I brought my husband's 2 piece suit into the N. Walton business and she said it would be done the next day, which it was. When I got it home I noticed the receipt said **stain**. Well there was never a stain on his suit. I took the plastic off and the same food that was there when I dropped it off was still there. I took my finger nail and scraped off the food that was there and took soap and water and got it off. And it still smells like it did before! Sooooo. why couldn't they get that off? Why did I pay $15? I don't trust this place now and I will not bring anything back there.

Received a text that items were done and ready for pickup.when arrived at the store, one item was done, and was told that the other item wasn't there. Picked up the next day.can't tell that it was ever dry cleaned. It looks exactly the same as it did when I took it to them. Now I need to spend time removing lint, etc. from the coat. Very irritating to pay $15 for this kind of service. Sport coat that was pressed seems fine

Sent in an expensive dress to have water marks removed from the satin. First cleaning - didnt work. Second cleaning - they damaged the satin fringe on the dress but literally googled the dress and its cost, attempted to call the designer, and spent days trying to find replacement fabric for the fringe and also offered me a refund for the dress if nothing worked.
The owner came in person to the store to talk to me about the dress and explain their efforts. This is way more than I would have ever expected and I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my time in Bentonville.

Super appreciative of this particular store. The night before Thanksgiving 2019 realized I was running a bit late and might not make their closing time. Even though the lights were off, they stayed around a few extra minutes for me so that I can get there in time to grab some clothes. But honestly that's just kind of normal. Super nice staff that's very professional!

I dropped off my cleaning and had to leave town for a family funeral I come home and drop off more clothes and they inform me they lost what I had dropped off but are looking for it. Then went back to pick up what I dropped off on my return and they've lost it too! I was told someone would call me. No one has! I just want my clothes! If you take your clothes there you better take a photo before you go if everything you drop off!

In my experience, Old Town Dry Cleaners will not take responsibility for damage caused by their cleaning. I took a pair of never before dry cleaned 100% wool slacks from Nordstrom for dry cleaning. The slacks came back shiny, as if they had been dry cleaned for years. Likely, that the slacks were over exposed to high heat. At first they tried to tell me that the item was shinny from repeated dry cleaning and was normal wear. When, I had them look up, by an id label they placed on the pants, we confirmed that this was the first dry cleaning by them. Then, they shifted to tell me that something must have been wrong with the material and that I should take the item back to Nordstrom and ask Nordstrom for a refund.
I told them, I would not ask Nordstrom to give me a refund for damage caused by Old Town Dry Cleaners. Then, the one of the owners told me he was going to send the pants to an independent lab to confirm what caused the damage. The owner did not keep his word. They never sent the pants to tested. All they did is re-dry clean the pants. Then, they would not return my calls.
I eventually picked them up. Unfortunately, the pants are no longer wearable. If you do business with Old Town Dry Cleaners, be aware that if they damage your clothes, they will not take responsibility.

I'm being generous giving this laundry service a star. It's been a while since I've experienced just plain horrible customer service and workers who can't communicate effectively. I was wanting my wedding gown cleaned so I researched online 4 different places, called them up, and got a quote for a cleaning + preservation. Old Town was the cheapest when I called for a quote so I went there.
I live 25+ miles away; I walk in, explain what I wanted and was asked for a 100$ deposit. This was more then the cost of what I was given the day prior. In fact, it was well over 100$ off what I was quoted the day before. I was VERY clear when I asked for my quotes. Strike One. I didn't want to drive back home so I just asked for them to clean it only.
I then paid my $50 deposit and was given two stubs and was told what day it would be ready and to bring my stubs with me when I come. Day has arrived, I drive back to Rogers to get told rudely that my dress wasn't there and that I should've checked my stub to see that it wouldn't be ready till 5pm. I would have to say that's a pretty big piece of information to just leave out when you tell someone, "Okay, see you the 31st!" Rude workers. Can't communicate. Will NOT be back! Strike Out

Took a quality suit for cleaning and pressing. Came back with hard edged wrinkles on jacket and trousers. Had to pay that day but was told it would be re-worked at no charge. Another day passes. Suit comes back with wrinkles and creases in new places. Asked for refund. Was told that they don't give refunds and that I got rework for free. Was told they would rework again, if I could leave the suit another few days. Pressed for refund, but was told they don't give refunds. Was also told that despite a poor job done, I still had to pay for the initial dry cleaning work. Old Town Cleaners would rather loose customers than provide a refund for poor workmanship and customer frustration for multiple trips to their site.

I've been going to Old Town Dry Cleaners for about 9 months now. I'm super unhappy with their dry cleaning. I've taken multiple shirts in that have a stain/spot on them and not once have they have been able to remove the stain. This is not my first dry cleaner rodeo either, these are stains that my previous dry cleaners have been able to remove.
One was a mark from a blue pen, or I should say is a mark since they weren't able to remove it. Also, I find them to be way too expensive especially considering that it is poor quality cleaning. I will no longer be going to Old Town Dry Cleaners.

Very poor service. I took 7 shirts to be triple starched. They charged nearly $ 20.00 for the service. When I got them home I discovered they didn't feel starched at all. This is the third or forth time I have used them and this is the only time I have had this problem. When I called back to inquire about this I was told I would have to bring them back 3 or 4 times for the starch to build up.
So they want me to pay nearly 100.00 for what should have been done the first time. I opened a BBB case for false advertisement. Matt Mindenhall the "owner" called he told me he asked his employees and that I had not complained and they would give me a refund or redo the shirts. He is rude and constantly interrupting me. I told him I did call and he just took his employees word for it. I guess I faked the call record at Verizon. Who is the liar now?

Took 2 shirts and a pair of slacks that had gotten stains on them to see if they could help get the stains out. They could not get out the stains, but they decided that I would be better off with them if they were starched and pressed. So I have some really nicely pressed clothes that are stained and not wearable. I'm thinking that if the stain wont come out, why go to the trouble to starch and press them.
Then I see the bill and I know why. Thanks for charging me for pressing clothes I can't wear. I would have gladly paid you for your efforts, but when you tack on the charge for "following policy" then you only get me once as stated above. Buh buy Old Town. Good thing there are plenty of other dry cleaners to take my money to. Well played.

Back in May of 2010 I joined the Century 21 Exclamation office at Village on the Creek. Naturally a dry cleaner nearby is a must have. As luck would have it a pet decided to have an acci.never mind TMI. Suffice it to say I ended up taking a down filled pillow to Old Town Dry Cleaners to be cleaned. Hey this place gets something like $2.20 for washing and pressing a shirt so I thought cool, reasonable prices. Foolish me, I never asked what the cleaning the pillow would cost. Turns out they cleaned the pillow sham there and sent the actual pillow off to the never never land of dry cleaning down.
When I arrive to pick up the pillow I get a bill of $33.00. HOLY @!#%$^&! Granted I like nice pillows. A warning upfront would have been a way to keep a good customer. A new pillow would have been about $100. unless I could find one on sale. Had I known the price of cleaning it I may have searched for a better deal on the cleaning price or considered replacing the pillow.
All their fault, no. However the lack of a heads up means bye bye. Here's the deal folks, get me once shame on you.get me twice.well, you'll never get me twice. See ya later Old Town Cleaners.
