They came last Thursday (8/19) for a pet odor in my sectional. I let it dry in hopes their treatment would work. Now I understand they can't guarantee a clean, odorless couch, but I definitely didn't expect it to dry by the next day and smell worse than before. Almost like they pulled the odor to the top of the couch because even before the treatment it didn't smell this bad. I love that I got a 10% discount for scheduling online, but honestly this was a waste of $250.

This Proprietor states very clearly he does "follow-up" on his website, however, upon calling the following day to inform of some undesirable results, the response consisted of various inappropriate insults, demeaning and debating verbiage. The conversation quickly diminished due to the lack of professional communication skills. As a true professional and vastly successful previous Cleaning Business Owner, I would not recommend this carpet cleaning service.

Have used these folks before to clean grout and they did a great job. Today they came out to clean the dyer vent as clothes weren't drying as fast. It's not their main gig but they did a fast and competent job. Arrived on time and Mark was very professional. I was disgusted by how much lint was up in the roof vent and not surprisingly the dryer is working tons more efficiently after the cleaning. I'd give 5 stars but knock a little as they had to remove the 4 inch flexi-foil duct that attached the dryer exhaust to the vertical home vent but didn't have the material to replace it.

They said they could get it but it would be expensive. Fixed myself after a quick trip to Home Depot for the the flex foil duct, couple of worm screw clamps and foil duct tape ($17) but would have been nice of it was included in the $100+ price. Will use them again.

They cleaned our carpet, I paid them via check. I got a call 2 weeks later from the owners wife accusing me of writing a bad check and telling me that it is a felony. I tried to resolve the issue by calling my bank, the bank assured me that I didn't wrote a bad check and all they needed to do was to rerun the check. I called them back, the owner said if they don't receive ir payment in 10 days they will send out for my arrest.

The bank has every interaction with them recorded. They told them that all they need to do is run the check. They refused. The husband told me he didn't want to speak to me and only wanted to speak to my husband. We begged them to rerun the check. Update: They deposited their check and got their money.

They were prompt and efficient and did a fine job cleaning our carpets! The owner is a man of few words but does quality work. He has an employee that works alongside and completes the job quickly.

I've used this company many times to clean my tile and area rugs. Don is very personable and professional and takes his time and is meticulous. The tile and grout look new each and every time. Prices are reasonable and it's a pleasure to do business with them.

They were very professional when i booked their service for our carpets. Don arrived on time and he was very focused on his work and task at hand. We did a walk through of the carpet cleaning job and afterwards Don gave us very good instructions for carpet care. Job was completed in a timely manner and our carpets look great and smell fresh as new. He is a very focused and polite gentleman. Price was reasonable. I will use National Cleaning Specialist again.

Called because my grout needed cleaning. Mark came out and cleaned it, but it needed to be rejuvenated so he came back and did a great job. That was my living room and kitchen. It looked so good I had them back to do my master bath. Wow the tile with the rejuvenating looks like it was just put down. Gail was helping these guys do what they say and the job is top notch. You can't go wrong when you hire them.

I used them for tile and grout cleaning. They do great work! When I called to get information they were very helpful. My appointment was confirmed ahead of time. They called to let me know when they would arrive and they were on time. They are very knowledgeable, hard working and very nice. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again! The most professional and detail oriented carpet/floor cleaning company I've ever done business with in 20+ years! Now I know why they have an excellent review rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars. I had both the carpets and tile floors cleaned. I never had tile floors professionally cleaned before, when they were done, the tile looked wonderful, and the grout lines are clean too.

They were flexible to find a time that worked, explained the process, were on-time, and most of all when the job was done, the carpets and tile floors looked so great! If you need your carpets cleaned, you will not find a better company!

Amazing work. I had purchased a house that was 10 years old. House was maintained but I don't know if they ever cleaned grout. What a night a day difference! I would recommend everyone to give their floor a brand new look and get it down. Price is very reasonable and Mark and Gail are very friendly. A+

This the first time I used National Cleaning Specialist services. I have have over four different floor cleaning service before, but none of them was as good as this one. Having pets in my home require me to have occasional professional carpet cleaning. And since I prefer to use local business, I was happy to find out that National Cleaning Specialist is a family owned business.

Mark (the owner), took the time to explained the carpet treatment process. I was extremely satisfied with the service. I know I am going to use their business again and again.
