They did ok. Left smudges and marks on a lot of the windows. Also one of the cleaners left foot prints all over the house. Wouldn't use them again and wouldn't recommend. 3 stars is generous but at the end of the day they did clean the windows, they just didn't do a great job. Service: Interior & exterior window cleaning

We've had Window King clean our home's windows on several occasions, and, let me say that I wouldn't contact another company other than them. The two young men who executed the job were extremely polite, professional, and did a wonderful job on our windows. We barely noticed them and they did the job efficiently and effectively - the service has always been great, and were able to get our cleaning scheduled in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

They supposedly agreed to perform gutter work on my father's house; my father passed in mid-February of 2021 and ownership of the property transferred to me. The gutter work was performed on March 8, 2021. To my knowledge, no phone calls were made the days leading up to the work or the day of confirming an appointment as I only spoke to their representative on 7/15/2021 and any work done on this property needs my clearance after my father's death.
Their workers just showed up and performed work on a dead man's house without the owner having any knowledge the work was being done. The estate will pay them for their work because we take them at face value yet this is an embarrassment to courteous and professional service.

I am the Facilities Manager for a 2 story building with about 140 windows. The guys planned to use the poles and reverse osmosis method on our 2nd floor windows, which normally works well. However, when they noticed it wasn't working well for our type of window, they switched to the ladder and squeegee method which is a lot more work. It was also around 90 degrees that day. The guys worked hard. I work with a lot of contractors, and usually time trumps quality. For Window King quality was priority, and they did an excellent job. DRB Systems

From start to finish, Window King was easy to hire, on time, competitive in their prices and professional. Jake was our representative and we barely noticed that he was on our property. When he did the outside windows he made certain to remove all the accumulated film that had mounted. Inside our home, he removed his shoes before entering, he was meticulously careful to not damage or wet any surrounding curtains, blinds, or flooring. The screens were removed and reapplied without damage. Our windows sparkled -very highly recommend

This company is awesome. They charge us $270 to clean four floors worth of windows inside and out. This price includes $20 for removing and reinstalling all our screens as well. It takes the team only two hours - even with all the ladder work to reach our highest floors. They leave all of our windows perfect and crystal clear. The best part is that the Window King staff uses a cleaning formulation that leaves a wax film for longer-lasting clean. Again, the cleaners blast in and out; we trust and like both this on-site staff and the friendly office staff.
