Henries is one of the best dry cleaning I've been to. We moved from the Bay Area and tried multiple places but henries is consistent, they do a great job with the clothes, take care of it and so timely. I've gone their with multiple times with oil stain issues and every single time they d taken care of it without compromising the quality of the clothing. Highly highly recommend it.

We came in last minute to get my husbands pants hemmed for a wedding the next day. We called places around and they were all booked ahead of time! Lizzy answered right away and Brittney was the seamstress and they were AMAZZING! Since we flew in! They allowed us to leave our luggage with them while we went to breakfast! We asked too much last minute and they didn't hesitate to help at all! they also ironed his jacket as well! We're very thankful for such sweet and kind service!

At first I was not very pleased with the service I received here, but now I can confidently say that Henrie's is doing things right. I had an issue with the services I received, and when I reached out they were responsive and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to make things right, and that is difficult to find nowadays. My faith has been restored in Henrie's dry cleaning, and I would absolutely recommend it. Very professional, understanding, and courteous. Great job!

The alterationist Brittney did a killer job on my Bad Religion hoodie. I love this thing and one day the zipper on it really broke. I was bummed and a friend of mine mentioned dry cleaners fix clothes, so I brought it here and it lives again! She put a really cool gold zipper on it instead of the standard gold, but she asked if she could do that. I'm really stoked that this grungy hoodie has a second life. I'm sure your clothes will get fixed too.

I was hoping to get an item of mine dry cleaned and I saw henries advertised same day services so I got there at 8:40 am and gave the lady all my information and then she told me they can't do the same day - which is fine but don't advertise same day services if you drop off by 9am if it's not true. I was disappointed and probably will not go again.

This location always does an amazing job with everything! I have been bringing my dry cleaning here since 2013 and there has never been any problems. Saw some of the bad reviews and all I can say that if something were to have happened that was negative, j am confident this location's staff would resolve it. During COVID they have been coming to your car window to pick up your items and deliver them in the back of your car and take the payment from you. Very easy.

I've only lived in Salt Lake City for a year, and have been trying to find a good place to take care of my staple pieces and audition dresses. The people here were so friendly and helpful, and everything came back in pristine condition. I'm so happy to have found such a solid establishment that I can have confidence in if I have something very important that I need taken care of in a timely manner.
I was also thrilled to find out that they also have a tailor, which is something I will most certainly be taking advantage of in the future. Thrilled to have found this place and I highly recommend them, they are worth every penny.

Excellent in every way! They did a rush service for me which my regular cleaners would not do. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Really appreciated the little details like (1) email notifications when your order is ready, and (2) they attach a cardboard closure to the bottom of the dry cleaning bag so items won't fall out even if they happen to fall off the hanger. Prices are a little high, but no higher than my previous cleaners who did a good job but did not offer rush service or have the other little details.
Last but not least, our clothing came out beautifully! I took in one silk dress with many layers and my bf's dress pants and dress shirt, and each item came out perfectly. I have found my new dry cleaner!

Here's a perfect example if poor customer service: I brought in a t shirt with a stain on it. I asked them to try to get the stain out, left them, that was visit #1. Visit #2 I went to claim them days later, I asked if the stain came out, the woman replied "What stain?" I showed her, she said "We'll keep it and try to get it out." No apology, no admitting they had made a mistake. Assumed I would pay then without saying anything, just rang me up for it.
I paid. Came back for visit #3, "Was the stain able to come out?" Short answer of just "NO." "Oh okay, will I be reimbursed for that?" Again, "NO." "Why not?" And the lady simply shouts out her manager's name. Manager comes over, again, no apology, just simply "We try our best. No guarantees." And so I leave. If you dry clean a stain you were supposed to get out the first go around, my guess, you made it worse.
Why should I pay $10 for a stain you made worse, and never got out? No apologies either, pretty disgusted by that. Nowhere on your tickets, or signs in stores does it say customers are responsible for paying for services, regardless if we don't get the job done. I once had a pair of shoes cleaned there, and stains weren't able to come out, so the guy only charged me 50% because he had clearly done some effective cleaning. The only good thing about this Henrie's was the black woman, who I think USED to work there. She always put a smile on my face with her kind service.

