Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value I have very bad experience with this T&M in service of CAR interior detailing 2 weeks back, they did not done job very well, also they are unprofessional and rude behavior in communication which I experienced with them for my CAR interior detailing. they charge what they quote but they do not deliver what the commit.

This is a wonderful place. The work is great! People are truly caring and loving. Price is very good.

I have used the interior car detailing service a few times and find their work to be impeccable. Every nook and cranny, carpets, dash, ventilation, you name it.immaculate. People always ask if I got a new car when I get it back. Add on the convenience of them picking up and dropping off my car for a mere extra $20 and it's golden. I always recommend them when people are looking. Thinking about checking more into the house cleaning just to get a "start over" after 15 years. But the interior car detailing is outstanding.

T & M has been cleaning my home for years. Cleaning crews are consistently pleasant and efficient. They do a great job in keeping my home looking and feeling fresh and dust-free. No easy task, as I have boatloads of breakables on bookshelves and coffee tables. Owner David is available and responsive. When I have special cleaning request, I simply call to arrange for additional service. Keep up the great work!

I hired T&M Cleaning Services to clean a house that was going on the market. I was totally blown away by the amazing job they did. Five ladies showed up on time and while I did a walk through of the house with Laura and Katie, the other three got to work immediately! They already had a plan in mind of who would be doing what. Laura even thought of things that should probably be done that I hadn't thought of such as getting the cobwebs in the basement down.

The sinks hadn't been cleaned in so long that I honestly didn't think they would return to their original white color. Boy was I surprised when I came the next day to see what the ladies had accomplished. These gals are true professionals and took their job to prepare the house to go on the market very seriously. Laura was even prepared to call in a couple more gals to help if needed in order to be sure the job got done that day. They did an amazing job and I will definitely be telling my friends about them! I simply cannot say enough good things about them.

I was so happy with this company. We just moved here and the garage and the basement were neglected. They did a great job in both the old basement and the garage. The company sent 4 girls. they worked so hard and I am so very happy that I found this company. They cleaned the floors, walls, dewebbed, wiped down, and when they were done it was a pleasure to walk through. They are well worth the money if you dont have the time or energy to do these sorts of jobs. I was so happy I tipped each of them, they deserved it. Thank you T&M.

I have used T&M for a very long time - like 20+ years - and they are very valuable to me! I love the training protocol that creates an efficient and very effective team that stays focused and fast but are still delightful to get to know. Years ago, I had to let them know that they didn't need to dust every one of my daughter's Breyer horses - it was ok to skip them! They are not afraid to dig in. You should see my basement now! First, let me say I've received nothing in exchange for this review of T&M. They simply cleaned and detailed my car. Prior to listing my car for private party sale, I realized that I did not possess the skills to clean and detail the vehicle. I searched and read reviews of people who do auto detailing. I decided to have T&M do the work. As a result of the quality of their work, specifically Mike in whose hands the work was done, I was able to sell the vehicle for $2,000-$4,000 over the listing prices of the same make and model. The new owners were stunned by the cleanliness of my car. It was a significant factor in making the sale. A special thank you to Mike at T&M for the work he did.

I worked for T&M as a secretary and the work environment was one of the best I've ever worked in! It was truly a family-like atmosphere and everyone in the office was great to work with. I only left because my career began, but I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I have been using T&M since 2006 when they did a thorough cleaning of our former home just before we listed it for sale. That was a great investment. They made the house spotless and sparkling. Now I call on them regularly to clean my new home. Over these 12 years, they have been consistently great. They always have a crew of 4 with one of them supervising.

The cleaners are well trained, well organized, fast and super respectful. the crew travels from job-to-job so appointment times are approximate. They always call when they are on their way and are seldom more than 15 minutes off the ETA. I hope they continue to do well because I cannot imagine going back to the inconsistent cleaners I dealt with over the years.

I have had T&M cleaning service for over 3 years now. They have been very reliable and have met my expectations for cleaning and customer service. I appreciate their personal touch and working with David in scheduling has been great. Very flexible to my schedule and they have been able to meet my needs as requested. The team comes in, they do what they need to do with a smile and a friendly approach and then leaves. Special shout out to Sam, Dave and Gerry and other team members who have helped.

Highly recommended for home cleaning and auto detail. I get my home cleaned every 4 weeks and they do an excellent job! It's such a relief to come home to a clean house after a long day of work. From the folded towels in the bathroom to the vacuum lines in the carpet they are always thorough. I also have gotten both of my cars detailed and experienced the same level of care! I haven't found a company comparable for my at home needs! Thanks T&M!

Worked with Dave to set up an appointment and go over what I wanted done in my mom's basement. The appointment was set up for between noon and 1pm. Luis, the team leader called at ten to one to let me know they were on the way and be about five minutes late. Not a big deal. What is a big deal is how well the basement turned out. A lot of things were covered in a fine dust due to recent concrete work in the basement. Luis and his crew went to work right away.

Everything was taken off shelves, everything wiped down and organized. It took three times to get the floor clean in the rec room until Luis was satisfied with it. The work shop bench was totally covered with tools and misc. items. When the work was done the work bench was clean and everything was put away, hung up or organized on shelves. Same thing with mom's laundry room.

They even cleaned the stationary tubs, which I didn't even think of. I think the crew went above and beyond expectations. All this was done in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them for projects like this.

Very satisfied with my communications with management and the ability to schedule an appointment quickly. The team members who show up to my home are polite, thorough and efficient. I've been happily utilizing T&M for residential cleaning for years and am looking forward to a car detail now that the weather is warming up!

Be careful with this company. They charge by the hour and milk it. Over two hours to clean my house with 4 people. $240 dollars later and I don't see any difference from the last company that charged me $133. They won't give you a price up front.be careful!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with T&M Cleaning Services. From scheduling my appointment to driving my car off the property post-cleaning, it was a breeze. Dave had helped me and was beyond accommodating! As for the actual interior cleaning of my car-- amazing. I forgot to mention some gum that had gotten stuck between my driver's seat and center counsel years ago, thinking it would be missed. However, it's gone! Every inch of my car was spotless and brand-new looking. Can't wait to do business with this company again in the future! Great job.

I wish there was an option on yelp for negative stars. T&M has to be one of the worst cleaning services I have ever used in my life. In spite of providing substandard service (they left garbage cans full of trash, the kitchen floor full of crumbs, the bathroom sink and countertops uncleaned and neglected to properly vacuum the rugs) they had the nerve to charge me almost DOUBLE the price estimate they had quoted me. I complained directly to the owner and he was of no help whatsoever.

We have been having T & M clean our home for over a year. They always do a great job and are on time and very friendly. We have left the crew notes on several occasions about special things we would like cleaned and they always get the job done. We have also had them detail our cars several times and have been very pleased with their work. I have recommended them to family and friends looking to have their homes cleaned or cars detailed.
