Steam Master Cleaning

This is my 2nd time using this company and im still very happy. Scott was amazing, not only did they get me in same day.they arrived within 1 hour of me making a same day appointment. Even though my camera picture doesn't show what I see in person as well, my carpet went from a dirty brown back to very clean and new beige color it originally was. My technician Scott was beyond professional but also polite, very informative and didn't pressure us to get anything we didn't want or need. Would highly recommend asking for Scott as your technician and would use Steam Master Cleaning again.

Wow! The last couple of carpet cleaning companies left my carpet smelling like a wet dog, It seems to me the the technicians have rushed the job and didn't give enough time to really suck up the water. I called up Steam Master and they sent Scott to my home. Scott did a great job to hear my past concerns to understand the best course of action for my type of carpet. Scott performed the hot water extraction treatment along with some deodorizer and even brought in some fans to assist the drying process. My home now smells fresh and Steam Master will be the only company I call going forward. Thanks Scott!