They do a nice job but be prepared to be overcharged. Was charged $124 for 14 items to be cleaned and pressed. They explained that due to the 'buttons' on some shirts it had to be cleaned/pressed differently which makes it more expensive. I've gotten just as good of dry cleaning done for half the price elsewhere. Won't be going back.

Been going to Henrie's for over 20 years with no problems and no complaints. Today I was totally taken aback when the girls told me that they could not guarantee 2 day service. Brought in some clothes on Wednesday around 2pm and was told that the clothes would maybe be back Friday after 5.maybe, maybe.no guarantees! I could pay extra and get them back on Friday after 5.
After walking to the car and thinking that I was going out of town on Saturday and didn't want to leave the laundry there for a week to 10 days. I went back in and retrieved my laundry and took it to another place down the street, and they said no problem Thursday after 5. They just got a new customer.

Expensive services, mediocre quality, and unpleasant customer service. When I went in to pick up my 2 suits and a mended top the bill was $65. One of my blazers was $21 because it was lined! I mentioned the grumpy woman that I dropped it off with and suggested she might not have been a morning person. The cashier replied in a spacey manner, "well, is anyone?" YES.
When your income relies on positive customer experiences then YES, you become a morning person. She had an awful time trying to explain my bill to me as well. I will not be returning. If they were better with customer service I might be able to handle the outrageous prices, but there is nothing there worth your time or money.

After two calls to double check the correct services and pricing for my husbands shirts, I dropped off 12 of them. When I came to pick them up (the next day, so quick service at least), I was charged almost TWICE what I had been quoted over the phone. When I asked the cashier why it was so much more than I had been told, she told me they had to hand-press the shirts (which is the service that I had been quoted for) and that if they didn't the shirts could scorch.
I explained that I was frustrated with the pricing discrepancy and she gave me a blank stare and then asked if I would be paying with credit or debit. To top it all off, the shirts don't even look good. I paid $76 dollars for 12 mediocre shirts. Ugh.

It's a shame I have to give one star to this business. It took nine days and $30 to get three patches on a Boy Scout shirt. They were two days late be on their own promised timeline with no explanation or apology. They did a poor job and charged $10 more than quoted. Staff was rude and unhelpful. I would never go here again.

Terrible. I gave them new ties to get rid of the folding marks. Came back even worse. I sent them back and complained with the manager. She said they would re do them for free. When I went back they were the same! Also, they presses them so hard that burned some and destroyed one tie. And the ties were NEW! The manager offered to re do them again and I thought it was a very bad joke.
I took my ties and got out of there to never return. This is a horrible company that will outsource the cleaning to some jackass that has no idea how to handle and fold clothing. Don't do business with this company.

I dropped off three pairs of pants for dry cleaning. When I got back to my office and looked at the receipt, I realized that they had been marked for laundry (ie a washing machine). I guess I technically didn't say "dry cleaning, " but obviously someone working at a dry cleaners should assume that people intend to have their clothes dry cleaned when they bring them in.
I wonder how many articles of expensive clothing they've ruined through this assumption that people want to waste their entire lunch break to bring in three pairs of pants to have someone else put them in a washing machine, instead of just putting them in with the rest of the load at home. Luckily I noticed in time and called in to change the directions, but I easily could have overlooked this.
Then they lost a pair of pants, which were band new by the way, and which the store no longer has in stock. They offered to pay for them, which was something I guess. They did a pretty good job on here clothes they didn't lose, so I guess I'll keep going back, only because the other dry cleaners in the area have even worse reviews

I've been going here for years and I think Henries is simply the best in SLC. They handle clothing with care, are fast and have great customer service. On a personal note, I recently list my Grandfather and had a delicate Indian Suit (with lots of beading) that I need dry cleaned for my grandfather's funeral. They handed this with care and ended up getting it to us sooner than needed (it was a tight turn around time).
In addition, they gave this to me for free of charge. I was so impressed with this act if kindness and the service I revived. It speaks highly of this company and it's staff and ownership. I highly recommend Henries!
