Ken and Lisa at Accent American were referred to us by a friend over 15 years ago. Since then, Accent American is the only company we have used for cleaning upholstered furniture and area rugs. They have taken care of our furniture and rugs both on site at our home and also offsite at their remote facility, with great results. Ken is not only an expert at what he does, he truly cares about his work, the products he uses, industry developments, etc. Lisa is really responsive and professional with all administrative matters (prompt scheduling, invoicing, payment, follow up, etc.) They are a phenomenal team, have always been there when we needed them. Thankfully, we have never needed them for fire / water restoration, but if we ever needed that service, we would call Ken and Lisa.

I've been working with Ken & Lisa for roughly 10 years. First as a claims adjuster and now as a property manager. Service is always first and business second. I recently had a water leak from an upstairs unit and Ken came out to evaluate. We used these people to clean the carpets of an investment property. The previous tenants had several Cats and Dogs who were seldom let outside, because of the laziness of their owners. As a result, the animals had been urinating and pooping more or less at will for several months. Needless to say, the carpets were a real mess.
