A SCAM, DONT SEND YOUR CLOTHES HERE! I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place, these other reviews have to be employees. If you like your clothes, don't send them here. So I used this service to do laundry and the first time so items were done as bulk laundry which resulted in them shrinking. The care labels definitely weren't followed but I spoke with a very nice gentleman who said he fix the shrunken sweaters.

I was out of town so I did it about a week later when I came back. Another man emails me saying he didn't know anything about the shrunken sweaters and I had to send a recording of the voicemail the first man sent me. It took two 1/2 weeks for them to return my sweaters and they were back to original size so I thought it would be fine to continue using them, just make sure that I specified I want the labels to be read.

So I made sure I wrote read the care labels on the note and sent in some stuff that was bulk laundry safe and didn't need to be dry cleaned. They charged me 300 dollars to dry clean every last item including things that weren't supposed to be dry cleaned. I reached out to customer service and they were super unprofessional about the whole thing. They dry cleaned a random bag and charged me for it.

They lost my $2,000 white vest jacket and they never addressed it or were prompt and proactive at returning calls and following up on the fact that it was lost or stolen until after a month we made a big issue of it. But we called and left voicemails and emails and spoke to employees multiple times and never got a response or they never got back like they said. Huge disappointment it was a beautiful Canali vest. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Had a house fire. Ruined my clothes, shoes, bags, luggage. Returned over processed belongings. Dry Cleaned clothing that should have been washed but because they can charge me/insurance claim more they dry cleaned everything and ruined so much. Signed Hockey, Football, Baseball items ruined. Never took responsibility for anything! Horrible business ethics. Money hungry.

We were customers for 5 years. Recently their service has gone down the hill. They lost our laundry - including very expensive shirts- and they didn't even apologize for it! I talked to the manager but it was obvious that he didn't even care! At the beginning they even denied that they picked up our laundry, but later on they admitted it but said that they lost it "because their place is very large"! You should be ashamed of yourselves. This is the first time we go thru such an experience with any cleaners. Totally unacceptable!

My 80 year old friend Diane uses this pick up and delivery laundry service. I am so appreciated of the service JASON gives her. He goes that extra mile, brings the laundry inside for her, he salted part of her drive way for her one day, he waves at her everyday as he passes by her house as she sits in the window. Once he told her when he delivered the clean clothes he thought she should have more clothes than what he had and he was going to check on it.

He did and brought a few more clothes to her the next day. These little things mean so much to her. I am so glad I recommended this service to her when she could no longer do her laundry. She also had a pair of slacks sent to be shortened and was very pleased with the job.

Paid for 2 day service, show up and am told my shirts weren't ready and I'd have to come back the next day, screwing my travel plans for the morning. Asked for reduced price for the 2xday service and was told no

They do excellent work most of time but they did mess my white shirt up tho

I tried Huntington Cleaners for the first time recently and was very happy with how well they cleaned my coat. The service was top-notch. Jessica was especially helpful and accommodating. I'm sure I'll be returning whenever I need more dry cleaning.

Hands down the best dry cleaners in metro Detroit. Their customer service is above and beyond!

Took my best suit jackets there the week of Mother's Day, hoping to wear something nice for the Day. After reading the excellent reviews, I felt confident and satisfied. However, to my great disappointment, the suit jacket I was planning to wear looked as if it had not been touched. The staff member searched the jacket for some notification as to why the lapel was not clean, but none was to be found. Needless to say, I paid for the service, and had to return to pick it up after Mother's Day. Therefore, I am sure their reviews are better than the actual service, and I will not be returning to Huntington cleaners.

Convenient and quick dry clean service. Have lockers in my old condo complex now have one in the lobby of my new job downtown. Fair prices and very prompt service. App is easy to use to coordinate pick ups. Two thumbs up.

Friendly staff, always professional. I take my dry cleaning shirts and suits here all the time. One time, they lost a shirt of mine. Without hesitation, they credited my account the value of the shirt and have been spectacular since. Great people.
