I recently had a plumbing emergency that flooded my neighbor below. I called DiamondBack and they send me a technician. Nick showed up right away. He was very professional and explained exactly what happened with the plumbing. Nick made the repair through a very small cut in my new cabinets and he was able to save my brand new kitchen from being torn apart and saved me thousands of dollars! Nick is a true professional and I will hire him again and recommend him to others!

Apparently they think it's ok to park in Fire zones blocking fire hydrants and then when asked to move, like to run their mouths. Disrespectful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. "Please get me fired" he kept repeating. The attitude of people like this is the problem with society. People need to be held accountable for their actions. You can't do whatever you want in life.

I paid $250 for a camera inspection on my sewer line to assess the orange berg plumbing at my house. I wanted to have the inspection completed and get a quote for replacement or any other suggestions the company had prior to renovating my backyard. When I originally contacted the company, they were prompt and pleasant to work with in scheduling an appointment.

Here is the sequence of events: 1. June 2021: Initial appointment and payment of $250 2. Never received the video or any quotes for additional services, despite verbally discussing with technician 3. I contacted the company, who told me "the camera inspection has a data corruption file" and they'd return to redo the inspection at no charge 4. July 2021: Second appointment for inspection 5.

Never received the video or any quotes for additional services (again) 6. August 2021: Contacted the company several time requesting the video - we went back and forth several times throughout August and September. I was told they "have not been able to get all of the USB drives in yet. If I do not receive it the next couple of days we will touch base again." 7.

After ZERO contact or reply, November 2021: Asked for a refund, as I did not receive any of the services I paid for Since then, I have attempted several times to work with the company to get the services I paid for OR a refund. They replied ONE time, only when I threatened to report them to the BBB on Feb 15, 2022. Since then, no replies again. I understand that many businesses are busy right now and understaffed.

I am simply asking to receive the inspection I paid for or receive a refund. I am shocked to find the company's business practice includes having people pay for things, delivering nothing, and then ignoring them to hope they forget. I've tried all reasonable efforts to communicate with the company to rectify the situation and have had no luck.

Chad did a great job getting a technician to my house on Saturday and Mark did an awesome job installing the new water heater. A total professional job by all involved! Service: Water heater installation

Didn't use drop cloths when working at the fireplace to install gas log set. Leaned into the ivory chair with his dirty work clothes beside the fireplace instead of walking behind the chair to get the heavy log set. Refused to stand up and walk around the chair after being politely asked to do so. Drug the carton containing the log set on the hard wood floor.

Didn't place gas line in agreed upon location. Drilled through the roof overhang. Said he'd caulk or tar around the pipe and didn't do that. Black handprints on walls in and outside the house.

We wanted to share our experience for the Alma School house that we called about! We just recently had your technician Josh out here servicing our home. He was fantastic! So nice to talk to. He worked so hard all while talking with us and remaining friendly. We would highly recommend this company as well as Josh to anyone! Thank you so much!

Really disappointed how Diamondback handled our last service call. We have used them a handful of times for our businesses. This last service call they didn't completely finish the job or clean up. They didn't skip a beat calling use everyday for payment tho. I had no problem paying the billing if and when the job was completed. They asked for me the pay and they would have a technician come and finish the job entirely.

That never happened. Even after a follow up call. Disappointing and poor customer service. Needless to say I'd suggest taking your business to a company that completes the job hired for.

Called them in the afternoon after I had discovered I had a slab leak. They said they could send someone over the next day, between 1:00 and 4:00, to locate the leak. The charge for locating a slab leak would be 225.00. The plumber showed up at 4:30. I arrived a few minutes later. He had shutoff the valve for the water heater, and told me it was a cold water leak.

I told him that I had already done that, and knew it was a cold water leak, and also because I had cut an access hole in the hall bathroom, and could hear the cold water line had a leak. He then mentioned that it might be a leak in the line between the meter and the main shutoff for the house. I told him I had already checked that with the main shutoff.

