Very prompt. Called when arranged. Carpet looked good. Only issue and not a biggie. Left radio on and all the lights. Other than that great job.

Okay edited review per the request of the office woman: the first time they came they did a lowkey really bad job and had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. Floors look vacuumed at best. Today they came back to fix it. Guy was nice at first but also still had no idea what service (whole house reclean) asked me to walk him around which i was busy so i couldnt.

I assumed if he could see carpet he would know that was included in the whole house. Apparently not. I had to ask him to do the dining room to which he said "THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I ASKED YOU TO WALK ME AROUND". I didnt know the whole house discluded the dining room? In any case the carpets appear to look better than they did before but i wont know until theyre dry, at which point i wont rewrite this because i dont really care.

The only reason this got an edit is because the office woman was upset i noted that she was condescending and giggled at me. She also asked me if i was going to rewrite it after they came back lol. This was the weirdest experience ive ever had with anyone coming to perform a service.

Quality of service, timely arrival, communication... excellent start-to-finish. Had challenging pet stains and they "got 'em". Highly recommend and will use Oregon Chem-Dry again.

I was excited about using Oregon Chem-Dry looking at their website about how fast the carpets can dry and their usage of less water than a normal carpet cleaning service. I've never used a professional carpet cleaning service but I had them clean 3 rooms after I bought a house. The previous owner had a dog and the odor of the dog is still lingering in the rooms, more so in the master room, probably because it's where the dog must of slept majority of the time. However, the floors do feel clean and they did get some stains out but the smell is still here.

So happy with the job they did on my carpet! I will definitely be using them in the future and would highly recommend them to others. Both service techs were awesome and my carpet looks brand new! Services: Pet stain & odor removal, General carpet cleaning

ChemDry cleaned my home carpet after it had been heavily stained by pet urine. Other companies told me that my carpet was " beyond cleaning & should be torn up & thrown out". ChemDry crew Keonni & Dave were very friendly, happy & effective. The carpet went from yellow urine back to the original color of off white. I'm very impressed. ChemDry & I did have some initial misunderstandings about the pricing & online quote system & 20% off coupons for booking online, but office staff Renae worked it all out fairly after I discussed my concerns.

I then had ChemDry clean more carpet, & the results were again very good. Keonni told me upfront that some of the bleach stains in the bedroom carpet were permanent, but he got out all the heavily soiled areas. I will use them again due to their great customer service!

I went online and scheduled for this company to come to my place and clean a vacant 1100 sq. ft. condo. The computer system gave me a quote of $236 for the work to be done and offered me two coupons (20% off the carpet cleaning) / 10% off the pet stain & odor removal). Immediately after I scheduled the work online I received a call from Chem Dry they could move my service date up to the following day.

I was thrilled. I was more thrilled when the gal (Stephanie-I believe was her name) said that because my unit was empty - they would give a 30% discount. The cleaners arrived 1 hr prior to scheduled time and said they would give me a quote on the job? I expected the quote to be around what I was quoted. But NO - the guy quoted me $517 to have the carpets cleaned and the pet stain and odor removal treatment done.

I was SHOCKED. So I only agreed to pay $327 to have the carpets cleaned (mind you when he measured the area - my place was only 900 sq ft area to be cleaned. This is 200 sq ft. less than what I had put into the online system. So I called (Stephanie?) back and explained to her that the guys onsite were charging me more and she informed me that I was being charged accurately and that they are charging me.52 / sq ft. THIS AMOUNT WAS NEVER INDICATED ON MY PAPERWORK.

I had turned a really nice guy down when he quoted.49 / sq ft - and would have never agreed to pay.52. FURTHERMORE - when I went back to my unit to pay the guy (JC was his name) he tried to upcharge me an additional $20 service fee. I wrote him a check and told him I would NEVER use his company again and I will tell everyone I know about their shady dealings.

Spence did a great job! He was on time (early even!), assessed the areas I wanted cleaned quickly and gave me an estimate on the spot. He was knowledgeable about the products, and did a great job! Very happy with how my carpet and area rug looks! All products that were used are pet friendly and doesn't have a strong odor.

Keoni and David were very helpful and polite from the time they called to say they were on their way to the appt, until they completed the job and left. They were so courteous about helping this ol’ Granny move furniture items, portable heaters, etc, to allow more carpeting to be cleaned. My carpets look terrific and I feel the improvement in the hygienic factor is much better. Your employees and product are the best!

Steer clear of chem dry at all costs. They will play games and not follow through on the satisfaction guarantee. Charged close to double the cost of Stanley Steemer and did a worse job.

I have always used Oregon Chem-Dry for carpet cleaning and have had a good experience. I will say this, their prices to clean area rugs are extremely high/overpriced and I would recommend getting quotes if you need rugs cleaned. I even used a 30% off coupon. It never hurts to get quotes to see if service is comparable to other companies. Other than that, my rugs are clean!

