I highly recommend this company. I had an incident with my cat making a mess on my love seat the week before Thanksgiving. I was fortunate enough to be able to get an appointment right before the holiday. The technician who came, Robert, was very professional and personable. He explained everything in great detail and made great suggestions. I really appreciate the work he did for us. Our furniture looks almost like it's brand new. If it wasn't for the threads pulled out by our cats, it would look like brand new

This is an amazing company with a commitment to great service and fair prices. From the first phone call to having Robert come and clean our couch, everyone we dealt with was helpful and SO FRIENDLY. There was a slight hiccup with a piece of equipment and another member of their team came quickly to replace the unit so the service could continue. Robert was patient and accommodating explaining everything he did and adjusting the original quote based on the work that he actually did (which was in our favor!). This is an honest company that cares about the service they provide and takes pride in their work. We HIGHLY recommend using them and we will call on them again!

Highly recommend this company! I was thinking about getting new carpet but then I thought I would give cleaning a try. What a transformation! I thought it was not only new carpet but a new color! I have used Patrick Family Chem-Dry services twice in the last year for terrible things my kids did to the carpet. They worked a miracle both times! The most recent time I called late afternoon on a Saturday - a person (!) answered the phone, remembered me from last time, scheduled us for the next business day, and they showed up in the beginning of the time frame knowing I had to pick up my kid from school. I have no idea what terrible thing my kids will do to our carpet next, but I know without a doubt that Patrick Family Chem-Dry will be my first call.

I had a really tough stain and odor situation on an area rug in my kid's room. I used my home carpet cleaner a couple times and the stain/smell just laughed at my effort. I called Patrick Family Chem Dry and spoke to Dave--he asked about the material and type of stain and said they could try! They did better than try--the stain is gone and the whole rug looks better and smells great. I am so impressed. The cost was much less than having to replace the rug. Thanks Dave!

Booked with this company based on reviews and I was not disappointed. They did a great job on my stair carpeting that is 22 years old as well as my upholstery and spare bedroom carpeting. Cannot say enough good things about Patrick Family Chem Dry! Spoke with Teresa on the phone for booking and scheduling, and worked with Dave and Rob on site and could not have asked for better service! Extremely responsive and attentive! Had large living room carpet cleaned (including pet spots), as well as 2 smaller area rugs, All came out fantastic!
They even gave recommendations for future care and maintenance. The carpets havent looked better since they were bought! Wouldnt hesitate to recommend to anyone and will definitely be a repeat customer when needed again!

Have had our rugs cleaned before with the steam cleaning method. Had a spot on our rug which two other rug cleaners could not remove so decided to try the chem-dry system. Also knew from past experience that chem-dry does dry much faster which husband likes. The cost is more BUT the spot is gone! Permanently? Time will tell but I'm optimistic. They are detail oriented and place either foam or plastic barriers between the rug and metal furniture legs to avoid rust stains. Very pleasant experience.
