I called Ramirez Cleaning Solutions after being referred by a friend. I was very impressed by their professionalism and cleaning strategy. Anais who is the owner came out and did a great thorough job. She was pleasant and knew how to clean! No cross contamination was done and she was quick! I will definitely be using them regularly.

Anais and her partner arrived right on time. I was upset that the small windows in bedroom were not washed. The blinds were not cleaned. Floor in closet master bedroom was not washed. Ceiling fans were cleaned but not great. Chandelier in master bedroom was still very dusty, I sprayed it to get it clean. Refrigerator not cleaned as they ran out of time.
I worked along side them cleaning sliding door and window tracks. I also recleaned floors when they left. The grout was still pretty dirty. My trick is to soak the floors with bleach water on the grout and mop after half hour or so. Thanks for showing up and doing an okay job.

This is our third posting. As a regular client for many years I have to give many kudos this week to Anahi who, due to illness of another employee, cleaned our house by herself. It was a large undertaking for one person, but Anahi worked tirelessly doing the job of two people. When she was finished the place was, as always, spotless.
