It's a great place to bring you a car they clean it up so great inside and out friendly service maybe I'm biased because my boyfriend works there.

Went I for a car wash paid $51 for the wash, vacuum, armor all dash and center console and more. When we got into the truck it hadn't been vacuumed, windows hadn't been cleaned, and only the dash was armor alled. Talked to a manager and at least he vacuumed the truck out. My floor mats still looked dirty after I paid for them to be pressure washed and cleaned. Reported all this to the manager and all he did was vacuumed the vehicle out. It seems as if they have instilled quantity into their staff instead of quality.

They washed my soooo good! Everyone who is posting bad reviews is stupid and liars, this is the best 42 dollar car wash I've ever gotten! Only thing I don't like is Kyle Gregory Blanchard

Stopped to get a quick wash, paid for the Rainbow was service and I honestly feel that I didn't get what I paid for. My 2 cupholders were not cleaned, there was lint all over my dash and audio screens, and my front windshield still had bird poop on it, just to name a few things. The service was quick but maybe a little too quick because they missed things. I had some place to be so I left and then I fixed those things later.

Spent 45 to get my suv cleaned. What a waste of my money. They did a terrible job wiping everything down inside and outside. They left alot of spots that should be vacuumed. I wouldn't recommend this place. If it wasn't for me have somewhere else to be l wouldve told them to get it corrected then. I did took a few pics and just finished cleaning the rest of it myself when l got home which was a hour away.

I normally visit the car pool in short pump or by target on west board and never had a problem with my car and always tip. This my second time visit the one on Midlothian and I should've went with my first impression I got from them. I tip before hand because I pay with card. My inside of my vehicle still have lots of dust and dirt all they did was a good vacuum.

They tell me sign a waiver for my tires No problem but not for my paint that chip on my vehicle. I call this location numerous of times and still no return from management. I paid 40$ for what.

Outside of car was clean but the entire reason I took my vehicle here was for the interior to be cleaned. It would appear that the floors and seats were lightly vacuumed and some surfaces "wiped down" but the interior was in no way "clean" and I will not be returning. Had I taken my vehicle personally I would have requested it be redone or asked for a refund. This service was not worth thr almost $50.

Best car wash in town by far! They all take pride in their job well done and it most certainly shows!

10/10, I've been getting my car washed at Car Pool for years. This one was the best ever. It was so impressive that I stopped at a gas station to write this. All of the snow/ice funk from the roads is gone, and the inside does NOT look like I have 2 children under 6 (except for the CLEAN car seats). Keep up the great work! Thank you! Chad

If you want to go somewhere for a good car wash and clean - this is not it. They rubbed grease stains on the inside of my vehicle, didn't wipe it down so there was still dirt and debris all over. The people at check-in are friendly enough but the execution on the service is not good. I hadn't come back in a long time hoping it will get better. This is my fifth or sixth visit and I have finally learned my lesson. I paid over $50 with tip and now I have to go home and clean my vehicle myself.

Great Car Wash with people whom care when they arent busy, good place and services but a bit pricey

First time in many, many years. After a week in the WV mountains the inside as well as the outside was dust covered and in need of a thorough cleaning. The Rainbow which was the lowest priced option turned out to be very good. Tires, mats, cup holders, everywhere you'd expect. It was near 5pm and the crew no doubt were tired so this could explain a few misses along the edges if the windows and handprints on the hood. We'll let it slide.

In and out in relatively short time as busy as they were. We're happy. Plus, a one day rain redo policy that was unexpected, but makes sense w the outlay of money for the wash.

When they took our vehicle to clean we went inside to sit and wait for our vehicle to be cleaned today. There were 3 places to sit and they were taken. We watched our vehicle go thru the the wash. We then went outside to wait for the crew to finish. We are in our 70's so standing for a long time is not good us. So I went to the vehicle to sit. They did not clean the dash. Windows were not cleaned. Rugs were not cleaned.inside the vehicle.

Running boards were not cleaned neither was the dash. Disappointed in the cleaning of the vehicle and the fact no place to sit while waiting for our vehicle was cleaned. I suggest the put a couple chairs down the isle for people to sit. They use to have them. Just a bad experience.

