Critical: Professionalism I called to get an estimate. After providing the requested information, I was told they do not provide estimates without a signed contract. Pretty much a waste of my time.

I am in property management and we use ICC all the time. From carpet cleaning at turnovers to water mitigation from sewer back-up's. They're always very responsive, friendly and professional, and listen to your needs. The techs that I have personally worked with are always knowledgeable, and are willing to do what it takes to get the job done. Highly recommend!

ICC took care of extensive water and smoke damage after a fire that was caused by lightning started in our building. They were a pleasure to work with and made the process extremely easy and worry free. If we need this type of service in the future they will be our first choice.

We had a pipe freeze and had water all over our basement. ICC came highly reviewed and we had them come over for an evaluation. Everybody that I dealt with from the person answering the phones to the two that came over to help were so extremely helpful in such a trying situation. They will, without a doubt, be my first call in future for anything that I need assistance with for restoration or cleaning. You do not need to look any further than ICC for your needs, they will treat you with respect and are such great people.

Recently ICC completed carpet & upholstery cleaning services in my home. They proved to be trustworthy as I gave them access to my home when traveling. I pleasantly returned after traveling to find my entire home fresh & delightful. These services made a huge difference! Very thorough! Will use this service again.

In April 2013, my sump pump malfunctioned and left me with 3 inches of water in my finished basement. ICC's staff was very understanding and courteous from the initial phone call for help. Their on-site crew was prompt and very capable of handling the situation, moving furnishings, removing carpet/pad and quoting the damage and replacement value for the insurance company.

They followed up to make sure I was satisfied and sent a folder with a detailed breakdown for my records, along with a satisfaction survey. I would call on them again, should I ever need their services. They were very thorough and I highly recommend ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services!

I've been calling around to find a reputable company to clean my carpets and was so impressed with ICC - and this was just over the phone! They explained their process and gave me a great quote. I will definitely be contacting them to clean my carpets when I close on my new home later this summer!

ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services is a company that we used for a water damage claim in our home. They treated us rudely, performed poor workmanship, never actually finished the job, and grossly overcharged us for services provided. They had to keep coming back to correct their poor workmanship, and never could get it completed to our satisfaction.

They also didn't honor their year's warranty as promised. They grossly overcharged us for services provided, and couldn't explain their incoherent invoices. When we made a spreadsheet, and added up the line items on our insurance form for the work that ICC performed on our house, there was a huge discrepancy between our calculations and what they were charging us on their invoice.

Our spreadsheet included a 10% profit and margin for the project manager at ICC, plus additional supplements that were allowed by our insurance company. There was over a $2000.00 difference between the total on our spreadsheet, and what ICC was charging us on their invoice. They were not open to discussing this with us, instead they rudely sent us to a collection agency and threatened a lawsuit if we didn't pay. We had a terrible experience with ICC Restoration & Cleaning Services, and would not recommend this company to anyone.
