He was very professional, he took extra special care with our home furnishings using protective materials and corner protectors throughout the house. The end result, The carpets look brand new. Incredible service. They put up a door screen to keep the elements out. Laid down floor protection and set up corner protectors for my walls. I've had a handful of companies come to my home over the years, none has ever done that before. Carpets are cleaned and smell fresh. We will use this company again and recommend you to do the same.

Not only was Derrick practically half of the price of other companies, but I've never seen such a thorough carpet/area rug cleaning. He also took extra steps to protect our door, walls, other flooring etc while doing an impeccable job cleaning our rug that our elderly dog had urinated on. He was able to make time for us the same day we called, which was wonderful.
Our nice area rug not only looks new again but SMELLS new again, despite the pet accident. I can't recommend this company enough! Will definitely be using them again in the future!