I never have gone thru so much hassle and time, I called them due to a party foul on the carpet and so they sent out someone, told them I would run up the street to shop while they clean my carpets, not even 25/30 min later they're done, I think yea right, come home it looks nice till I walk into my hall and there are sticky crusty spots all over the carpet and splashed up onto my baseboards/walls, so now im like great my brand new carpet that was installed 1 year ago is already to crap, keep in mind I never wear shoes in my house or eat outside the dining area so nothing else could be there in the padding or fibre to be pulled up.

I called them back saying they messed up my carpet to be be told "yea im not sure what that is ive been working here 15 years and we only use a organic solution so it can't do that" they sent the same guy back bc I insisted they were wrong and it was due to their equipment, he gets here and tells me to my face "yea my canister started to spray foamy spots but I figured it'd come out after extraction" so aha!

They admit its them, he gives it a scrub over and he leaves next day, spots are back and more crusty. Call them, get passively told im wrong AGAIN and I ask for a refund at this point, but no they insist I have a "manager come out" they sent 2 maybe 19-20yr olds to my house and they were not managers i was informed, they hand scrub over the spots again and leave, ofc that isn't going to do it if their extractor didn't. next day crusty and spotty, called them again at this point im fed up said "you didn't send out a manager like promised and insisted to send more ppl instead of refunding me $100" they get all passive with me and we go back n 4th to come to the conclusion of yet AGAIN sending out another manager with "20yrs" experience, he comes out, cuts a carpet fibre to take it for "testing to see what it could be" im just thinking how damn ridiculous all this is rather than refunding my $100 like lets keep returning using gas and company time, and now let's take fibre for testing, basically trying to prove me wrong after their own employee told me it was their fault. so I dont hear back for maybe 2 weeks. Called them said "whats the deal, I want my money back" at this point the lady goes into defensive mode and starts telling me their 30 day guarantee period for me is over and they never found out anything on the fibre and that they can't refund me because they did "all they could" I was Furious!

So all I got from this company was to be jerked around and played stupid for and never got a resolution, DONT I MEAN DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE. they will call you a liar and F*** up your carpets while their at it.

I have used this company for several years and have always been impressed with their attention to detail, their timeliness and the professionalism of the staff. I appreciate how quickly they respond to my scheduling needs. I had previously used another company that went out of business and I was concerned about trying another but Chem Dry is much better. I've used ChemDry for years. This is the best value for your carpet cleaning dollar. There's no residue to attract soil. The carpets look and feel like new. They aim to please. I definitely recommend this service.

I am beyond impressed with this company. We had a person living in our basement for a couple of months and her cat had left such a mess it was disgusting to even go in the basement. I was able to schedule chem-dry quickly which was a huge relief. Their quote form was easy enough and the person who responded to me clarified a few things for me, it was really helpful. Carlos is who came by to take care of the carpet and he was amazing.

We called Chemdry to clean three bedrooms in our rental house. They charged $150, to clean the carpets, and the carpets looked just as bad after they finished. We paid them thinking they might look better after they dried, but no. so a couple of days later we rented a rug doctor at Safeway and did the carpets ourselves. The amount of dirt we pulled from the carpet was astounding and the carpets now look pretty good.

When approached for a refund, Oregon Chemdry said they would do nothing to compensate us because they didn't get a chance to come back and re-clean it. 1). Do it right the first time 2) when you are told that we were able to do a better job ourselves, what good what it do to re-clean the carpets. Our time and money was wasted. my recommendation is avoid chem dry, they only touch the top surface and do nothing to pull ground in dirt. Stick with a steam clean if you want a good clean.

This was my third experience with what I've now determined to be the best, most customer-oriented, and value-driven company in the business. This last time, with Tyler, was so worth it, so rewarding, and so satisfying. I'm so grateful they are in town to service our needs.

I really love this company.! I've used them 3 times now and they always are able to schedule an appointment quickly, the scheduling staff are always really personable and professional, and the actual service is better than any other carpet cleaning company I've used. The cleaners are also super professional and thorough about explaining each treatment and their prices are reasonable, especially for the level of service provided.

Never any hidden fees or unexpected costs and they go over the prices up front. Highly suggest these guys, especially if your pet has had an accident. Their treatment for urine removal is fantastic and actually works to sanitize and remove the urine rather than a lot of products that seem to just cover up the smell with an overpowering scent. These are my go-to carpet people!

I used Chem Dry years ago. I guess I forget it's all only as good as each franchise. This one in Tigard was really bad. First off one of the two workers was dressed like it was a very hot day, which it was not, and only had a tee shirt that was too small, thus much of his abdomen exposed. He immediately tried to up sell his estimate of cleaning a very small apt and couch.

In the end I was charged more, and a bedroom carpet omitted. It would of been over $75 more. The couch looked like it was steamed, but not washed clean. It just ended up looking wet and still stained. All in all unprofessional worker, disappointed with the results and feeling like my couch is not clean.

