Absolutely Spotless

I have used them twice now for end of tenancy cleanings. They are excellent. They are quick, efficient, kind and thorough. They even did my windows inside and out, cleaned all cupboards and drawers, as well as a carpet cleaning. I would highly recommend them.

Do not trust these people. I don't know if they've lost their good employees or what, but the people they have now steal from you. Damage property and won't take responsibility. Give you an appointment on a certain day, show up on a day early, and make you pay for it. Do not trust these people. Would never have them in my home again worst ever

The cleaning ladies themselves did a great job cleaning; however, the business is poorly managed. Two times in a row when I booked their services, the cleaning crew was late so I had to call to inquire (as they never called me to say they were running late). The gentleman that answers the phone told me that they were on their way. well, they arrived almost 40 minutes later than their start time.

They sure finished right on time though and tried to charge me the full 2.5 hour price until I reminded them that they were LATE arriving. They had to call the office to adjust the price but they resolved the situation easily. The most recent time I tried to book their services, I left a message with specific dates needed and nobody ever called back to book the cleaners.

When I called a week later and spoke with the owner, I let him know that I left a message a WEEK ago and that nobody ever bothered to call me back. Of course, by this time, the dates that I requested were booked. I gave the owner honest feedback that I felt that if someone would've called me back, that maybe there would've been a spot open on the day I requested.

I also gave him feedback about how his crew was late the last 2 times I booked with them. This feedback must've really made him angry because he then sighed and hung up on me. Like I said, not so good business practices. I haven't used their services since.

Two teams did a move out clean for me yesterday in a 3000 sq ft rental home. They did a beautiful job, and at record speed. They only thing I would be aware of next time, is that since it was a move out clean I think they assumed anything left in the house was either trash or up for grabs. Unfortunately this wasn't the case with our home as the owner left some decorative bathroom items which we had been storing under the bathroom sink.

I had to dig them out of the trash. Luckily I returned to the house when they were working in the kitchen and they asked if they could take the items that were still there, which included a coffee maker and toaster that belonged to the owner. I do not regularly hire cleaners, so maybe that is standard practice, but I found it odd. Regardless of that issue I would recommend them. efficient and thorough. Brenda was wonderful to work with!

We have now used this company's service now 3 times. We we sold 2 homes we hired them to clean, clean carpets and get the houses ready for the market. Excellent job on both homes. We recently had construction in our home and I needed help getting our house back in order. They came in and cleaned the place in 2 1/2 hours. Floors, dusting, scrubbed everything that needed scrubbing. Amazing job. Now I have a lovely clean home and so appreciative of the help. Thank you ladies for a wonderful job.

We've been using Absolutely Spotless for roughly 5 years and the girls always do a great job. The house always looks nice and fresh after each service. They do a deep cleaning every time they visit!

I am absolutely impressed with this cleaning company! I recently moved out and had this company clean my 3000 square foot house for my move out. I have been with Absolutely Spotless for 6 years now! I first called in 2012 when I moved into Allure and they were recommended to me. Then, a year later I moved to Metropolis.and after 5 years made the change from condo to single family home. Absolutely Spotless has followed me all over the city. I now have Team 1.and I have only 100% positive things to say.

The work is outstanding. I mean really outstanding. I've used them for regular housecleaning, move in/out housecleaning.and when my Dad died they went in and cleaned his house, which was no easy task, to put it kindly. They are very reasonably priced, the ladies are very pleasant and respectful of belongings, have NEVER, left me hanging with a no show.and the work is outstanding. I recommend 100%. Sally

We have been using Absolutely Spotless for about about 1.5 years. Sandra's team #6 is amazing! They are so friendly and hardworking with every visit. Our house looks brand new every time they are done cleaning and I am so impressed with what those ladies can do in 2 hours. Money well spent and I would recommend them to anyone looking for cleaning services.

From start to finish I was thoroughly impressed with this company. We had them do a deep clean and carpet cleaning when we moved out of our rental. They even helped send invoices a few months later when our slumlord landlords wouldn't give us our cleaning deposit. I highly recommend.

