Andy's came out to clean a basement that had previously flooded and left a layer of mud thick enough you couldn't see the floor. He stayed extra late until 8pm to finish the job. He moved things that I had not noticed needed moved and made sure he got every nook and cranny in the entire basement. He was extremely thorough and I was very pleased with the result and it was also very satisfying to watch.

He then sprayed around the base of the entire basement to prevent any type of mold and also steam cleaned the stairs to clean up after himself as he had been up and down the stairs several times. He was extremely personable and nice to talk to. I will be calling him again for any deep cleaning I need done and I will recommend him to anyone else that needs it. With the bad situation we were in with that flooding I could not have asked for a better experience. It took a lot of stress off of our shoulders.

I scheduled with Andy. The first time we were scheduled it was raining all day long. Our appt. was at 1pm. He waited until 15 minutes before arrival to call and ask about canceling because of the rain. If it was going to cause a mess in my house I appreciated that but it was raining all day, so I am not sure why he waited until right before he was to arrive to call.

While we were trying to reschedule he had no notes or memory of what i had told him I wanted him to clean. So I walked him through it again to remind him that a 3-4 hour job should be scheduled at 4 pm as he recommended. Anyway we rescheduled. Then when that day and time arrived he called 5 minutes after he was to arrive and he said he had overslept. Everyone's time is valuable. Very unprofessional experience.

Andy did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was prompt in answering questions and with giving me an estimate. His pricing was within range of other small run carpet cleaning companies. Although he did forget a couple closets, he offered to come back or offer a refund, which was given in a timely manner. Carpets smelled fresh for over a week & helped get rid of the pet smells. I would definently be using Andy again as well as recommending him to others. Thanks Andy!

Andy did great! Worked hard to make sure everything was perfect. Even went out of his way to spray a cleansing agent twice! Highly recommend he did awesome work!

He did a fantastic job on our 19 year old white carpet, it almost looks as good as it did when it was installed. We had quite a few pet stains that I was never able to totally get out and they are gone. He was very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend him!

Andy did a great job at our house with what I consider to be a great price. The previous owners left some nasty stains that we have tried and tried to get removed on our own with no luck. Andy came in and although they arent completely gone, they are much lighter than before. Being punctual is very important to me, and Andy showed up right on time.

He was very courteous and explained the process and amount of time that it would take. This was our first time hiring someone to professionally clean our carpets and it was such a good experience that we are gonna schedule another time for him to come back out and do the 2nd floor of our home.
