Robert Mann for the win. We own a traditional, felted rug that was made by my husband's late mother and his siblings. I have owned it for decades and was always fearful of having this one of a kind, invaluable heirloom cleaned by someone who did not know what they were doing. I walked into Robert Mann with the rug and the person who did the intake noted "Kyrgyz felt rug" without even asking me anything about it.

They did a beautiful job cleaning it and it was done before the estimated time of completion. The fee was reasonable and the customer service extraordinary. Thank you Robert Mann!

I am writing this review not because I have used him personally, but because I am another professional in the field, and have visited Roberts facility and have used his expertise on certain occasions. I have got to say he runs the best rug facility that I have ever experienced, with the most knowledgeable staff not just Robert himself. It gives me something to strive for every day to get better.

His staff is so professional and helpful, they have never turned me away for advice and are always willing to help. His team has a true passion and love for rugs and just want to make sure that all the correct things are being done to these works of art. Every person I have met from the office staff, rug washers, and repair staff are second to none.

Found an old antique tapestry. Robert Mann's company came and picked it up and delivered it. The tapestry needed to be mended, a few holes need to be re-embroidered, and the textile thoroughly washed. Additionally, the tapestry needed to have sewn backing, so that it could be mounted on the wall. The final step was to have wooden mounts made with Velcro so the textile could be hung.

From the start to the finish absolutely exquisite work and service. The tapestry is lovely, and the workmanship is perfection. Denver is indeed fortunate to have such highly skilled craftsman that we have clean, fix, repair out rugs and textiles. I am so very grateful for their help.

Great pricing, super fast service, and they did a wonderful job on my 8x10 area rug. What more can I ask for? I will definitely be using them for my future area rug cleaning needs.

Can you say best if the best? Ya that's exactly what you get when you send your rugs here to Robert Mann, I had a beautiful nain rug I was cleaning here in NC and unfortunately it had serious issues to the point where my skill level could not help. I like to think I am good at what I do but when I need help there is only a couple I'd trust and Robert is #1 on the list. He is well respected in the rug clean and restoration community. They do such a great job! They're so knowledgeable about different rugs and fibers and won't hesitate to discuss the best option for cleaning your rug. Both teams who picked up and returned the rugs were extremely respectful and friendly. Art and Jon delivered my cleaned rugs and new pad. They even removed their shoes! I cannot recommend this Co. enough! Pricey, but worth it! Thank you!

This company is mostly known for cleaning hand made rugs and doing miracles. I have worked with them for years. But when the dog decided to eat some lip liner, I wasn't hopeful. They got it out. Completely. They are magicians!

I have worked with rugs for 30 years, in the retail rug trade, owner of a rug cleaning plant and have been president of a rug cleaners association. It's safe to say I know rugs and rug cleaning. Really great job! Took a rug that hadn't been cleaned in years, suffering all the general wear and tear, including many territorial puppo markings! Looks brand new! Decent price too $145 for a wool blend, 5x8. Super fast turnaround time too, less than 2 weeks!

I was not impressed. I called for help regarding moth damage on my antique Oriental rug collection and the woman who answered the phone was snooty and condescending, implying I had brought the moth population to Denver, Colorado. She also kept insisting my antique, hand knotted rugs would have to go in a tumbler. I had never heard of anything so silly or reckless to do with antique rugs. I took my collection elsewhere. I would recommend this company to no one.

Very knowledgeable about rugs and ours came back from cleaning with its colors restored to their original brilliance after many years in our breakfast room. Easily recommended for cleaning Turkish/Iranian handmade rugs. They pickup and deliver. Don't expect one day service as they are busy and good work takes time.

I worked with Eric at Robert Mann Rugs and found his customer service and technical knowledge exemplary. He was able to educate me on what made some rugs higher valued than others and on what type of rugs were more valued today (or less) due to changing market preferences and different types of rugs and prices on the market today than in the past. He exhibited warmth, an ability to speak at changing levels based on the level of knowledge of his audience, and a patience in educating clients.

Best of the Best. Cleaned a large Persian with a particularly stinky stain -- didn't bat an eye.

A 30-35 year old off-white Berber came back without the residue of old red wine stains and the feeble attempts at removing them. Also, embedded dirt in the fringe had magically disappeared. It was not inexpensive but the price was fair and well worth it!

I couldn't be more pleased with this rug cleaning experience with Robert Mann. We feel like we have a new rug! Most importantly, the cleaning itself was fantastic and our white wool rug returned home looking almost brand new. They also have great customer service, both with the office staff and those that pick up and deliver the rug. We will definitely use them again and again.

This is not where you take your Karastans to get out pet stains but if you have important rugs that need the very best attention this is your place. They just attached Velcro to the back of lovely old Navajo rug so that I could attach it to a hand carved wooden hanger and hang it on the wall in my living room. Really lovely work hand sewing on the Velcro without damaging the weaving.

Cheap and quick? Nope - but so worth the time and money. Only downside is the location which is virtually impossible to find even with GPS. They do pick up and delivery plus there are detailed turn by turn directions on their website.

Simply the best company in the Western US. My friend who works for a high-end rug shop in San Francisco sends her clients rugs here. They are not cheap, but they are the best.

As a fellow textile cleaner I consider Mann's work to be of the very highest quality and equal to none. Shipping your rugs to their shop is a great option of you don't feel confident in your local offerings.

We have used Robert for cleaning and repair on some Navajo rugs a few months back. The whole process was very smooth and of course the rugs came out looking great! I couldn't even find where it had been repaired! Very courteous staff to deal with over the phone as well. Great company!
