The Picasso of Carpets! I have been using JCM Carpet Care for years now and I will never use anyone else! My husband and I credit him with the sale of our last home. We had a small tile entryway that budded up to our carpeted living room. Of course with it being builders grade carpet, like 90% of the homes out there, it wore down to the studs where it budded up and eventually became the first thing you saw when you walked into our house.
Our realtor said if we could not get this fixed, we could almost guarantee new carpets would be required. I met with 4 different companies. All of which told me the same 3 things. 1) I needed to buy and install a transitional piece, around $500. 2) Cut carpet from another room in the house and use that to repair it. leaving a large missing square of carpet somewhere else 3) Look for a carpet that matched ours.
Our house was built in 1992. enough said. Everyone was either costly or useless and could not guarantee me satisfactory results. But when I met with JCM, Jim was the only one who could not only clean my carpets but fix them as well. He made the carpet look brand new. Hence, why I call him the Pablo Picasso of Carpet LOL. He runs his business off integrity not just quality. My entire family uses JCM Carpet Care and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I sent pictures to Jim and he responded right away. He quoted me a price and we set up a time for him to do the work. He was prompt and set to work immediately! He did three rooms and left everything very clean. Jim is such a nice person, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend him if you need your carpets stretched.

What a great experience all around! We had some extreme pet stains due to a sick Great Dane who had nasal cancer - many of the usual stains plus blood that would drip from her nose. We opted for the pet treatment and are very happy with the results! Saved us from needing to replace the carpet, which I feared was necessary. Jim was very friendly, easy to reach, answered all our questions, showed up when he said he'd be here, and did a phenomenal job. Would definitely recommend!

Wow! JCM saved us! We had an unfortunate, ongoing pet issue at a time we were about to have overnight guests and a family party. Our carpet was cleaned the day prior and it looked fantastic! I contacted Jim at JCM Carpet Care one evening desperate to get help after a 3 gallon paint bucket fell on the carpet. He was able to give me advice on what to do as he couldn't come out that evening. But he came back the next day promptly and was able to get all the paint out. The whole carpet looks brand new. I highly recommend Jim from JCM. Fantastic attitude and great work ethic. Jim communicates and educates as he's cleaning the carpet! Our carpet is builder's grade and about 10 years old. Jim was able to get 99% of a red port wine stain out of white (cream) color carpet! Amazing tech and knows his business! We were on a very tight deadline and he was able to squeeze us in almost immediately. So terrific to work with a pro!

I've been using JCM Carpet Care for many years (more than 10?). I have rental homes, where the carpets take a beating, as well as (many) pets in my own home. Jim (the owner) has worked some miracles on the rental property carpets, saving me from having to replace them. And I'm always more than pleased with my home carpets once JCM Carpet Care has been there removing the evidence of being a multiple pet owner.
