I always appreciate straight advise and answers. Honest advice and answers. Especially after a Salesman knows I won't be purchasing a product from him. Pat's been in the business for 50+ years. He's a bit cantankerous and impatient, especially with repetitive, dumb questions, of which I asked several. If you're thin skinned and sensitive you probably want to save yourself the inevitable mental and emotional scars, and look elsewhere.
If on the other hand, you want thorough, high quality advise, and in-depth knowledge based on an extensive experience and background in the industry. I wouldn't go anywhere else. It didn't work that Pat had a solution that would work for me today. Specifically, I appreciated that when it quickly became clearly my best option wasn't something Pat would have, Pat was still willing to answer my questions and gave me some sensible, solid advise. Pat's my first stop for anything related to pressure washers from now on. Thank You Sir!

1st off my company has been purchasing supplies from this company I called in to get a quote on a pressure washer the gentleman I spoke with gave me the price on the pressure washer and us and the specs of this machine. The specs he talks about included a hand crank hose reel and a 50' pressure pressure washer hose I told him I don't need either of those items would it change the price on this unit?
He then proceeded to tell me he does not want to do business with me anymore and that I'm trying to beat him up on price I was just curious if he was interested in selling machine for cheaper if not we would proceed and by the machine at full cost with a hose reel and pressure washer hose I do not need. Instead he decided to tell me he does not want to do business with me. I was more than willing to pay full price. WOW I will for sure stop sending my clients to them. Definitely recomend going else.