It was a leak under the slab. He then said that it was too late in the day to locate the leak, but they could repair it the next week, and gave a ballpark estimate, not knowing where the leak was at all. For this, they charged 178.00, claiming that the technician determined that it was a slab leak, and it was the cold water side. I already knew this, I wanted them to find the leak.

All he ended up doing was turning off the valve on the water heater, which he neglected to turn back on when he left. He determined that it was a slab leak because I told him what I had done to determine it was a slab leak. When i called to dispute the charge, I was told someone would contact me. They never did.

Not only were the initial services repaired incorrectly but once I was finally able to locate the correct company, Diamondback Plumbing, and reach out to advise, they seemed helpful at first however, decided they were going to charge me over $400 to go back and fix something they screwed up on. Now the low life piece of garbage manager Steve I believe is refusing to right the wrong and refusing to provide the business insurance information and is now attempting to charge me for services that were not rendered. Make your life easier and just find another company.

What can I say about this amazing place! I had a gas line punctured on 9/1 when our trees were being planted. The gas was turned off and I called this place in a panicked frenzy! The woman on the phone (I don't remember her name) was so calm and walked me through everything. She then had Steven, the supervisor, come on the phone and help me with my panic to make sure all was good for the night.

They immediately threw me on the schedule for 9/2. They put up with my anxiety calling the next morning, sorry about that. They had Ozzie who came to my home, he was AMAZING! So professional and just a happy gentleman all around. He explained everything in detail, was upfront about the pricing, got my gas turned on for the house so I could have a working stove and hot water.

Will be back out tomorrow 9/3 to repair the line that runs to the yard equipment. The patience and professionalism, I can't speak enough of. I am an anxious person who does not handle stress well sometimes and this company was amazing. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them for any plumbing or gas needs.

First time using Diamondback plumbing. The Technician, Tony showed up on-time and did a great job identifying the issue. My water main had a slight leak that had been going for a few weeks at least. Tony was extremely professional and gave me accurate information regarding the issue and what the repairs needed would cost. I will be using Diamondback from here on out for all of my plumbing needs.

Diamondback Plumbing to the rescue! They are worth it I promise! I had called many other companies to come out for a leak in my garage. They would not give me any pricing! I spoke with a women at Diamondback who gave me a price to find the leak and they came out the same day. I was so grateful for the plumber they sent out. He was so quick in finding it was my water heater leaking.

He explained to me the process, showed me where it was leaking from and replaced the heater all on the same day at a very affordable price. I thought when he said that it needed to be replaced it was going to be a very expensive repair and it was so affordable. We had a pretty serious leak in a pipe connected to the main water line, which necessitated the water being shut off to our house - definitely an emergency call. Within an hour of calling Diamondback, a plumber was at our home. He showed us the issue, showed us what he was going to do to fix it, and then did so at an extremely friendly price. This was my second experience using Diamondback Plumbing and it will definitely not be my last. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone with a plumbing issue.

Scott was so amazing and informative. Thank God I kept calling as other plumbers wanted to rip through my walls. After a pressure check and complete review of my bathroom, it was determined that I don't have pipe leaks but just a tenant who likes to splash too much. Saved thousands of dollars, unreal but will only go with diamondback plumbing for all the rentals from now on. Tha k you so very much for your honesty and thorough knowledge!

I can't say enough amazing things about Diamondback Plumbing, specifically Brian and Barry. Two other companies were out before them to clear a cast iron shower drain in an older home, neither successful, and quoted more than 6k to fix. I called for a 3rd opinion, and am I glad I did. They came out the same day, we're very professional, polite and I felt comfortable immediately.

They were confident in there ability and reassuring they would do all they could. They were successful in doing what everyone else said couldn't be done for under $190. I've already begun to recommend them to my family and friends. They have earned a customer for life. I needed a pressure reducing valve installed on my home. After calling around, Diamondback Mechanical offered the competitive price. Not sure if he is the owner but Steve Herzog called me back very quickly to schedule the installation. The plumber (Scott Andrews) was timely, did the job well (no leaks and reduced the pressure going into the home), and had no problem answering my questions as he did the work. If asked by buddies, I'd recommend this company.
