I've never used an upholstery cleaning service before, but Vic, one of the owners, was amazing. Incredibly professional, with dedication and focus to the job which was excellent - cleaning a creme colored couch from lots of use by our dog and kids. He also gave us tips for maintaining on our own, and kindly removed a spot on the rug without added charge. Would highly recommend!

They are great! After having a horrid experience with another carpet cleaner, I called them. Victor arrived on time, wore booties (without me specifying), was very nice, looked at the carpets, prepped them and cleaned them spectacularly. My steps especially had taken a beating between our dog and two kids, and it is super clean now! He even took time to go over two three spots that the previous cleaner had left for no extra charge! Use them and you will not be disappointed! For the quality of cleaning, the price is reasonable!

Holy crap, thank you so much. I did not pay any money to All Purpose Steamers, but I sure did have a direct experience, and it was a life saver. I was delivering a couch across the state, and one of the pillows fell out of the truck. Multiple road grime stains all over it. Oh no, I'm dead. Not so! I called these guys hoping to get it cleaned on the way to customer. Instead, they actually gave me advice over the phone on how to clean it myself with a little water and some dish soap.
A trip to the dollar store and 15 minutes later, my careless butt was saved. So, I can't comment on their service, but I can comment on their incredible CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's enough to earn a 5-star Yelp from me. You rock.

We were very pleased with All Purpose Steamers. They were professional, on-time and very concerned that we were satisfied with their work. Our carpet was old and badly stained.
