If looking for house cleaners, I highly recommend AVOIDING Executive House cleaning! Never have I felt so dissatisfied with a cleaning service. After being quoted a whopping $300.00 for a deep cleaning, the results were less than stellar! The deep cleaning check list they provided was not followed at all. The crew showed up several hours late. Several follow up phone calls to the owner have gone unanswered. Just hoping to save some of you the same frustration.

After at least 5 years, we decided to drop this company. Communication with the owner Angela is close to non-existent. text go un-answered for days, emails the same, voice mail not much better. We used to get a nice envelope that had a satisfaction check list and room for comments, also a couple of mints were left next to the envelope. All the past care and what seemed like good service dropped.
Multiple last minute delays or schedule changes. Seemed to be great cleaning and care, but has dropped off considerably. When we mentioned dropping the service and asking for our key to be returned, not one question regarding WHY we were leaving. I guess this kind of told us our loyalty was not appreciated. SAD!