I paid for the highest package they had and they did a great job on my outside BUT the inside of my car looked a hot mess, it's like they never even cleaned it. You guys need to do a better job with that because I've spoke with multiple people and everyone says the same thing outside is wonderful but they are terrible with interior cleaning!

Filed an incident report on July 30th, 2021. They broke the fully funcitioning retractable antenna on my daughter's 1998 4Runner. Saw it come to the end of the carwash conveyor belt and immediately noticed the broken antenna. Leaving for the beach the following morning, I immediately started trying (unsuccessfully) to source a replacement, while daughter is inside listening to the walkie-talkie discussion, which clearly conveyed that they knew they had broken her antenna.

Thinking the company would probably, WRONGLY, blame the breakage on the age of the vehicle and apologize and maybe at least refund the cost of the carwash, I waited to be called for pickup. They called for the owner(s) of the 4Runner and we proceeded out to get the vehicle. Several employees were gathered around, so we expected some discussion. INSTEAD THIS DECEITFUL COMPANY DID NOT EVEN MENTION the damage THEY did to my daughter's vehicle and would have happily allowed us to pull out onto Midlothian Turnpike (45 mile per hour speed limit) with an unsecured antenna that could have hit the windshield or detached and hit another vehicle, both of which would have been a SEVERE safety issue that could have caused an accident resulting in injury or death.

My husband is a former auto mechanic and knew how to easily replace the antenna, which only cost us about $56, but did not arrive until after our beach trip. My big issue is that this company INTENTIONALLY decided to hide their mistake, potentially putting us and others in harm's way. They had tried to "prop" up the antenna in such a way that they hoped we would not notice.

I called the manager on their mistake and he tried to blow me off, then begrudgingly filed an incident report after my insistence. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I am writing this review after waiting 2 weeks for a response to the incident report (I have received no email, phone call, nothing) and have called twice asking for an update. I was told I would receive a callback within about 2-3 days.

I have given this company more than enough time and chances to respond to this issue and make things right. At this point I would warn anyone who cares about their family or their vehicles, DO NOT USE CARPOOL.

Got the $50 car wash only to have my brand new Audi covered in dents and scratches from the automatic car wash. The interior looks untouched. Furious that I paid $50 to take it to get a $1,500 paint job

Second time I went to this location and they were closed. This time on a Sunday afternoon. They service I received for a $50 car wash were also not done very well. It seemed only minimum effort was given.

These guys and gals do a great job at this particular location on Midlothian Pike. I'm not a fanatic about my car, so it's always kind of a mess when I bring it in here. Never been disappointed!

I would give 3.5 stars if I could. Not bad enough for 3 stars. For $44 before the tip I expected more. I will say all of the employees were very friendly and professional. The car wash itself was as expected. The issues came with the hand finish. For the amount of people working on one vehicle you would expect the inside to be pretty much spotless.

You could still see dust around the gearshift, wasn't properly vacuumed, parts of the doors that should have been cleaned weren't, and my biggest issue is for the price that they don't at least wipe the leather seats. I did appreciate that they vacuum out the trunk. My trunk gets full of leaves because its a hard top convertible, so that part was great.

We are in town from Louisiana - our 2nd trip here in 2 weeks due to a family member in the hospital. After a total of 3,000 miles on the road both times, the car was more dirty than usual. I generally clean it at least once a week. I will say that it definitely looked better than it did before it was cleaned, but still not what I expected for the price. Definitely tip after you see the vehicle.

It's a brand that many I know go to and trust so of course I went also. Today was a beautiful clear and sunny day. I got great customer service from the staff and quick service too. The finish product looked perfect from a glance but when I had a chance to stop and look LOOK at the car in detail I noticed a few things not as perfect as I thought: one of the vent air fresheners I had in my car was not placed back and some spots in the car were not cleaned(or dusted) inside and out.

That's a bit disappointing as they promote quality work and quality check of their work. I believe the staff still deserved the tip but for the cost of the service I think they might want to slow down on the speed and pick up the quality.

