket buttons and replace them. WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. Unfortunately, those who replaced at the local Prestige have zero professional tailoring experience. Staff claimed "attpempt to fix" is standard policy.
So make a mistake worse through active destruction? Crooked, clown buttons, sewn through the lining of the jacket, and messed up the hem. And they still charged me for the cleaning!

I dropped off a uniform for alterations (adding patches) and dry cleaning due to the more delicate nature of the material. The alteration was a complete disaster with the patches being placed on the inner portion of the sleeve as opposed to the outside (as I showed them and were pinned to the uniform). Additionally, the uniform came back covered in lint with only looking like it had been pressed.
The alterations were a total waste of money as the patches had to be removed. For future needs I will choose a true alteration professional and go to a different dry cleaner to ensure items are cleaned and not just pressed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped two pair of jeans at this business about a week ago to be hemmed. I'm new to Arizona and just kind of guessed that the price would be what I usually paid for a hem, $15 each. I picked them up today and got quite a shock, it was $60. I understand that folks have to make a living, but really? What a rip off!
You should be ashamed of yourself, taking advantage of people. I will not be using your services ever again and will make sure I tell everybody I know to stay away from your business because you overcharge people.

I have just moved into the neighborhood. There's a dry cleaner in every shopping center. When I inquired about Prestigue and downloaded the app Matt called me right away! I have been very happy with they're service as well as delivery. Kenny the delivery driver is very courteous and prompt and always lets me know when he's coming. Prestigue is a little pricy but worth it. My wife is a stay home mom and home schooling 2 children. Having Prestigues delivery service is a real convenience.

This is by far the best dry cleaners around. Not only do you receive your clothes back immaculate each time, but their customer service is second to none! Katie, Cody, and Marissa make the experience enjoyable each time with how friendly and personable they are. They alone make it easy to continue to come back.

Prestige cleaners In the Ancala Shopping center is the best dry cleaner that I have ever experienced. We dry clean almost all of the "work and church" clothes in our house and they do a fabulous job. Not only do they clean our clothes wonderfully, but they are truly nice people. They always remember our names and they always have dog treats ready for my two puppies. I would definitely recommend!

Prestige Cleaners at Ancala are simply the best in my opinion. They are all fabulous people that deliver exceptional customer service. This Prestige location is not the closet to us but it is the one we choose to drive too because of the outstanding service we receive. Do yourself a favor and visit Prestige at Ancala you won't be disappointed.

First time using after being recommended by coworkers. all laundered shirts look dirty around the collar still. And their press job? What press job. The bottom shirt tail is folded over on itself and there are wrinkles in a half dozen places. 2.99 for each laundered shirt and 8 for dry clean. They put some kind of tissue paper in the sleeves of the dry clean shirt after pressing and it causes the shirts to lay weird on the hanger which creates creases in the body of the shirt. doesn't look freshly pressed. This was actually my most underwhelming experience of the local dry cleaners yet! Don't waste your money on this.

I have been using this location for the past eight years for all my dry cleaning needs. The customer service is consistently excellent. I always have special requests of no starch, creases on certain items etc. and they get the orders correct. The staff are friendly, professional and a pleasure to do business with. I went here out of convenience and I truly regret it. The prices were pretty high which would be ok but their low quality dry cleaning services does not justify it. My dress shirts came back pressed but nearly unlaundered. There were still stains on them. What's the point of having them dry cleaned if they're only going to press them? Save your money and go elsewhere.
