Venturi Clean

Venturi Restoration provided duct cleaning at our residence. The duct cleaning went as expected. After service, we noticed our front door's storm door was broken. It was forced open breaking it away from the frame. I notified Venturi Restoration of this shortly after. I spoke with customer service every week for more than 3 months. At one point they had someone look at it and take photos.

Other times, I got in contact with the service manager responsible for getting the repair taken care of. There were several days that they were scheduled to come out to repair the damaged door frame. They had kept feeding me excuse after excuse until they ran out. They never showed up to fix it. I gave up on them a while back. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM for anything.

From my experience, they do not seem responsible for damage to your property. Even more frustrating is the the lack of honesty in them performing and scheduling service. Don't make the same mistake I did.

I scheduled carpet cleaning for an apartment with an elderly resident which required family to be present to listen for the door. The tech did not show. I rescheduled for the same day of another apartment carpet cleaning and vinyl counter sheet installation, all done via email. The tech shows ups and tells me he is here to paint the counter top, I explained that is not what I requested, I was then told by the tech he only paints them, and told by a rep that they do not install counter tops.

In addition the carpet cleaner for the same apartment never even got scheduled. With a move in on 10/15, first time using this company 3 mistakes in a row. There remedy was to charge 500.00 for a vinyl sheet counter which requires no demo, just clue and a few minor cuts, this is not granite or quartz, not coordinated, not professional, sell services they do not handle, repair for counter top states 80.00. Will never use again.

Cut me off speeding through town at a red light. Had to slam on my breaks. The exact opposite of professionalism. Super smart with your number on the back of the van too.

I am a military veteran and have USAA insurance. I am writing this review to warn others about Venturi Restoration. I used them for a minor water damage claim at the strong suggestion of USAA. The minor water damage was under the kitchen island on or about Dec 15, 2001. I have never seen or heard so many excuses, the workmanship was mediocre at best and now on April 15, 2021 the work is still not done.

The supervisor Gabriel likely did not have good control over his subs and they more or less worked at their whim. I don't recall anything in writing or orally in regard to a job completion date. If this firm is recommended by your insurance company do NOT hire them. If you do use them DO NOT pay your homeowners insurance deductible until the work is done to your satisfaction A Smith

We had multiple leaks over a couple of weeks, major pipe issues. The leaks caused major damage in multiple areas of our house. Robert was fantastic, he came out next day, in between appts, to start the drying process so the damage could be mitigated. He and his crew know their stuff, and were very professional. I hope I dont need them again, but if I do I won't hesitate to call them again

We had a trash can fire which ruined the side fire door to our garage and smoke damage to the stucco on the house. The technician, Rudy, did a great job. The stucco was repaired, sealed and repainted. The door was replaced and the installation was better than the original builder installed door. The smoke damage in the garage was sealed and repainted. All the work was first quality.

After my original post we had Justin check into it and did find that a mistake was made and they took care of it. No instead of the original bill for the $1,196.46 they corrected it to be $677.56 much closer to the amount I guess it would be. So thank you to Justin for the correction I really appreciate it.
