Scammers? While cleaning in progress, office contacted me claiming they had under-estimated the total floor space to be cleaned and would be adding costs to the bid provided. I explained that the bid correctly covered the floor space to be cleaned (which I had already cleaned in preparation for two tours of the property the day before) and refused to pay more.
Within 10 minutes, I received a second call telling me the cleaning staff requested additional time to complete the job. As I had just spoken with the cleaning staff who told me they would be done earlier than expected - I began to wonder about the integrity of this company. Even though the cleaning staff did an great job I would stay away from doing business with this company who deliberately tries to find ways to get customers to pay more than the original bid after the job has started!

I have very mixed feelings right now. If 2.5 stars was an option that's what I would have gave. First of all I was very impressed with their lead intake. They were responsive, very helpful, and even offered me a promotion they were doing off Facebook. However, it's their ability to get the job done that really bothered me. I'm not gonna lie my apartment wasn't the cleanest but that's why I paid to get a move-out clean done.
I did not want to take care of it. After a little less than 2 hours I got a call saying they were done. When I saw my apartment it seemed okay at first but I looked in the fridge and they didn't bother to move and clean the containers inside. So like 1/2 the fridge was cleaned and the other half was not. They cleaned the baseboards in one room but not the main living area.
They wiped down the smudge on the door but didn't bother to do it on the wall right beside the door. Overall, it just didn't feel complete. It was just an extra 15 minutes of work, max. When I told them about this issue they offered to come out and complete the cleaning because of their service guarantee. Here's what I said, "Honestly, I feel bad having a crew come back for less than 15 minutes of work.
But like, I used you guys because I didn't want to take care of this. So if there's another option like a $15 refund or something I would take that but if not I will totally take advantage of the service guarantee. The heating vents/baseboards have dust and dirt on them, part of the fridge needs to be cleaned, and there's smudges on the wall near the front entry way.
That's all I really noticed before I had to get back to work. " I got no message back since I sent that and I got charged the full amount. tldr Great lead intake, incomplete cleaning, terrible customer service I'll use somebody else next time

No call, no show! I was at my house on time and ready for my appointment, but nobody showed up. It took me over an hour to get a hold of anybody the morning of. I was late to work and have to deep clean my house overnight because this was scheduled on the last day of our lease. They have multiple phone numbers, yet nobody answers any of them. The office manager, Amanda, was not professional or helpful in any way.
She kept repeating "this never happens, " but obviously it does. Instead of making up excuses about how you can't get a hold of your own employees, come up with a real solution. She kept giggling on the phone, claiming it was nervous laughter. I didn't feel that I was being taken seriously or that my time was valuable. I would NOT recommend this company if you're on any sort of time crunch or expect a quick and professional response.

We own four small rental homes in the area and I have been using Mountain Maids for years to do our move out / move in cleanings and they always do an excellent job for us. I rate them five stars! They are quick, efficient and thorough and very responsive to our needs, and as an added bonus it's always nice to know that you will get a live person answering the phone when you call them during their business hours. You won't go wrong hiring Amanda and her team. JM

After numerous complaints of poor cleaning from clients the final straw was when a employee of mountain maids threw away drapes that were taken down to be laundered. Will not use because of poor workmanship and no accountability for drapes. RUN to a company that will take responsibility for there employees.

Strongly recommend! I needed help getting caught up after a lot of work travel, I was surprised at all the little things that I didnt even think about, all cleaned and taken care of. I called in advance because I have a very tight schedule, and they were able to accomodate my timing and scheduling needs with a friendly attitude. Worth every penny!

