We had a great experience with Alameda Upholstery Cleaners. They did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning our couch. In spite of having a dog lay on it every day for over two years, our couch looked brand new after Alameda was done with it. The team from Alameda Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was top notch from start to finish. The person who I spoke with on the phone to book my service was friendly and helpful in explaining their different types of service and determining which one I would need. Luke, Isaac, and Alex came to my home and were professional and personable. They explained how it was all going to work and cleaned three couches and two chairs thoroughly, efficiently, and beautifully.

With three children and two dogs, their cleaning made an enormous difference, and they were wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Alameda Cleaning and will definitely be using them again.

I'm a little late in writing this review as the cleaning was done 3/21, but these guys are just to awesome not to acknowledge. My mom and her fiance found out he had throat cancer in early March and would need surgery to remove his larynx within a couple weeks. Which meant he would no longer be able to talk. All of a sudden her May wedding is moved up to March because he wanted to be able to say 'I do' in his own voice.

No time to find a different venue and no time to hire a caterer or even a minister. We decided to have the wedding at my house as it had the most space. That left me with a week and a half to plan an entire wedding- on top of cleaning my house top to bottom. I have a senior dog who gets confused sometimes, so my carpets definitely need some attention.

I reached out to Alameda and they went out of their way to accommodate the tight timeline and their tech, Charlie, did an amazing job. The price was a littler higher than some, but the quality of work and the kindness of everyone who worked there more than justified the extra pennies. They made me feel like I was more than just a job, and that's so rare anymore these days. I just had an area rug cleaned there last week and it turned out beautiful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing cleaning services.

Our RH leather sectional needed a deep cleaning. They were able to get us in within a week and the service did not take long (about 2 hours). There was an area that was not fully cleaned and they came back out to address the issue. After pointing out the area that needed cleaned again, it got done. They are pleasant people to work with and easy to reach.

The issues came in arriving 20 minutes early, not taking shoes off (when this was mentioned before), not asking our preference on entering our home without wearing a face covering, and harping on how they have never had to come out a second time because of an issue with service.

The Alameda team is outstanding! I've used Alameda several times in the past and have always been very happy with the service. This year I had them do a whole cartload of services - from duct cleaning to carpet/ upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning. All looks great. The team of Alex and Isaac were so professional and personable. They ran into a few obstacles (I have a very old house), but handled each with a smile. The work was done efficiently. I really appreciated the recommendations the team made as to more economical ways to handle my requests as well. Will definitely be back.

We highly recommend this company. We had new carpet laid and a stain was immediately noticed. Another company was sent to remove the stain and it came right back.