Anthony and Kevin knocked it out the park. I previously hired my housecleaners to do my carpets - BAD IDEA. Never again would I let them do it, because they ended up leaving my carpet smelling like wet dog! It didn't help that we were selling our home and people were coming in to look at it. LUCKILY, I called Chem-Dry, and they were able to swoop in, get our carpets cleaned within an hour, AND made it smell (and look) amazing. Needless to say, I'm VERY pleased and will be definitely going back to Chem-Dry again! Thank you guys so much!

After years of doing my own carpet cleaning, I found it more difficult so decided to pay a professional. I didn't expect miracles; my carpet is old and the past two years we have had an old dog and a new dog having accidents, tracking in mud, etc. But, I expected the carpet to look somewhat better. After spending 300+ on a dining room/ living area, 390 ', the carpet looks even worse!

Sure it looked better for a few days. I understand about stains in the padding coming up, etc, but most of these stains were not initially wet. Not only that, the carpet didn't seem to dry any faster than when I use my own home steam cleaner. For the money I should have purchased some cheap throw rugs instead because that is what I have to do now. Unfair or not, I would Never, Ever recommend Chem Dry. Kari J Bergesen

Carlos and Josh did an amazing job. They had a really soiled carpet to clean and they did great. I wasn't expecting miracles, but they came close to that. Moved lots of furniture and were very professional. Would definitely recommend Chem Dry and Carlos.

We have a pretty new sectional (1 year old) and one of our dogs had an accident on the arm. We tried EVERYTHING we could find, but it had soaked in to the padding and the cushions are not detachable. The smell just kept coming back and I was embarrassed to have people come to our home. I was convinced I would have to replace the whole section, which is not cheap.

I heard about Chem-Dry's guarantee and decided it was worth it to at least try. I'm so glad we did! They came out within 2 days of my calling and were quick, professional, and thorough. We have an old cat that had a bladder infection (realized it after she made messes all over and we felt that there was an odor). We had another carpet cleaner come in and do full house and it was fine but we still didn't feel it really captured what we wanted, so we called Oregon Chem=Dry. they can use an oxi formula for odor and they were so great in doing just specific areas we wanted this time to try them out. I thought they did an excellent job. They were super fast, they were professional, and overall we couldn't be happier. Thank you.

I realized I was remiss for not providing this review sooner. I bought a "new" home "completely" remodeled but realized my dogs were following scent trails and rolling In many carpet areas. It took a week for me to start smelling dog and cat urine in numerous areas. The carpet looked okay but was cheap and light in color. I called Chem Dry out to do a urine test and get an honest opinion.

I needed to know could the odors be removed and what it would cost. The representatives who came out said that the staining was so extensive and the carpet quality so poor, it wasn't worth cleaning nor could they guarantee a good result. Thank you for your honesty! When I had the carpet torn out there was even more stink then I could have imagined! It's important to recognize integrity and honesty especially when it is delivered in lieu of profit! I love my new wood floors! Thanks again!

If there were more stars to place for my review, I'd definately mark them all for the excellent service JC did on our carpets! Their honesty is so amazing! I really expected to pay $200+ for the excellent service JC did on our carpet filled with 10 years of dirt! Not only did he take out every pretty stain from our dogs but, amazingly, made our carpets look brand new again. I, absolutely, recommend, JC from chemdry to clean your carpet. He'll be back to clean 2 more rooms and also my mother's home. Don't replace your carpet, call CHEM-DRY, first and ask JC to work a miracle! Thank you so much! We just got our sofa cleaned and Juan did a GREAT job! It didn't have any stains, but had gone through several moves and just needed a good cleaning. It looks great and dried by that evening with the help of several fans. I also had Juan look at our kitchen stone tiled floor - We'll have that cleaned when they have their Jan-March sale. In addition, when we need to clean our Berber wool carpet, we'll call Chem-Dry, recommended by our carpet layer, as being the safest for wool. Thanks Chem-Dry!

Stop looking around and hire this company! I don't leave posts often, but this service was worthy of pulling out the PC. The tech's were professional and courteous, quick and efficient. The actual price was lower than what I was quoted over the phone.turns out I didn't have as many square feet. I have a couple leather couches that had stains before they started. Both now look better than new with the treatment they left.

Be careful with the over the phone "rough estimate". When they came to the house, the new quote was 40-300% more than the rough estimate. We really wanted to have the carpets cleaned, but not at any price.

You don't get what you pay for at Oregon Chem-Dry; you get a freaking miracle worker. I didn't expect anyone would be able to resurrect the presumed dead carpet in the rental house I recently vacated, but Oregon Chem-Dry defied the typical five-year-budget-carpet shelf life. I really just needed to make it passable to the landlord, so I was blown away when I saw the results.

Of course there was still some wear and tear--those laws of physics can't be broken--but it was almost as if the technicians ripped out the dead rug and installed a brand new one! So, now we have a happy landlord, an ex-tenant with his security deposit back, and new renters snuggling up in their revitalized carpet.