Norma's team #4 at Absolutely Spotless is hard working and meticulous. We always look forward to our sparkling home after Norma and her team have spent an afternoon diligently cleaning everything: countertops, appliances, bathrooms, carpets and floors. The place literally shines when they are done. They are efficient and reliable. We are so happy with their exceptional service!

I would say they were "Okay". I would probably try someone else before giving them another try. They missed important things like not cleaning the oven well enough. The bottom looked good but the back needed some more work and the ceiling of the oven wasn't even touched. In the master bathroom one of the faucets still had residue on the spout.

The edges and corners through the house were not cleaned well. Overall, the job wasn't bad, it just wasn't good. It was supposed to be a deep cleaning but I'd rate it more like a "Spruce up".

I have been using this cleaning service for 5 years now. Dave is awesome! The cleaning crew are amazing, friendly, and kind. This company is honest too. They do a great job cleaning the house, vacuuming, dusting, etc. The only reason i'm giving this 4 out of 5 stars is price. It is a little bit pricier going with this cleaning service than others in Las Vegas.

Just had a "move-out" clean done today. The crew of three worked very quickly and did a fabulous job. $135 before tips. Would definitely recommend.

The three stars is for they're major effort to accommodate the changes with our closing date. However, as I have started painting and unpacking I am finding small hairs stuck all over my walls, Cheerios on the floor, filthy floorboards, bleach stains in the shower that clearly weren't scrubbed just pored, ect. The girls were friendly. I offered to pay more for them to stay longer (that was offered as an option) and the girls told me it wasn't needed.

I told one of them I would be back after another load and she informed me that she would call when she was finished and spoke with her boss. But failed to do so. I came home and it smelt clean. I was so preoccupied that I didn't realize just how poor of a job they did. I was hoping this could be a company i would have in my first new home quarterly. But unfortunately we have been sorely disappointed. Customer service was great though.

When they came the first time they were excellent. They were on time and everything was clean. I was happy. Then came last Wednesday. They were due at 10:15 AM and were to work for 1hour and 45 minutes. They arrived at almost 11 AM. At 12:15 they left, having worked about 1 hour and 15 minutes, yet I was charged for one hour and 45 minutes. I called the company. The gentleman I spoke with said that I was wrong and hinted that I was lying. I fired the company because of this.

I have been using this company for over a year on a bi-weekly cleaning. Before this, I used them to deep clean a few times a year. They are the best! The crew that does my home are awesome. My home sparkles when they leave. They are courteous and respectful of our space. They work the entire time and clean my 2700 sq ft home in 1.75 hrs. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely Terrible would be a better name for this company. Hired them for an end of tenancy clean, they did about half the job but took all of their fee. I called them to let them know that the inventory clerk had subsequently warned us we'd be charged for a re-clean, and the man who answered the phone from AS(S) assured me the cleaners would return the next day - they apparently "didn't get there" but no one from the cleaning company bothered to let us know. Instead we found out a week later when the agency told us they were calculating deductions from our deposit. Complete and utter rip off. Would not recommend.

I've used Absolutely Spotless for over a year now, and have generally been very pleased with their service. I find their rates very fair, and usually they are able to clean my entire 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home within 2.5 hrs ($135 for a 1750 sq ft house). They will come and do an initial estimate and don't charge you more if you just want to get a cleaning done every so often rather than on a regular schedule.

You can leave a credit card on file if you like and they'll just automatically charge it and you sign once your cleaning is finished. They send a 2-3 person crew out and clean everything- from window shades to baseboards, to everything in kitchen, bathroom, and in between. On a few occasions, they've even straightened my closet and once even cleaned out the fridge! They'll even do special requests (sometimes for an extra charge), such as cleaning out the oven, or grill, or laundry, etc. However, I have had a few trouble spots- on a few occasions, they've been late by over 30 min, once they took FOREVER to clean the house because they seemed to spend more time talking than cleaning (and it cost me more).

Once they didn't do a good job and I called and complained. Since then, they have made a note in my file not to send that crew out again. They do generally try to get the same people to clean each time. They also do carpet cleaning (I haven't used this service) and a few other services. I have tried a few other cleaning services and Absolutely Spotless has been the best for me- which is why I remain a loyal customer!
