We had Kansas Carpet Care several years ago for water damage to a relatives home. They were very helpful and their work was exceptional. When we recently got water in our basement, we called this company again. Five inches of water in the mostly finished basement isn't what we had on the calendar this year. Kansas Carpet Care was here within 2 hours and had the water cleared and fans and dehumidifiers in place in under 2 hours.
They cut up the old carpet and pad and hauled them up the stairs and disposed of it all. From the first phone call, the staff was supportive and courteous. The fans and dehumidifiers were left to run several days to insure the moisture was gone. I would rate this company a 5/5 for their wonderful considerate service.

The only carpet cleaners we could find in the Lawrence area who were willing to come out on short notice on a Sunday. The technician was prompt and extremely good at his job. He was very conscientious about making sure everything was set up properly for the job, gave us a short and accurate explanation of what we could expect, then went to work. Afterwards, he gave us good advice about what to do next and even some free product to use in case the stain recurred.
The results were great--I was sure the stain would be permanent, but they got rid of it completely. The final cost was much less than I'd expected. Long story short, they showed up on a Sunday and did the job thoroughly, well, and inexpensively. Very pleased with the results.