We moved to Denver almost a year ago. We've been using Mountain Maids of Denver monthly for the past 9 months. They are fantastic, the ladies that come are always very sweet and work really hard. They always do a very nice job. The staff in the office is also incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. They are always willing to help me with any scheduling changes or if I have any questions.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER! I booked to have a house cleaning. I needed next day service so I was willing to accept the VERY high price. I requested that the team bring with them proof of insurance and bonding. The next day I told off from work to meet them at the house between 1:30-2:00. By 2:45 no one was here. I did get a friendly call from someone on the team to let me know the cleaners could not find the unit.
I walked outside to try to track them down to no luck. After 30 more min, and three phone calls my bookkeeper (also working at the house as a favor) said she saw some cleaning people outside wandering around and asked them if they were here to clean for KG. They spoke no english and looked at her with a blank stare. Once we figured out that was them we brought them to the house.
I had also let them know I had my own cleaning supplies since I am pregnant and can't be around traditional cleaning chemicals. This was not explained to the woman who walked in an handed me a bill. I called the office and let them know I wanted proof of insurance and bonding and they said they would email it to me. Due to being sick my voice was I'm sure hard to hear and I had to repeat the email three times.
The woman said she would send it. After 5 min no email. I called back and a man with the accent who I now understand to be the owner or manger raised his voice at me and told me I made his employe run off crying because I screamed at her. If he had even bothered to consider customer services he would have listed to my voice for 1 min and clearly heard I could not scream at anyone because of the cold and hang a weak voice.
I told him my bookkeeper was standing right there and can confirm I screamed at no one. All I wanted was some consideration for the time I took off work for wait around or over priced people to show up unprepared. We never got that far. I canceled the service. After giving it some thought I figured as a business owner myself I would want someone one to give me a chance to make to make it right.
As such I called back and asked to speak to the owner or manger and was once again connected with the rude man with an accent. Since he clearly represented this business I am now hear warning you all. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The first few times they did a good job, but now they are consistently late and even though I pay for 2 hours they do a half ass job and leave after 1hour and 30 minutes, yet still charge me for 2 hours. When I called to discuss the matter, I get "my manager will call you". No call has ever been received. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

When I got home from work last night I was very pleasantly surprised. The crew did a fantastic job. I signed up for a deep cleaning and the crew showed up with a step stool and extension duster and commercial vacuum and everything. They even managed to knock the cobwebs down from the vaulted window sill over the staircase (which has been driving me crazy for over a year).
I'm very pleased, I signed up for regular service and hopefully all will go as well as this one did. They showed up right on time as I was preparing to leave for work so when I got home everything was done. Thanks so Much! I will recommend!

I want to start off by saying the two women that came to our house were absolutely FANTASTIC. I wish I could remember their names, but they did a phenomenal job and were so sweet to my children.and me! However, the communication between the management and customer is terrible. They were over 2 hours late their first time here. I went ahead and had them scheduled to come back a second time since they did such a great job cleaning, but after being over an hour late with no call, I had to call.
I was told their car had broken down and they would need to reschedule. It seems crazy to me that no one thought they should communicate that to me. They didnt have a key to my home, so i couldnt just leave the house unlocked to run errands before picking up my kids. It was like they just expected me to sit around and wait for them. Very poor business practices.
I cancelled service the next day and found another cleaning service who I am incredibly pleased with. They also took my credit card "just to hold the reservation", when i had initially made the reservation. The day they cleaned our home, they asked for a check, which I wrote. A week or so later, when I logged into our bank account, not only had they cashed the check, but they had also charged my debit card. Luckily, they reversed the debit card charge, but it was the fact that it happened in the first place that upset me. There are other local cleaning services that are far more reliable. I wish the two women that came to our home that day could go work for our new service!

They were supposed to come to my house yesterday at 1-1:30. At 1:45 I called to see where they were. They had told me that their car broke down but got a working one and should be there be 2:45. At 3:00 I called to see where they were again. They called back and said they should be there any minute. I told them if they're not here in 10-15 minutes, don't bother.
They called back again and said they they will most likely won't be there in a few minutes due to weather conditions and cancelled. The weather was fine and I drove everywhere that day with no problem. They seem to have a colossal of lies. I'm not here to wait and waste my time if a business doesn't work well. Go to the next business and snip the bad ones in the butt ASAP!

I am very happy with Mountain Maids cleaning service. I use their service weekly and they always do a wonderful job for me. I am happy to refer them to my friends and neighbors. Did a ok job but, used a duster to clean my toilet! then the toilet got clogged and told me i had to pay for half the plumbing! The maids were nice but, they dont understand english so i guess they thought when i told them to use my cleaning products that meant a duster for the toilet bowl? go figure.