I got the premium service and included a fat tip. Just left and my cup holders weren't vacuumed and my dash wasn't wiped down. I can't believe this place stays in business.

Very disappointed! I got the RVA shine and this is how they cleaned my car ( pics attached). I was wondering why they called me up early, they took no time to clean my car and it shows. Never going back

I purchased the $42 pckage that includes cleaning the interior and washing the floor mats. The only reason why I give them two stars is because they were willing to do it again. Even though they did a terrible job the second time as well. These pictures were taken AFTER i returned the car to them for doing a terrible job. You be the judge. PS: All mats look the same I just took a picture of the passenger side, they barely dusted them.

This is the third time I wasted money at this place. I come here and get the most expensive package they have to get my car clean and yet again crumbs are left in the car, the outside is not clean like it should be. Specific requests are halfway done. I shouldn't have to go home only to have cleaning work left to do. Very disappointing.

My floor mats were properly attached to my clips today. Please keep this procedure in place for safety standards.

I purchased the Pro Wax package from Car Pool at Short Pump for $54.95. This was my first experience at a Car Pool and I will not be back. We arrived at Car Pool Short Pump on a Sunday around 11am. The gentleman at the check-in area at Car Pool stated that he had already sent his detailing team home for the day "because it was slow." According to the Car Pool website, the mini detailing team is suppose to be available daily (weather permitting) from 9am-5pm.

After waiting over an hour, the final results were quite poor. Almost immediately, I noticed several large spots of wax still left on the exterior of the vehicle, a semi-vacuumed interior (dog hair still left on the seats and cargo space), and streaks all over the inside of the front windshield. In addition, the front desk attendant did not seem the least bit interested in remediating the sloppy job that the Car Pool staff had provided. I was literally handed the keys to my car and directed how much to pay.

Typically I have a great experience at this Car Pool minus one issue. The floor mats. I have Weather Tech floor mats and always pay to have them washed. I think of the multitude of times I've come here they "washed" them one time. They always vacuum them nicely but this past time there was some dirt from my sons shoes in the backseat floor mat and while it was vacuumed it was definitely still there - if they had "washed" it, it would be gone. Very disappointed.

This car wash rocks - great system (I've never seen the intercom they use here at a car wash) and service at a great price. No better place to come when you need to get your shine on! Bonus: Just heard about their Rainy Day Policy which allows you to come back within 2 days of your wash for a free exterior wash if it rains! Nice touch!

I have come here several times (only because it's close to me) and I always regret coming here. My care BARELY gets vacuumed and I almost always leave with scuffs in the inside of my car. I would ask for them to fix it but the staff always seems too angry or frustrated to attend to anyone. I asked for a detailing hoping that they would do a better job, but the person taking the "order" refused to do it. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! They are rude and lazy! (I posted this on Google as well)

The place is spacious with lots of room to sit and wait, the area is clean and my car comes out without any issues as long as they are not busy. I normally go for the RVA special and it covers a lot. It's a great deal if they are in no rush. Some complaints are that it's hard to hear my name over the loud speaker, it's not kid friendly and there really is nothing within walking distance to grab a bite. But I'm out within 30mins. Overall, this is an ok place.

No wonder this place gets all the stars for the car was biz in RVa. First off, they have a great discount program, just sign up on line. They when you show up they have a very easy and organized way to get you in a through to where they take your ride and start it through their wash. Very nice waiting area with several big screen HD's. Easy check out and they do a really expectational job on clearing the vehicle inside and out.

Very impressive experience and easy on the wallet with their discount. They even have a guarantee that will allows you to get another wash if it rains the day of or day after your wash. The duck mascot just quacks me up!

Lots of options - from under ten dollars to more than $80. Place is clean and has plenty of comfortable seating compared to some other locations. The speaker announcing your car is ready isn't always the clearest. It would be nice if they just texted our phones. It would also be nice if they accepted Apple Pay but now I'm just being snobby. The staff is very courteous and professional. I had the option to just get a car wash at the neighborhood gas station but I chose to come here and glad I did.
