What I've been told was Bob Brown was a school teacher who needed to make ends meet and learned a new trade during the summers when school wasn't in session. I've heard that he worked around construction sites, initially for free, cleaning up after the workers. He discovered a niche and garnered more customers, ones who would pay him.Eventually, this would lead to additional work and down the road, he would leave teaching in order to run his now full-time job. Bob would develop a reputation for the quality of service, his work ethic, his dependability.
Services
Same person each time we clean. We assign an employee to the account so they get to know the business and the people who work there. Trained, uniformed technicians pass background checks and are licensed, bonded, and insured. Managers check-in to make sure everything is cleaned not only to our standards but more importantly, to your standards.

They came to clean the ducts in our house and the man doing the work broke two of my vent covers, they won't go back on and put a third one on upside down. He broke a table leg by dragging it instead of lifting even after I offered to help him move whatever furniture he needed to get around. He wasn't very pleasant or chatty, he did a decent job on the actual cleaning part or so my husband said but we will not use them again.

I had another company scheduled and when they got (two guys) here they jacked up the price a lot from $350.00 to $475.00. I told them to leave and called Bob's. They came out and gave me a price of $345.00 and then told me there was a coupon on the website. I looked but was to late to use it. I still had them come out and do the job. The bill was $345.00.
One guy did it all. Why would you need two guys to clean the air ducts? I watched the guy and he did an excellent job with no shortcuts. They were honest and upfront. Not a ripoff like the other guys. I would hire Bob's again!

Paul was very polite. I don't think the air duct cleaning was worth the cost. I had to ask him if he got a vent as he forgot one in the living room and I then had to request that he go back and flip the vent covers around as he put them on upside down. I looked into a return duct from my basement and there was a layer of dust and it was still very dirty. I suppose it's better than it was before but I don't believe that it made much of a difference for the $300 dollars I had to pay.

Well deserved 5 stars from our family, Paul was extremely helpful, very polite when answering questions and above all else did an outstanding and thorough job. We were amazed how clean the carpets were and were aghast at all the debris removed from our home's air duct system. Because of Paul this company has earned our loyalty, would not hesitate to refer them to family, friend and co-workers.,

We hired Bob's Janitorial Service to clean our carpets when we moved out of our old house and they did a wonderful job! He showed up early and we walked through the house and I pointed out the stains we had and to my great surprise, he was able to either significantly lighten or completely get rid of them. I would recommend Bob's to anyone!
