My name is Jon Easterling, Owner of Wizard Carpet Care & More which I established in 1989. I am a native of Arkansas and I consider all my clients as family. Having been brought up in NWA, I have always felt a since of pride to insure I provide the very best cleaning and customer service to my clients each time and every time.

Twila and her team are extremely professional, always on time, and they work until the job is finished. Wizard deep cleaned our house we were selling, the house we moved to, and they did such a fantastic job, we signed on for bi-weekly cleaning. I hired Wizard Cleaning for a move-out clean of my parents' home. Twila spent time walking me through the various aspects of the clean and discussing pricing with me. The cost was fair, and I felt more comfortable with Wizard Cleaning because of the detail we had discussed, so I chose them over the competitors. They did a highly thorough job, with no surprises except how well it looked when they were done. After that we chose them to do regular cleaning and maintenance between vacation rentals. They did an amazing job on my friend Anthony Watkins Appartment. I have my qoute grandfathered in the day they were cleaning Anthony's appartment. I will call and get my one bedroom and living room done in my trailer house.75.00 is a awesome Quote Thanks guys. Wizard Carpet Care did a FANTASTIC job on my sister's house! She had recently moved in to a rental and the place did not smell good at all. She tried cleaning it herself, but from personal experience I know that steam cleaning is the way to go. I found Wizards Carpet on Google and looked at their clean and crisp lines, noticed that they were IICRC certified, and have been in business since 1989!
I decided they were the ones for the job. They showed up at the appointment to the minute, were professional and polite. A week later the carpets are still refreshed and clean. I will be giving them a call next year to have them clean the carpets again. Thank you Wizard's!

Wizard Carpet Care and More bent over backwards when we needed to have our daughter’s carpet cleaned in her condo. She had been in ICU for a week, and we needed her carpets cleaned and the condo disinfected before she returned home. My husband called on a Wednesday morning, and they came the same afternoon. They did on outstanding job, and their employees were so polite and helpful. Thanks so much for helping us out in such a stressful time!!
