We hired them to clean and had problems from the beginning. The quote that we received included dusting, windows, disinfecting surfaces, and some deep cleaning. The windows were always streaked and dirty looking. I took Windex and a paper towel & had them shining in less than 10 minutes. Our desks were never dusted, phones were never disinfected or wiped down, floors looked dirtier after they had been here.
To top it all off.the lady they assigned to us decided to subcontract her work to some relatives while she left the country! Never even said a word to anyone about it. We had to change our locks and fire this service. Very unprofessional to say the least!

Key People had/has a government contract with the Town of Frisco, CO, for Summer 2020, to clean all Public Restrooms. The Key People cleaning crew at the Frisco Bay Marina did an appalling job this past summer. The bathrooms were filthy & Covid superspreaders. We tried dealing with the Town of Frisco & their Public Works Dept., but for WEEKS, the bathrooms were disgusting.
Key People was BEGGED, for WEEKS, to clean regularly, but also for Covid requirements. We finally saw the cleaning logs & they were EMPTY for many weeks/months in the Summer of 2020! The Town of Frisco currently has a legal case against Key People, for refunds, proving this is true. When another cleaning crew finally showed up to clean, all they did was throw water on the floor.
We took MANY pictures from many days/weeks as proof & had to force Key People to come back over & over to clean bowel movement off the walls & diaper changing table, etc. After Key People realized we found & took pix of their EMPTY cleaning logs, they took all cleaning logs out of the bathrooms, which is illegal. Key People needs to be fined due to all these violations. The Marina bathrooms are closed for the season now, but Key People needs to be held accountable for their poor work & poor resolution to this problem.

I worked for this company and the sales rep are awful, they promise you an account before 60 day and no one gets a hold of you until 5 days before the the grace period, and its a ridicules the accounts that they offer, pays you nothing, 45 miles from your house and its just on the weekend, That way they dont have to return your money you've paid to get on board with them.
Yeah they have good crew but its not the key people it is the people that tries to make a leaving and work hard for their money. If you are thinking to start your own company stay away from the Key People they are slave driving people! Watch out!
