Efficient Cleaning has been in business for over 20 years. We started off as a residential moving company that helped our Milwaukee area customers clean up their houses and apartments after they moved out. As we got to experience in the residential cleaning business, we noticed there were a lot of Milwaukee cleaning companies who wouldn't do certain jobs - the dirty, tough, nasty cleaning jobs that no one wants to do. If I could give negative stars I would. They broke our gas line. They did not clean the equipment. We had to shut our business down for 3 days due to damage that they caused. We had to call the gas company and a plumber to come in and repair the damages. All business owners beware of this company!

EXTREMELY disappointed with the service we received from this company! They were paid over $700 to do a cleaning job on my brand new home.and they didn't even sweep the floors! There were 3 gentlemen here, when they arrived they informed us that they had a 4 hour minimum this was not disclosed when I hired them. After 3 hours they were ready to leave, so my fiance had to point out more work. $175 an hour with a 4 hr mimimum.by gosh your gonna put in 4 hours.

I am a teacher.it would have cost me WAY less to take a day off and do it myself! I spoke with the owner Richard, and he says they will make it right next Friday. I will post a follow up after and let you know if he indeed makes it right.but for now.do not hire Efficient Solutions.
