Daisy Carpet & Upholstery

I found Daisy Carpet & Upholstery last year. I had them come in and they did a great job, I needed them again this week because of some accidents and they were able to come out the next day, and once again their team of people were polite friendly courteous informative and efficient. I'm keeping their number handy because I just couldn't get a better service than what they offer. I also signed up for the promotion where they come back so many times in a year at a lower rate which is a real bargain for me. Linda Schirmer

I needed quick service due to a pet accident and they were able to come out the next day! Andrew was my technician and he was amazing. Professional, kind And such a thorough job. He listened to my concerns and made sure he went over everything he did, I ended up adding on two areas and one small dining chair that had a spot on it and it wasn't a problem. I highly recommend Daisy carpet cleaning and Andrew.

Excellent work on VERY short notice. When our mother passed away and we needed to vacate her unit by the end of the month, Daisy Carpet Cleaning was compassionate and accommodating at the very last minute. They came out that day, on New Year's Eve, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. The building management sent their compliments on the thorough cleaning and will be returning the security deposit. My family and I are very grateful and highly recommend Daisy for move-out or any carpet cleaning job.

The gentlemen who performed the service were very efficient, pleasant, friendly and fast. My issue is hardly with the quality of work. When they arrived maskless I asked if they were vaccinated, the head guy asked if I'd like him to get his mask. I took that to mean a "No" on the vaccine question. I said yes, showed him where to go and what to do and went to the back of the house to get out of their way.

When they were done and it was time to settle up, I went into the living room and neither one was wearing a mask. An no sign of one hanging off an ear or under their chin. It bugs me. Why should the burden be on the consumer/homeowner to ask. Shouldn't companies who are sending employees into peoples' homes require those workers to mask. I paid a lot of money for this service and the service didn't take that long. Why couldn't they wear a mask for that period of time. It is disrespectful and reflects poorly on the company as a whole.

I absolutely loved this carpet cleaning company! I will use them over & over again! Khalil, did a superb job! My carpets, which are 25 years old, look amazing after he was done! When I called them, a live person picked up, no answering machine, & Khalil came out same day. I am so happy with this job! I am never calling Coit again! Btw way, ask for Khalil & don't forget to tip him!

Daisy came out to clean our carpets after getting two puppies. They were on time, the service was great and we really appreciated their attentivness to our problem areas. We canceled our appointment with Zerorez for Daisy and couldn't be happier! Services: Remove pet stains & odors, Clean carpet

I would give the business 5 stars for customer service alone. We had used Daisy to clean our sectional after a move and to be honest it wasn't the most positive experience. Within minutes of posting a review, the manager contacted me and sent a crew out the next day. They really took their time and went above and beyond to not only clean our couch but also to make us happy and leave us with a really positive impression.

The work they did the second time around was absolutely outstanding and it was obvious that Brian (hope I spelled that right!) is highly knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in his work. I don't even want to sit on the couch because I don't want to risk getting it dirty again! I would use definitely Daisy again if I needed any cleaning done in the future. Thank you so much!

Left my car windows open during a storm and called right away. They were fast, friendly, and they even came to me. Ended up having them do all my seats (couldn't beat the price!) My seats are clean and they got all the rain water out. HIGHLY recommend! Service: Upholstery cleaning

I had an emergency with a sick pet and needed my carpet cleaned ASAP! I called Daisy and they were able to schedule me the same day! Matt and Cedric came to clean the carpet and they were very fast, efficient, accommodating and respectful. And our carpet looks brand new and smells great! I've already scheduled with them to get the rest of my house done! I would highly recommend!
