All Care All Day

I read their profile online and thought that they sounded good. I called and talked to them and felt that they could do the cleaning job that I had. I made an appointment for them to come visit the job site and provide an estimate. We agreed upon a day and time. I took time off from my work to meet them, but they never showed up! Fifteen minutes after our meeting time had passed, I texted them to see if they were coming.

A few minutes later I received a call from a woman stating that she had hurt her foot, taken a pain killer and overslept. I wonder if she would have ever initiated a call to me if I had not texted her?!?!?!?!? I find this behavior irresponsible and very unprofessional. If she had gotten hurt and could not make our appointment, I would expect a call or text advising that she was not coming, rather than leaving me standing around waiting for her and finally having to initiate a text to her in order to find out what was going on and why she didn't show up. I would never hire a company that acted so unprofessionally!

100% recommend this business! I love this company, my new favorite. I will never use another company. Their service was high quality and is definitely the best cleaning company in the area and for the best price as well. Everyone was super nice and they did a wonderful job. Please do your business or house a favor and have them cleaned by All care All day!

This house needed a thourough cleaning. Although it had been a while since it had been the crew did a wonderful job and the owner was so maticulous that there was something she saw and didn't like and actually had the crew come back the next day to touch up.
